I bough three T-shirt from this seller and after three months I never received it. I asked the seller why this long I have never receive the items I bough. The seller was polite and kept telling me that the items are in transit and i have to wait a little bit more. I got tired of waiting and I decided to open a dispute. Aliexpress rejected my dispute then I decided to gave a feedback about how the seller scammed me. Then this seller got back to me and ask me to modified the feedback so that they will help me. I modified it and I asked for a refund then then seller changed the story and told me that I have received the Items already and I should stop lying!
Dont trust if you dont recieve your order they will keep telling you we gone à resolve it but they lie they just give more time to vendor and you dont get any thing.

I bought a DVD unit for my VW Touareg. The unit that was send from SZ-KIANDA Official Store order no **************.
The unit that was advertised and unit I got was not the same. I started dispute and its not resolved and AlliExpress is not helping.

I HAD THE SAME BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ALL OF THEM. THEY GAVE YOU FAKE OR WRONG TRACKING NUMBERS. HOWEVER, I GAVE THEM BENEFIT OF A DOUBT AND WAITED UNTIL MY DISPUTE TIME ALMOST RAN OUT, BUT STILL NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. ALIEXPRESS PORMISED BUYER PROTECTION BUT I'VE NEVER HAD ANY SUCCESSFUL / POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. TOOK LOTS OF TIME AND EFFORTS TO CONTACT WITH THEM BUT THEY JUST WENT INTO CIRCLE. FORTUNATELY, MY CREDIT CARD AMERICAN EXPRESS OFFERS DISPUTES WITHIN 60 DAY OF PURCHASE, THEY CREDITED ME BACK ALL CHARGES (ITEM & SHIPPING FEE). AMERICAN EXPRESS GAVE ALIEXPRESS TIME TO REPLY TO THEM THE STATUS OF THE PACKAGES BUT THEY NEVER DID. MAKE SURE USE THE KIND OF PAYMENT THAT SUPPORT YOUR BACK.

I am absolutely disgusted and am so angry I am unsure what to do. I ordered a dress for 135$ + 30 to receive the package from DHL. I ordered, what I thought to be, a beautiful gown for a wedding. What I got was an attempted version of the dress with intensely long fabric that was heavy, mesh that looked like fish netting - I simply can not wear this in public. I tried to return the dress but they REFUSE to accept a full refund and will only give me back 30$! I sent several messages, emails, and contacted the site host about this. I received a message from the dress maker to please be happy and not return the dress becuase the company that makes the dresses will deduct 40$ from her pay check. I felt very bad for this but am a student myself and only ordered the dress online becuase it is hard to find gowns for a less expensive price, also that was almost my entire pay-check - i work part-time while I am in school. Since then the site administrator simply responded with how to properly complain rather than answer my questions. The site works in such a way that you have a countdown to the day youre able to return the dress, outside of this time you cannot inquire about returns. Guess what, they are ignoring me. It is still within the return date window but are refusing to respond, I'm assuming so they dont have to honor the return. I have sworn and tweeted to no avail! I am so beyond feeling cheated and upset, this is so disgusting. I just want my $#*!ing money back for a hideous dress that I can't even wear
I am very happy that Aliexpress exist becouse I have possibility to buy what I want and always these products are fine and on time. Especially I am happy of instant payment and contact with supplyer.

#1 Bought some items at a low price. Got 50% delivered, 1 item broken (out of 6). The other items weren't shipped at all (and no charge).
#2 While awaiting delivery of #1: ordered some more things (HD 2TB and other stuff). The HD was delivered broken and the other items (2 out of 3) was never delivered, but charged for. - Awaiting refund, but the web site says "Finished" and no further correspondence has occurred from China.
#3, Last chance. Ordered two MicroSD's. Site claims they have been shipped two months ago. Charges have been applied. The Shipping/tracking # don't exist on the Chinese postal site. These items haven't arrived yet, even that the site claims that they have been shipped (even with tracking # - that seems to be fake).

This is a scam. I Don't think the site can be trusted *at all*.
It is very unreliably (!) and doesn't adhere to expected reliability of service.
- They take your money and leave you with a mess of dealing with a wall of resistance in form of not replying to your correspondence, either by mail, or by web messages. (I haven't tried to call).
- I recommend staying away from this site!

