When I first came on here I bought tons of clothes and cancelled orders and never recieved that money back. I did not know about dispute at the time. Hundreds of dollars lost, get educated so it doesn't happen to you.
Aliexpress a great website! Very many times bought, here to see prices. All always came very quickly. This product is always received a quality! Last time ordered tourist knife in MaXin' s store, Store No. *******, the seller sent the item at the second day after the order to Ukraine has come for 3 weeks. I was satisfied.
From the start always knew that this is a marketplace, meaning that there will be many selleers, with various sellers.
Good thing they provide rating and review mechanism, so always read those before deciding to make any purchase.

Received android stylus that did not work. Requested refund. Was asked for proof, sent a picture of the pen, did not know what other proof to send. Without any further communication my refund or resend was denied. Will never deal with this scam outfit again. North America has better with eBay and Amazon. They have good customer service, Aliexpress doesn't know what customer service is.
Careful when shopping on this site. The goods are Chinese. VERY VERY cheap quality. I ordered some 40pc souvenirs for my wedding ($126) they came rusted and stained. Only three were in acceptable condition.
I opened a dispute to return them and hopefully receive a refund. They didn't refuse the refund yet they expect me to pay the shipping fees ($336- from New Jersey to China).

We required a promotional product for a specific event/date. We advised them of our timeframe (with weeks to spare before the actual event) and they assured us there was more than enough time for production/shipping. The deadline passed and by the time the actual event had arrived, the promotional products still had not been received.
We had already paid for the products and did not receive them in time for the event.
We approached them to work out appropriate recourse, offering a number of options. They refused to work with us on anything and the whole thing turned into a terrible, drawn out experience in which we ultimately lost our money.
Bought one of two back packs offered. They sent the wrong (smaller) one. When I complained they asked me to keep the smaller bag and next time I get a discount.
Long story cut short... after a lot of back and forth (they ended up mocking me and sending crying emotive) they refunded me half. Now I'm stuck with a useless bag I don't want. Go back to Ebay. This mob are a rip off!
I started purchasing from aliexpress last year Juluy 2017. Ever since my experience from buying goods is marvelous. They solve whatever problem i may have quickly. They deliver quality products so far. But sometimes their shipping took a bit long but it is worth a wait. Their clothes cost less and their shipping is free mostly. I love buying my clothes here body creams etc and etc. you won't regret buying here. I am happy that i meet this reliable site. Thank you so much about your service. Do not use this company, they sent me the wrong size boots even though the order clearly stated the required size. The seller did not respond to my complaint and Ali express locked my account and I can't get access to sort the problem.

Buyer beware. Poor support is provided in issues with stores. Despite loads of evidence and chats with assurances that you will receive feedback if you have issues the offer of support is empty. Some stores are honest but a number rip you off, send the buyer wrong items and all it appears knowing that AliExpress with support deception and the dishonest sellers for a profit. As someone here already said, "Customer support is a joke..."
I have read many of the reviews, I would guess that for every 2 positive reviews there are 20 bad reviews. I also had a very bad experience with Aliexpress. I have to believe they are very much aware of what they are doing, it took 7 weeks for my delivery.
I purchased a watch it never worked from day one. I tried returning the item that whole process was a joke. I paid $ 85.00
They give you a tracking number however they later advised me that my purchase had to pass through 3 separate ports.
Singapore, China and somewhere else I can't recall, then I told due to inclement weather in Pacific ocean there would be additional delays. They know because they are not a company operating in the United States they are not subject to stringent laws and penalties so in short they screw us with impunity.

Ordered shoes in size 8 U.S. they sent size 6.5 or so and said that was Chinese size 8. I asked them why a U.S. buyer would order a Chinese size in scale. No answer. Shoes about $120. To return them $61 with little chance they would refund $121, so didn't send. This is their way of offloading shoes in stock. Would NEVER do business with AliExpress ever again.
They give you a hard time when it comes to return your item. Be careful. I have been trying to return a dress that didn't fit they way it should be and they are giving me a very hard time and telling me that if I didn't want the dress why did I ordered it. So rude. I'm forced to keep the dress that doesn't fit right and lose my money.
I paid for colmi watch Order No: ************** on Feb. 06 2018. The watch was shipped with missing strap and defective battery which could not be charged. Shipping charges to return to supplier costs nearly as much as the cost of the watch. Aliexpress buyer protection programme is just fake

A website gives you insight into many products and promise of payment protections, but it is all scam, the time period for any dispute is only 15 days from the time of getting products, but if the products fail to work after 15 days there are no protections. As for Chinese product they only work for two weeks and they fail. One cannot open dispute or cannot contact Ali express for customer services. I encourage do not buy anything from Aliexpress. Dude i keep trying too order something on the site, like the payment goes through, and a few moments later, it says in my email that the order was closed and the money was refunded. Im so confused. I keep trying too talk too the sellers and they have no idea what im talking about, and then im emailing these people like crazy and trying too verify that my card is not fraud but nothing works. I see that they go through escrow so i dont know if theirs some specific specifications i need to do in order too be approved, its driving me nuts, im really trying too order this specific thing on their Thats really cheap, and these people must want to drive me crazy!
I would say buying small items were fine for me but Ordering clothes on Aliexpress is $#*!. The items are never accurate as the picture are shown. Sellers make items pricey when other sellers make items way cheaper, enough though it's the same product. CareMer China Co., Ltd was so persistent on me changing the dispute title.
