Recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 1:1 clone for around £135 with DHL shipping. There were a few delays before the item got fully shipped to the correct address. I got the item within seven days and I got to say, the build quality and performance of this mobile phone was excellent.
The only problem that it suffered was the android software itself (being on 4.3 jelly bean). It was very buggy and unresponsive at times.The battery compartment came so loose that the battery kept falling out, which was a big disappointment for me. I told AliExpress about the fault that I was having, so they asked me would I like to take it back for repair.
It cost me just under £15 to send it back to them and the repairing process just took over three months. I finally got the item back in mid September and I have had no problems since. They were very helpful with my complaint and was insured with a six month warranty.
I would definitely recommend this website to friends and family.
Best site for affordable products. I have bought ski jackets, ski trousers, goggles, drones, camera, shoes, battery, etc. So far has been happy with my experience. Always check with sellers re clothing size and read product description carefully. Price is affordable and you get what you pay for, so get the product you can afford rather than cheapest one. Allows 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, though lately delivery has been faster.
Bought a travel bag from their site which cost over Euros 90. Had to pay duty on it coz it came from outside the EU and although I paid for express delivery the bag arrived several days after it was meant to. Add to this the fact that the said bag started literally falling apart after a week (wheels fell off). I wrote several times to complain and was completely ignored.
Product was bad quality and customer service non-existent. I would not buy from them again if they were the last remaining site on the net.
Ordered tonnes of stuff off here and got most of it within 3 weeks. I think u get what you pay for I haven't brought anything over $5. I received one item and it was broke. Emailed the seller and attached a photo of the damage goods and was refunded immediately. No problems at all... if you come to this website and think you gonna save loads of money and buy something dead cheap then ur asking for it. Set a limit and don't go over it. Atm nothing negative.

I bought and paid for a product on 29 March 2018. I have the trans action confirmation from my credit card company. On the purchase information "Ali Express" claimed 6-8 week delivery. Today is 25 May 2018. No product. The purchase also claimed a confirmation/tracking number would be e-mailed to me. I never got one. The "Ali Express" web site for customer service is a dead end. There is no phone number and the so-called 24 hr chat will not connect without a pass word which is WHAT? Luckily I'm only out a small amount. "Ali Express" is a scam. Save your money... order $1 item or so before you risk more and you will see for yourself.
I ordered a battery charger and a month later received the wrong charger. I spend 2 weeks going back and forth with AliExpress and they would not send me the correct charger or offer to pay for return of the incorrect one. DO NOT buy anything from these Chinese crooks. Pay a little more and get what you need in a few days from a US company.
I have ordered from Ali Express multiple times. Only a few of those orders were smooth and ok. The problem is when the item one purchases falls apart shortly after the 15-day dispute period. If the seller is not willing to work with you, then the money is lost. I recently ordered a bag for my daughter for her Karate uniform. The bag arrived, even somewhat in time (took about 3 weeks to get here), but it ran a little smaller than expected. Well, we lived with it and were able to fit the uniform. However, the bad sat around for 3 weeks, and now that school started, we were finally able to utilize it. It lasted a whole 3 times, and the zipper broke. Now what? I cannot file a dispute anymore since the product had arrived and the 15 days are up. $15 wasted. I would have been better off to go to Wal-Mart. Buyer, beware!

Interesting delivery from Russian. They sent the goods by train from Moscow to Vladivostok. A train was traveling across Russia. Although in my city there is an airport. Delivery was as much as 15 days... There was some damage but I was lucky. It is not very convenient to use an adapter for the power supply of the router. But the router itself is very good, in combination with xiaomi mi box 3 global. Internet speed when downloading files to the mi box immediately increased by 3 times. And Wi-Fi has a good signal throughout the 2-story cottage.
Don't buy with them!... didn't get my package then After almost 3 months waiting and fighting for my refund I didn't get it anything. They needed evidence that Nobody can get except God. Anyways this website offer a fake protection plan.

I ordered something in early October. A day later (Oct 7) came the notification email saying "your order has been shipped". Well the seller only gave me a tracking number, which is not fake (it's in China Post database) but there is no tracking information whatsoever aside from "electronic information received". The seller did not answer my polite questions, so I opened a dispute (also with a polite but straightforward message, wanting a full refund) but there has been no response. I don't know what to do anymore.
Okay as long as you purchase small items. Stay away from anything over $20 because I have heard a lot of reviews that items have not been shipped to them and nothing was done for their situation. In my case though I have had fairly good experiences. I have bought some make-up and other beauty supplies from this website and have received them in under 20 days. Not a bad site but just be careful who you buy from.

They advertised a hood strut kit for my chevy SSR. The pictures they used were from another brand of struts. The kit you get will not work and mounts completely different from there pictures. I asked for a refund, sent pictures of them not possibly working and asked them to provide pictures of their kit on a working car. Was denied refund and would not respond to picture request. I will never purchase from this website again. Stick with Amazon or another reputable seller.
The products take months to arrive and when they do, they are nothing like what you thought you ordered. Trying to get your money back depends on which "seller" you bought from. I ate the money on a couple of my purchases that were literally thrown in the trash upon arrival, and had one who did give me a refund. I would caution anyone to not order from here.
I have ordered multiple items, from a Samsung s3 to a GPS to jewelry. Everything has worked great. I did have issues with my phone but the seller was awesome and helped me immediately and it was fixed in a few days. If you want quick shipping don't bother, it doesn't really exist unless you pay dearly. I suggest you check feedback and ask questions first before you buy.
I bought 6 items and had problem with 3, one was the wrong item shipped, another was just cancelled by the seller without notice, and the last one asked for more money after paying the price in the listing, which I refused and requested the cancellation of the transaction.
For all these 3 times I had issues getting my money back, and I still didn't get it all, just partially. Customer service seems to be, either fooling you, or not very competent, but unable to take care of issues.

I started in my drop shipping business by using Aliexpress and am not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Every order I ever placed on Aliexpress was delivered. Yes, some took awhile to get delivered, but I was never surprised. After all, you are ordering products from China, some of which are being delivered either for free at at relatively low cost. Aliexpress always met my expectations.
I can't help but let people know about this site it is a major rip off the sizes are not true to size the XL looks like a small and the dress they sent me thin as toilet tissue they should have paid me to put it on. It was God awful! Never again
