I tried to register last night, their site had difficulty. I did this morning but does not recognize it.
I am having the terrible experience on two products I purchased from Ali express. First, I bought a VK world S8 mobile phone for £122.00 + Tax. On testing the phone, I found it has faulty GPS when informed the seller and opened a return case. I was told the post the phone back to the seller in china on my own cost. I was not offered any cost towards the postage at all. I went to post office and I was told that it does come under prohibited item because of the lithium battery so I cannot sent it. Informed Aliexpress and asked them for collection or any other alternate but unfortunately because their useless customer services they favoured dodgy seller by releasing the funds and kept me on false hope for months. Then I decided not buy any phone from aliexpress again. I did not use the service for the long time.
Later on, I started buying electronics components which of lower values. It worked ok for small transactions.
Now I am again in the same trap when I purchase and replacement screen about £12.82. Seller has sent me a screen with dead pixels and it is also previously marked by the seller which shows that seller knew it before it was despatch. I opened return and seller tried manipulating through messaging to emphasise to close the return. I was obviously looking the response from customer services and guess what same thing, Ali express instructed to post back the item to chine on my expense and here I am in the same trap. Why would I pay for postage it should be provided by the seller as it is his responsibility to take the faulty item back.
I am again being given false hope from Aliexpress that higher team is looking into it...
Eventually they realise the fund to another scammer and I will be left with the faulty product.
Another advise never buy any seeds of plants from aliexpress, you will always receive Chinese weed and not the same plant as advertised.
Shame on Aliexpress obliging the scammers again.
I'm an affiliate member and loyal client in aliexpress, and they scammed and disrespected me.
They took my money, and when i contacted the chat service, they started to make fun of me.

And i sent them my order numbers + screenshots+ all informations about my issue. And after waiting 2 days, the agent answered and asked me to send my (order number + screenshot + details) Hahah. Seriously? Their service is not even professional, and they are not reading our emails.
So i sent him AGAIN my information, and after two days, he ASKED ME AGAIN to send my name + order numbers which i have the issue + screenshot (hahaha). So i knew that they are making fun of people. Their service is not reading the email AT ALL.
And today i contacted the chat service, and the agent started to send me emojis one after one (without reason), because she was trying to make me angry, for closing the chat tab. (Old Technic)
They scammed me, and took my commissions. And they are not behaving good with clients and members. (they behave very bad toward me, as loyal client and as affiliate member)

ALIEXPRESS IS NOT A BAD SITE! YOU MUST FIRST CHECK THE SUPPLIERS RATING AND THE RATINGS GIVEN TO HIM BY PREVIOUS CLENTS. I ORDERED A KNIFE, PAID FOR IT. IT TOOK 7WEEKS AND THE ITEM ARRIVED. ON INSPECTION THE KNIFES SHEATH WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED. THE BLADE CUT THROUGH THE PINTS STICHES DURING TRANSIT. I TOOK TWO PICTURES, LODGED A DISPUTE AND SENT THE PICS AND ASKED FOR A FEW DOLLARS DISCOUNT. THE SAME DAY ALIEXPRESS INFORMED ME THAT THE SUPPLIER AGREEDVTO GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT, AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE IT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. WITHIN 4 DAYS THE REFUND WAS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.
I WAS TREATED WELL AND WILL PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

3 weeks ago I bought an item with shipping from Spain.the seller lied and shipped it from China, took 3 weeks and could have stopped in customs.the item was shipped from China, instead of Spain, and as I paid extra for the shipping from Spain. Due to the misbehavior of the seller, I tried to get the refund from the shipping a with a dispute. To receive my money back for the shipping. The seller deleted the different types of shipping and AliExpress asked my proof of those shipping's, they are the ones approving and having control of the sellers shipping. The result and service of the dispute was unacceptable! Im unable to retrieve this info, AliExp as the owner of the page is responsible for the seller misbehavior. AliExp sid that "it's my own problem." the seller lied and sent the Item from China instead of Spain. I paid more for the Spanish location. Even if the product is free shipping, the price of the item changes based on the shipping location(Spain is more expensive than China) now cause AliExpress can't see the diff. In shipping method, I can't receive my refund. This is unacceptable! AliExpress is accountable and responsible for the sellers behavior, in the end I'm buying in the AliExp webpage, it's your brand your responsibility!
