I have both good and bad experience with AliExpress. To be specific, I have both good and bad experience with the Sellers. If I have googled how to spot fake or bad sellers/advertisements, and have read the fine points hidden somewhere in the seller's page, I probably would have avoided that bad experience. I found that the AliExpress Dispute Judgement Team is sided with the Seller (in my case, HeZong Households Store). HeZong shipped me the product that is significantly shorter than the pictures in the ad. I have uploaded all the evidence (ie, pic of the product, transaction screenshot, free shipping screenshot, etc.) And the Judgment Team said my evidence is invalid. My dispute was rejected because I should upload a video of how the product is a defect. I have to create a video to show them that the product is shorter than the seller's advertisement. How am I going to do that?!? HeZong has blatantly misrepresented a product and play "you didn't read the fine print" card. AliExpress is protecting bad sellers like HeZong because they make money from seller's fee. I am not sure whether it's AliExpress or HeZong, my buyer's feedback (with pic of the actual product!) is not displayed on the ad page. That means HeZong can continue to 'lie and trick' buyers with nice photos.
The good sellers sell products that are like the pictures in their ads. If you are willing to pay extra shipping fee (you can select), the products are usually delivered on time. If you like "Free Shipping", then be warned, it might take 2-4 months to get your order.
I emailed the seller no respond, took the money and didn't receive my scarf, rip off, i want buy again from them, be very careful buyers

To be honest, i am a seller from aliexpress. I have some suggestions want to share with our customers.
1. Language difference
I think most of our seller and supplier is good.the problem is the language differences. That is really hard to avoid. So, the communication is really important before you place an order. I have meet some customers that mix up my production model number with other seller's. Luckly, both he and i have solve the problem, because we have a good communication.
2 about the shipping time.
Some customers choose free shipping, but at the same time, they don't know what is free shipping. Free shipping always means you need to wait for about 1 month.and the tracking information can't be find on the website. Especially if it's a special period in China. For example, now is the People's Congress in China, some package has been check again and again before send out. I know some sellers parcel has been in China for about 2 month just because the congress.
3. Some customers reply that the differences between the picture and the real products.It always happens in the clothes.so i recommand that if you want to buy clothes from aliexpress (actually i hope you don't buy clothes, shoes from aliexpree because the size differences and colour differences between the different computer screen), you can try to ask the seller to send you the real picture of the staff. Without

4. feedback is good for references.Don't think it's a waste of time before you place an order. Compare with orther shops.

DO NOT ORDER anything from LESVAR OFFICIAL STORE or ALIEXPRESS... The 5 star posts are fakes... If you look at them closely, you'll notice that most of them have the same date & none of them are from the United States... There's not even a place to leave comments under the product... BELIEVE ME, I tried... They "Lesvar Store" sent a different doll from the one I ordered & to top it off, the damned thing was damaged... I waisted no time messaging them, stating that they sent the wrong doll & the one they sent was damaged... Now, keep in mind, It was shipped from California... I started a dispute to activate AliExpress's Buyer's Protection... Aliexpress stated that I had to send the doll to China in 7 days in order to get a refund... It was going to cost me $988 to ship the doll to China. But I only paid $762 for the order, which was shipped from California... So, in short... I'm being forced to keep a damaged item, that's not even the one I ordered... I hope this post helps you all, so y'all don't have to feel like you waisted your money, like I'm feeling right about now... We ordered 2 x 3d printer zonestar prusia i8 for our webshop on 29-10-2015. First of all he delivers very slow to make the feedback time short.
End of december we sold the 3d printers.
A couple of days after we sold the first one the complains started. The melzi board was broken and the axis were not responding to the commands.
A couple of days later we sold the 2nd printer. The next day our customer had the following complaints; there are missing some items;
Missing; 3x motor
Missing; 2x thumb screw
Missing; 4x M4 8mm screws
Missing; 1x belt
This is just horrible, such a big purchase and halve of the items are missing.
So, we asked this seller how he handled these problems. His answer was short; you are too late we don't give guarantee.
Mentioning names of Few store where i have bought products from and the experience i had with them was like most most horrible.
The Aliexpress website itself is fraudulant, they close your disputes even if the customer has genuinely put in some dispute. I am sure they get paid for closing disputes in favor of the seller. They even delete the reviews and disputes put in by buyer and safeguard the frauders.

I will never order from this site again. I ordered 4 ink cartridges on 27 April 2022 from AliExpress. The merchant was MudoKopiStore. Knowing that it was coming from another country, I patiently waited for my package. On 5 May *******, I received an email message: "Your AliExpress order has shipped." On 12 May 2022, I received a 2nd email: "You have a delivery update." There was no date. On 23 May 2022, another message: "Parcel status update to exception... - Delivery failed. Attempted delivery, delivery not possible" - How a delivery could fail to a single family house in Studio City is beyond me. Yesterday 24 July 2022, the message asked "How did it go?" When I went online to submit a dispute request, I was told that I could not submit one until 25 July 2022. Then I received a message that delivery was confirmed today the 25 July, so I went on line to check the tracking. The tracking says the package is still "Out for Delivery." Then I tried to open a dispute, and I followed the directions I came to a page that said "no permission You have already completed this request." Yesterday when I tried, I received this Message: "Refund can't be processed right now Latest tracking available. If you don't receive your order by 2022-07-25 07:32:21, you can apply for a refund."
I also tried to contact the merchant MidoKopi Store by chat and the only answer I received was We will be with you soon. I waited and have not recieived anything.
