Quality fabric and stitching, I never expect this situation. I disputed and received my money back many times before, because Aliexpress (Unfortunately) has some liar and cheater sellers. 9. Percent of vendors are great. I order jewelry and other fashion accessories, and most of the time they are good quality. A few have been questionable. I have only had a problem with one vendor and I have placed over 150 orders. Most vendors will immediately resolve any issues quickly without one having to file a dispute. I have learned that better quality items are usually more, the least expensive are typically not the best quality.
I purchased a number of lower priced household items and mainly they were fine.
But clothing is fraught with disaster unless you are a very small size.
The sizing information is a mishmash. Identical garments sold by various store will have varying size measurements for the same size.
Incorrect sizing is rife often passing one size only as XL and XXL and incorrect dispatch is also a problem such as ordering socks but receiving pantyhose instead.
It is telling that AliExpress have shunned Paypal where the buyer has at least some recourse for dodgy dealings and can it only be viewed with suspicion as to why Paypal is out and Escrow is in.
Love the items we purchased from this site. We pay extra for rush things and it definitely comes earlier than expected. Oh and they look so nice too. Cycling jersey, ladies' accessories and even party decors.
Utter Con Artists. Paid for a Black Dress. Got tracking saying item was delivered. Came home to a large mens grey tracksuit! Contacted and sent photos of labels and packaging and product and the seller said that I must have ordered it from somewhere else. Didn't reply to any more emails and took my money and never sent the item I ordered! Couldn't enter a dispute online, website comes up with an error every time. Just DONT use or you will never see your money again or your item!
Long delivery times. Most of my orders took around 2-3 weeks. Most orders were tracked so showed the deliveries. But the ones that weren't tracked, only half were actually delivered. They say there will be a refund on the site but I have to wait another month to see this. Will update if there is.
Products were mostly as they seem and I was happy with them.
Although one was nothing like the picture they displayed. Should have checked the reviews more closely.
Even if they say, there would not be exchanges or refunds once the product is received.
Order wisely by checking every detail that is available to you.
Total Scam! Please spare your money and energy and look elsewhere. I've ordered 40 items with a specific size and the seller has sent out 40 times a different (much cheaper) size. Even though I have evidence since the items have labels on them showing the wrongs sizes and the seller has admitted to having sent the wrong sizes in private message, AliExpress has decided in favor of the seller and not offered a full refund. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and am now opening a dispute directly with them. Never ever will I order with AliExpress again. I rather pay more money and purchase with trustworthy companies. Never again!
Seller did not deliver the item which was ordered but shipped a different item.
After opening a dispute, Ali Express asked me to return the item and seller will pay the return shipping charges, but later on they made another decision to not issue the refund. Unfortunately, I am very upset by this decision. It looks like AliExpress don't care about customers but gave favour to the sellers.
AliExpress and this seller left me a bad impression.
On Nov. 1,2018 (order **************) we paid US $8334. 00 via wire transfer as instructed to ALLPAY Singapore at Citibank N. A. but your bank never gave you the money so our order was cancelled for non-payment. We have no money and no goods - this is a scam and theft. Citibank does not respond to request for a refund. Aliexpress service staff do not care, keep saying no payment received. Very sad.
Placed order 1/5/24. Never shipped. Site shows this and chat bots confirm. Ask for refund. Chat bots "rest assured your money is safe and I will escalate your claim, you will hear in 24hours" Of course, nothing. A week later, seller sends message and states prices have gone up, send another $100 and they will ship! I decline and demand refund. Seller goes dark. Chat bots will 'escalate'. Nothing. Here we are at 2/10/24 Now working with PayPal fraud. This site promotes fraud and hides. Never had a problem with TEMU.
It has been six months since the site states that a refund is in progress. Yet, I have not received a refund and no customer service to reach. I find AliExpress to be a very dangerous site to shop on. I gave them 1 star as there is nothing lower than that.
I would never buy anything from them and I would never advise anybody to shop there based on my experience.

I ordered an item that was promised to be delivered in 30 days or you get your money back. The order was shipped 2 days after I placed it. The chinese tracking system gives next to no information. 20 days gap where chinese shipper says it has been sent to US and USPS says they don't have anything. On the 30th day I wrote to the seller asking why I have not received it. He responds saying, "I said there were 30 pieces, not 324". I have no clue what that means or how it answers my question! I escalated to AliExpress, still waiting to hear back.
I will not go back to these guys. I'd rather pay a few bucks more and get my stuff from a US company.
This is apparently a shell company for AliExpress. They sell questionable furs with short terrn policies, shipped from the U.S., but returnable only to China. The sizes are off, so you might as well take your money outside and throw it in the air. Makes me question doing business with AliExpress altogether. The moral is, don't buy something you can't afford to eat the cost of, or go to Temu and Shein, where they sell the same stuff but have U.S. Return addresses and reasonable return policies, in other words, give a damn.
I have ordered a few times of aliexpress and have lodged a few disputes for incorrectly advertised products. I have had the seller admit to incorrect advertising and STILL they did not give me my money back or send me the right product. Not the first issue. I guess they dont understand logic due to language barrier. They are only after your money! Be warned!
I never had any troubles with them or any seller for that matter and I'm at my 12th order over a year timeframe I suspect others that posted about this site have the "i want it now" syndrome because delivery is slow for a lot of sellers with aliexpress but my purchased where always there as described never had to ask a refund. Please ppl read the description and delivery time and you'll have no greater expectation than you should
My experience with ali express was really good. I ordered over 200$ worth of clothes and shoes. The shoes were true to size and I was impressed w/ the quality. BUT some of the dresses were teeeeeeny tiny and see through, mostly the white ones(you would nip thru). But overall, It worked out for me, it all was really trendy and came as advertised! Just be cautious if your a bigger girl bc shirt sizes run really small. Also shipping time blows it took forever!
I bought a hair clipper from this seller which did not work properly from the first day. After less than a month of usage the clipper stopped working because of a cheap plastic stripped gear. The seller refuses to honour the warranty ans like many chinese sellers uses the scam send me a video. I sent him photos but he refuses to refund the item..
I've been purchasing from Ali Express for over 6 months and all works flawlessly. Shipping can sometimes be slow, but is always within the specified dates so no problem. On the rare occasion I have an issue, I raise a dispute and it's taken care of promptly. Tracked shipping and signed for delivery is good too. I genuinly can't fault the site
I have been disappointed on delivery of some paper crafting stamps by the SIZE. Samples look great in ad but half size or less when they arrive. Writing is so small it is unreadable. Never order unless reviews on site show buyers photos with measurements or references. Avoid sellers who have no actual written reviews. Some sellers are intentionally deceptive by not showing photos of the stamp sets or reference sizes in photos. All stamps 20 to 30 percent smaller. Do not buy from NAIFUMODO.
I have been using Aliexpress for years, but now I am very dissatisfied with using Aliexpress. Since Jan 2020 I find deliveries are not being received, unable to get any help from the sellers and you can't contact Aliexpress for help. Any answers from the sellers, that i did receive were rude and unhelpful. I will not use this site again, have had about 8 issues with using this site, just this year. Any warranty claim, forget it, will not get any help or they charge you a lot of money to fix items. Useless.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