(HOW CAN I PROVIDE AN ORDER NUMBER IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELETED). 10 MIN LATER SHE STILL CANNOT FIND MY ORDER AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY WISHLIST. I PROCEED TO TELL HER THAT MY ENTIRE WEDDING PARTY IS ORDERING FROM THIS SITE AND SHE SIMPLY TELLS ME SHES SORRY. NOW GET THIS... THE NEXT DAY, I CHECK THE ACCOUNT AGAIN AND TO MY SURPRISE, THE WHOLE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DELETED! SO NOT ONLY DO I HAVE TO BUY MY PARTY FAVOR BOXES AGAIN, I'M OUT OF $50 BUCKS!

First let me mention i do lots of stock trading and sold a big chunk but still own a small alibaba holding. Just want to pount out that it makes sense that i would try them. After receiving a knock off non-functioning product i ask for a return/refund. Customer aervice told me my 3 weeks we're up (i just received it) so i had to contact the buyer. I contacted the buyer and he said yes please apply for refund and it will be refunded. Somehow i couldnt find where to apply for refund so i spoke with online customer service again. I could tell by the typing that the agent didnt really understand english. So i asked for a service manager. Manager aparently then came on and said sorry time is up cant apply for refund. Advised manager that seller said he'd refund it. Customer service manager said they couldnt help. I couldnt really understand why this middle man outfit is the one holding back my refund or keeping ng this from being a smooth transaction, i couldnt even feedback anymore somehow. Never had trouble with amazon or ebay. I Never used aliexpress again after this and never will.
Beware! I tried to order three six dollar items, the total for which amounted to just over twenty U.S. dollars. When I paid with a credit card I received a message that "due to security concerns: my payment couldn't be accepted. I was asked to file an appeal. I did so - sent in copies of my passport, driver's license (to prove billing address), copy of the credit card, and copy of the card statement. After about 10 days I received an email that the "appeal was approved. You can now use your credit for shopping at AliExpress". Signed on to pay for the items, and got the same message: "due to security..."! FOUR calls to customer service, explaining the situation over and over and over (doesn't anyone keep records with the order number? Doesn't the credit authorization department communicate with the payment department? Finally I was told to "wait three days, and the payment will go through". I waited three days, paid, and got the SAME MESSAGE AGAIN! TWO WEEKS LATER, in total frustration at repeating the same story, I was told "We're sorry, you'll have to submit you appeal and documents again. Don't worry; this time the payment will go through"! Needless to say, FORGET THESE PEOPLE!
I have ordered 4 different items (all clothing) from multiple vendors and so far have had the most terrible experience. First item i received was not true to size nor did it look anything like it did online. I basically had to convert the so called skirt to a bustier. As of today i received another item a jacket which was also not true to size and poorly made. I decided to contact the seller who told me to send it back and she would resend the right size but i would need to pay shipping which cost $54. Keep in mind this jacket was $32:50 that would mean a total of $86; 50 spent on a poorly made garment. I told her (Vivian Chan from Zhejiang Springair Apparel Co., Ltd.) that i would not be sending it and i had opened a dispute. She said i should go ahead that she didn't care and that she wasn't going to approve my dispute and that Aliexpress would judge. I was introduced to this website by a friend and i regret ever spending a dime on here. Even after carefully reviewing the seller who presumably has a myriad of positive feedback's which in my opinion is absolutely fabricated seeing as i tried to leave a feedback and it wasn't published because i am guessing it wasn't positive. I am currently waiting on the dispute process to run its 3days and then escalate the situation. I wasn't even offered a partial refund or discount on anything else. I am an avid online shopper and warn all those who intend to purchase from aliexpress to beware. They sell a bunch of cheaply made items and have no value for their customers..

I bought a pair of shoes in US size as stated on the website. Seller admitted that they screwed up, but once I told them to send a shipping label to me so I can send the shoes back, they did a 180 and told me they sent the correct size, in UK! Seriously? They put the blame on the buyer! I paid $75 shipping to mail the piece of garbage back to the seller which was TWO TIMES the amount of the actual product! They never responded back and I still haven't gotten my freaking refund! Total BS! AliExpress allows for honest buyers to get hit, get their honest money stolen and failed to uphold buyer protection!
