I would strongly advise people to avoid Aliexpress you get poor quality products which are not fit for purpose and they have a very poor customer service they will only refund you 45% of your purchase price which is a joke when you received a poor quality product that you can't use so you lose 55% of your purchase price and end up with a substandard part you can't use strongly recommend not using them
We have bought an ultrasound Jet cleaner. Other than their charges we paid 25$ extra custom duties. We plugged in the machine only to discover that the circuit breaker went down and the instrument went dead. The correspondence with AliExpress has been going on for almost a month with no promises to repay the cost of the machine. They are playing ontime to void the policy. Trashy business.
I tried to order an inexpensive item, under $10. My credit cards were either rejected or the little circle kept spinning for hours. Finally accepted Amex, but then asked for special codes and then "processing" for several days. No response to messages. Finally got an e-mail saying I should cancel due to QC problems. Then I realized that they had account numbers and "secret" codes for 6 of my credit cards. I am usually more careful and aware. Never again.
I ordered three pairs of shoes on December 5,2014. The items were suppose to be delivered with fifteen days. To date I have only received one pair of shoes. Tracking information is of poor quality as is the customer service. This will be the last order I place with ali express. Please don't waste your time or money ordering from this company I do believe they are fraudulent.
OK I have placed several orders from Aliexpress, so far I have been treated well, all products are from other countries but look great, works good and the shopping experience has been positive. While shipping time from China and or other places may take time and using pay pal or Google protect for purchasing makes sense and protects your $$$$$$. I have spent close to 400.00 more of the lower priced items ARE refurbished so look for that...

I paid for shipping fedex ie 3-7 days on a bathing suit and they messed it up and took my money for the shipping and shipped it china air mail and they said it would take 15-34 days its been almost 2 months and they messaged me saying it would be another 10-20 days because it wasnt even in canada yet. There horrible. Id advise you never to order anything from this site!
I've bought 31 item from this site. I must say my honest opinion so i really like this site all of my purchases were clothing and jewelry, so I cannot say anything about electronics or other. The clothes I've bought were great just like the picture (really girls the clothes are exactly the same as seen on some instagram boutiques and much cheaper). The quality and sizes are good if you shop from the right store and of course for the refunds if your parcel is lost.
They full refunded me 3 times and once they resent the same garment.
The shipping for me (Italy) takes too long approx 2 months.
For the sizing I wear M/L european and I ordered XL for comfortable fit.
Hope the shipping would be much faster.
I have had a very good experience with AliExpress, then the fakes started coming. They have their own in house arbitration and expect me to pay the cost of returning the fake goods! The arbitration also seems biased towards the seller, what a surprise. NOT.
Will I buy from them again? Yes, but I will be triply sure that the goods are real before parting with my cash.
Of my many purchases with ali i have only been conned twice, which is less than 1% of my purchases, on inexpensive items the cost to send back costs more than the goods so the very rare conmen can get around the system, otherwise first class delivery and sales with exceptional; professional sellers who are eager to please. So i am very happy to continue using their services.
Ali Express took the funds out of my account but gave an error message. My money is gone, nothing is processing, I have to file an "appeal" by providing more personal info, and they have zero humans to whom you can communicate except via chat. It's ridiculous. Not to mention, the chat rep was presumptuous and used sarcasm. Unless you have money to lose and time to waste, stay away from this website.
I gave it a try and ordered one item. I waited over two months and nothing show up at the door. Its a hit or miss. Aliexpress claims to be the middleman. But all they do is host scams. They will not help you settle anything. In the long run, you will be wasting money. There buyer protection plan sucks. It only benefits the seller. I lost all my money on my purchase and didn't received my item. Stay away from AliExpress.
Hello! I have been using the services of the Aliexpress platform since 2016. I really like the protection of the buyer, in the case of an unfair seller. Recently, a search was changed to Ali with a bias on Russian sellers, it became more difficult to find the right product from China. Found a way out with the transition to the global English version. Many friends and relatives use my services for ordering goods with Aliexpress. All successful purchases on this site!
Lets be straight to start, some of the products are straight out scam, poor quality or just don't show up. In Saying that, I have never had a single claim denied, and I have put in lots, if its not right, I lodge a dispute, and I am always fair about it. I have never had a dispute denied, and follow up from Ali has been amazing.
On the other side of the coin, most of the products have been as described and great quality, and exactly what I have ordered. I believe that the star rating system works well. Biggest problem, is being in New Zealand items take between 2 and 12 weeks to arrive, and some sellers are now using fake shipping information.
A good trading platform with very wide range of goods. As shortcoming I consider only search system. Sorting is made not so successfully. For the rest everything completely arranges. Low prices, good goods. I am happy with purchases at aliexpress.

I bought a camera case from ali for $16, at home $65. It was exactly as shown on the website. It said it would take 3 weeks to deliver, it took 1 day longer, that's fine. I was very pleased all round.
They steal pictures from other websites and act like that's what your getting but then you receive low quality look alike items that look nothing like what u ordered. Can't even read packing slip it's in Chinese so you can't even return it. Lost 80 dollars.
Sellers send faulty products and refuse a refund. You have to return faulty goods at own cost. No Live Chat and Buyer Protection is a complete waste of time. If you pay extra to quick delivery this is another con.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
