Don't buy from increasingshoes - the shoe models are often fake leather. There's some type of plastic leather wrap around the shoe that bubbles off the moment you walk in them. If you rub against anything, the fake leather wrap rips like paper - total garbage.
You'll spend over $100 per pair, and when it arrives you may as well throw them out. Increasingshoes is a psychotic company.
Made two purchases around the same time. Both were not authentic and junk.
On one, requested a refund of the items 'held in customs for reasons unknown' and the seller rejected it.
Was forced to charge back my credit card to stay within 90 days of the charge.

There are good sellers that treated you fairly, but some are not. Description of the things are varied, such as measurements, materials and especially their sizes. They're Asian size in general for clothing but sometimes the sellers don't know what they are doing. Making a purchase is about 50/50 chance but returning is not smooth as I experienced it. The lower section ask the proof of purchase which I already returned my merchandise but sellers pretended not received even with my mailing receipts.
Aliexpress continues to fraud. The buyers are getting their reward coins from their hands. It fakes with counterfeit and high priced products. They also distribute them as gifts only to their relatives.

I ordered a guitar back on April 26th and it's now August 7. I have messaged the seller several times and no longer get a response. He has given me a new tracking number twice but the so called package never moves. It's pretty safe to say by now that I got ripped off.
Don't buy from AliEpress. It has no concerns for customers. The sellers are allowed to post fake advertisements and processed pictures to promote their inferior products. All they want is your money. No customer services or protection for buyers.It's a shame that many people got deceived by the sellers and AliEpress won't do anything to stop that.
If you do not receive the correct item, you lose the money. Basically I received what it could be described as garbage instead of the item I ordered. I have sent pictures, but to no use. My claim is denied with a mumbo jumbo google translate explanation that make no sense.

I'm frequently using AliExpress service for more than 10 years and till now was satisfied. In most of cases you get more than you pay. One should take into account that sometimes delivery can take long (especially if delivery is for free) and be careful in choice of the shop, i. E. read reviews and avoid too low priced products. Save yourself the trouble. Customer protection is a joke, the retailers know it and as such do not take your disputes seriously. Unfortunately my credit card company CHASE is absolutely useless. Dont do business with Aliexpress or Chase.
First, some of the sellers I ordered goods from did not sent my order at all, or put wrong address or no address, I have never seen refund.
Second, shipment takes too long. More than one month, I am sorry but after more than one month I do not need it anymore, maybe was a gift, maybe something I need ASAP. I can go shopping on Amazon and will have it earlier, so it is not working for me. I will no longer use their service ans can not unfortunately recommend.
I ordered something from Aliexpress on March 21. It is now May 29 and it has not arrived. They took my money immediately, but no package to me. Their tracking system says it is in a "sorting center". It has been in the "sorting center" for over 2 months. It is obvious that this organization takes your money and then promises you that they will deliver at some point in the future until you finally give up. This place is nothing but organized theft. Stay away from them if you value your money.

Their customer support is terrible. First, they can prolong the declared delivery time whenever they want and how much they want and buyer have no right to object at all. In my case the product never showed up, the website did not record the order but charged me anyway, and I had to dispute their charge with my CC company since I could get no answer from them.

Very positive experience in general through many years of buying via Aliexpress. Naturally, with the volume orders there has been a few negative purchases, either due to receipt of a defective article or not fully operational as expected. Refunds were provided in the majority of cases, thanks to Aliexpress intervention.
I have used Ali Express for more than 4 years now! & it's reliable & trustworthy. The sellers do not get their money until we get our purchases! The prices are about a 2/3rd cheaper then anywhere else, however, we have to remember that to get things to the UK quickly we have to pay a premium or use the free post & wait for a little. We just need to be a little more organised when ordering baring dates in mind! Always give at least 6 weeks for delivery. It generally comes a lot sooner than that though, remember to order early for Xmas! On that note, I give this site 100/100...

I received my money back from PayPal. If you buy on AliExpress, be sure to use PayPal.

Well this company never sent my order, as a matter of fact, they cancelled it after marking "shipped". I sent the seller a message asking for a refund, and they refused saying that I needed to dispute with Aliexpress.
