I have been using this website and it's associate website alibaba for last 5 years and placed individual orders. I have never received any faulty or wrong item. Most of the order placed were with free shipping and the average free shipping time was 10-20 for Australia and 20-40 days for Pakistan. The prices are very cheap and it is always better to buy direct source from China rather than from the seller who is importing from China and selling at huge profit margin.
Never had a problem so far.
I see a lot of reviews that are negative. But let's face it online shopping has never been risk free. And when you do have a bad experience, the first thing you do is go to a site like this. For me though, I just treat it like gambling. If you can't afford to lose it, then don't gamble.
I am not sure why people complain about AliExpress. I have been exceptionally happy with EVERYTHING I purchased. The wait time to receive the items sometimes takes a couple weeks or so, but the products are excellent and better than some of the U.S. made products. I am sorry to say! The only issue is that Chinese sizes are not like American sizes so order 1 to 2 sizes bigger than you usually would order. Otherwise, I will continue to shop at AliExpress! You cannot beat their prices
DO NOT ORDER from this business. Ordered a set of string lights ($77.46), they didn't work they sent another conversion plug, still doesn't work. Went to send them back and with Canada Post it will cost me $88.04 for postal to return them. Also at the same time I placed my first order also order two 33 foot remote string lights. The seller sent one 55 foot lights and said that they sent two and that I was lying! Keep your money, cheap junk!
Not anymore. For the same products Amazon or even eBay now have the same prices and Amazon ships much faster. Aliexpress harbours too many junk seller, tolerates too much false advertising from those sellers and have no Customer Service to speak of. Of course you can always open a dispute to right the wrong but the algorithm that judges the matter seems to have always the same answer: send it back at your own expense---that too often exceeds in postage cost the value of the item.
I had wait about 3 months for a package, i ask seller to send again e refuse and say I give him wrong address.
Obviously address it's right, register on Aliexpress from years and got many package at that address.

I have purchased quite a few items here. So far mostly instrument parts, tuning pegs, batteries, pickups. I bought a guitar, a really nice guitar for real cheap. I decided at that point I was taking a risk and was totally prepared to lose my money. It was too good to be true. I get an email from aliexpress security a couple of days later saying that the transaction had been frozen and was being investigated. Said it would take 3-15 days and if the shipper could not show proof my money would be refunded from that point in 10-20 days I think. I was still leery. I decided to wait the entire time before even checking. I just checked and the refund was deposited into my account about two weeks after the first email. There is some stuff there that seems too good to be true so I would be careful. I've been very lucky and extremely pleased with my entire experience.
Never got my order and will not get any refund. SCAM Postal service said they try to delivery. I have video recorded doorbell and no one ever try to deliver. No possible way to contact the shipping company they use
My experience at first was I wanted everything. I love the Site it is set up well but I stopped using wish when I had a few bad experiences. Unlike Ali they sided with the vendor. Now slowly you actually have people buying from other people and selling. You also have people buying from Amazon and selling. Rules are slowly out the window for some quality wise. I just had a vendor make me believe my $60.00 order was coming any day. But not only did it not come it was never sent. It was all Bull #$%&. And get a bunch of people buying and never sending making interest over 2 months on the money. Please send me an application on how I can Start my site. I can actually get deliveries out faster that anyone.
This company is blatantly stealing artist's original designs and using them as their own. They even go so far as to take the photo that the artists and designers shoot! I urge you to please support small American businesses. It's good for the U.S. economy, and you'll have an original, well-made, hand-crafted product.
For me, who are part of those who have to save for my hobby, electronics, this site is more than welcome.
Alibaba, in my opinion, has managed to provide the environment where sellers and buyers are earning together.

I would never recommend you AliExpress.
They have cheated on my orders. I have placed my orders in Dec 2017. Today is July 19,2018 still i have not revived my order. And am asking for refund from the month of MARCH 2018. They do not want pay me back or delivery the items. Every single day they are dragging it.Its pathetic.
Although the price + shipping is slightly lower than Amazon, overall quality and customer service is suboptimal. I have been purchasing from AliExpress for about a year, no impressive product at all. This is a channel to ship counterfeit / low quality products from TaoBao. Avoid it. The slight cost saving is totally not worth it. You end up paying useless products. There is no customer service number you can find.
Order comes. Delivery status says it never left the country of origin. Vendor says just be patient a little longer, its on the way... and the buyer protection cunningly expires. I go through the whole dispute resolution process and they promise a refund. Months pass, nothing. I do it again. Same promises. I ask for a follow up confirmation by email, nothing.
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company with expedited shipping (1 - 3 business days). It has now been three weeks in which I have just asked for a refund. You cannot talk to anyone at the company and they rarely respond to email.

Shipping time is 2-3 weeks on average. The quality of the products isn't great, but if you read carefully before you buy, you know what you are getting.
I bought some unusual gifts for friends, clothes for myself, small electronics and replacements parts for my phone. Never had any issues with sellers. Sure, the shirts I got are a little too big around the shoulders and the quality isn't amazing, but they are affordable and are better quality than the shirts at Primark for the same price.

The delivery company failed to deliver the package twice where I was at home. And the delivery company did not allow me to pick it up either. I started around 10 chats about this package with Ali Express trying to get help with the delivery problem. Still then it was sent back to China. And Ali Express decided they did not want to return the money.

Too many fake prices, too many sellers who use unfair methods of increasing store rank. Too much my time wasted for buying nothing. I pay, seller's order rank increasing, seller lies that doesn't have this in stock, order closed, money refunded, seller continues to sell these goods for another price.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
