I've got many items that I've been satisfied with from vendors on Aliexpress; however, that was not due to their great service.
Their 60 days delivery guarantee or money back it's a lie.
They remove the right to provide a feedback to a bad seller when you open a dispute, so bad seller behavior gets masked.
That's all? Yep. They are dishonest.

I have made over 450 purchases on Aliexpress, good sent to New Zealand. Occasionally. Product doesn't meet the standards but ALiexpress always steps in and approves any claims for either a partial refund for something that doesn't do everything promised or occasionally a full refund without having to send anything back - that's why I continue to do business and get great prices.
I revived an empty package from a seller. Went through the dispute process. Ali said they would step in at the end to help but all they do is say they reviewed the case and agree with the seller no refund. Closed my account and no longer do any business with them. In contrast Amazon goes out of their way to resolve disputes. They are Micky Mouse and have a lot to learn.
My first purchase was within the 15 days and a good deal, ive been waiting on the rest of my order for 18 days when its been in limbo for a whole week, no updates, they state 15 days on everything but apparently this is "on time". They have no customer service just an automated self help center, im sticking with ebay
I was ripped off by a store on Aliexpress and Aliexpress doesn't even help. Even when presented with a paper trail of facts. And buyer protection is a joke. When I complained to the store they said to file a complaint with Aliexpress. Then Aliexpress tells me to contact the store. Just one big circle jerk...
Avoid these businesses like the plague.
Bought some wireless mice for presents here at the office, the car shaped ones, the wheels fell off 4 of the 10, they said they would get back with me and strung it out so it would be past the deadline dates, then you can't open any kind of dispute. Just a bunch of thieves. Stay away as the products are not all that great, and you will be sorry if you have any kind of issue

With no explanation or ability to contact aNY person from the company my account was shut down. Even when I opened a new account as per their instruction, a new account would never process the purchases, they were cancelled/closed. I was disgusted that some of the merchandise I received was counterfeit, so of course I got a full refund on that counterfeit merchandise. Now, in the last year, they have cleaned up their site of counterfeit merchandise, and prices have gone up. Chinese merchants do not understand customer service. Never again will I deal with this company.
I've been a buyer on aliexpress for 4 years now, all of a sudden they implemented meaningless security measures and closing the order and then asking the buyers to share their valuable secured documents like licence or passport for just $1, $2 or $10 max stuff. How crazy! Who know may be a big financial scam on the way by collecting the secured information and docs from buyers for $1 or $2 purchases. Just stay away and save yourselves

So I thought I would try AliExpress for an item they had at a reasonable price so I ordered it and was told it would be delivered in "10 days" which was acceptable to me. Two weeks later it still has not shipped from China. A couple of other items ordered in August 2023 have delivery dates of November. So the lesson is "if you have nothing but time on your hands then go ahead and order" but for me the time estimates they provide are bogus just to get you to order and then you have to deal with getting refunds. So for me AliExpress was Anything but Express. Shame on me for trusting a Chinese seller.
Ali express is a marketplace with everything under the sun. The prices are great but I have 2 issues. First. Everything seems to come from China. I don't read Chinese. So I have no idea of what I bought is what is advertised. Second. The shopping time is ridiculous. I waited for nearly a month for an order. Also, be mindful of buying brand name products. In not sure that they are truly what is advertised. Be aware! Things may not as they seem. If it's too good to be true... it is.
I bought 2 pieces of SSD. After testing, I found that the performance is really bad. I decided to return it back. After returning process starts, AliExpress sent me a notice saying my order is finished. I checked the USPS tracking. The returned package is on-hold at China Customs. So, don't expect you can return stuff bought from ArliExpress. I am going to prepare a YouTube video to show my purchasing experiences.
Absolutely scandalous fraud store, send you faulty products and doesn't refund when sending the proofs.

Human " hair like they say it is. It sheds and gets dry within a couple of days no matter what you do to it, people only give positive reviews because the shipping is fast but once they install their hair it's a whole different story aliexpress won't get another dime from me.
I ordered from 2 different sellers. Both shops estimated that my order would arrive in 12-22 days. I'm assuming that's business days. I'm okay with that. I ordered on May 5th; it's now June 5th and both orders have not even left China yet. I'd rather pay an extra few dollars for faster shipping. I don't expect to get my orders until July, if ever. I will never order from AliExpress or any sellers that are drop shipping from China for that matter.
Bought an item ($360) the seller send the wrong item so now I have to accept it, pay customs and fees, send it back, but they always tell you to send in the most cheap way, so time will go buy, you will lose your buyer protection. More than that, you can only get refund for what you payed, the return shipping is on you!

I've been on Aliexpress or 3 years and a Dimond member. Ordering is easy with very few issues this is backed with great customer service. Each time my order didn't come I get a refund or repurchase it. I know some are skeptical about ordering from China but have no worries. Base on my experience with Ali it always been great. Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
