Aliexpress changed its policy of disputes, at least for Spain. I had been warned, but now I have suffered, in my last claim they sent me a broken spare, after trying to send the video that they asked me for PC and not being able, on the fourth attempt with the mobile application I sent it, all for giving the reason to the seller and ask for another video, which now is impossible to send. In short, the unprotected buyer and the scammers have realized that they are at ease. After 150 orders and have the great honor of being a diamond customer, but two scams followed, have made me leave this platform. I only got the tantrum of sending the video to the seller's personal email, suggesting what he could do with my money. I purchased a gift t-shirt online at AliExpress at TeesPark store. After first 3 days and into shipping process, all was lost. No further info on shipping or from store. Because of their ridiculous policy, I had to wait months later to even file a refund request. Attempted to speak w/ them on their online chat and it circled around in a robotic maze. Ended up spending hours attempting to track this order and it never arrived. I would not put my trust in any part of this company and it's ability to track, deliver, and service it's customers. DON'T TRUST.
My Experience:
I ordered size Medium pants knowing that the pants run small because they were coming from China. The $17 pants (plus shipping) fit like a size 2. Because they were from China, the international shipping for the return cost much more than the pants. I then asked for a $10 partial refund via a dispute and got *$5* back at the end of the day. DO NOT shop from here.
What You Need to Know:
There is no customer service phone number/chat/email to reach and the sellers can easily scam you like I was.
If you want to return, the return process is not straightforward and you are not guaranteed to get a full refund (especially with international shipping costs).
Didn't get the phone or the money back $267. I tried many times with customer service. I send my bank statements to prove it etc etc etc. You aren't getting your money back. Maybe ok for items under $5
Bought an android for my Maserati GT, they switched model b/c the one I ordered was out-of-stock. Arrived and it looked ok, but no instructions at all. Got it installed, but it barely works. Misaligned screen, touch points off by 1/4", OBD interface programmed for wrong car, can't update home screen... Android Auto works about 50% of the time. Contacted support, which then required me to communicate with vendor. Vendor would respond with a request for a new video/explanation every time to delay the refund process. After 3-4 rounds of this I contacted Aliexpress to get refund, never responded.
At no point could I leave a review for my purchase. I have to assume the vendor reviews are faked.
I wouldn't buy a toothpick from AliExpress, even if they paid me to.
Forget eBay or Amazon! I have ordered over half a dozen items from them and every one of them has been of good quality and received in reasonable time, except for one from a battery store. The store had the nerve to refuse a refund even though I had not received it, but AliExpress was lightning fast in resolving the dispute and I had the refund on my card the very next day. Very pleased. I will continue buying from AliExpress.
They supplied a dress that was completely the wrong colour and style. Contacted seller and found the customer service (or lack of) to be alarmingly. Kept promising refund but refused to pay return postage. Finally after contacting via live chat their head office via Alibaba.com they promised a full refund and no need to return dress as the cost of return was not viable (it probably costs them a couple of dollars to make the dress they sold for nearly $150 AUD). Had to put in another dispute and after again follow up after follow up, no response. Still haven't received a cent back and now I have put in a dispute with the credit card merchant who are investigating the matter. I will never use Ali Express again!
A package of 3 items was lost by the usps and they have no idea where it is. Tracking has stopped and Ali denies a refund.it's a fight to get my money back for a package lost. Buyer protection means nothing to them!
I brought something from Aliexpress a couple of months ago. I didn't have any problems with the product or shipping.
I did get a phishing Postal fail delivery notice scam at about three weeks in with all my shipping details in the email. Then after a month my credit card got fraudulently used. I told Aliexpress and closed my Aliexpress account. Not sure who was to blame (Aliexpress or vendor) but does it matter when it comes down to your personal financial security?
The product was not as portrayed as on the advertisement and there there was a very poor after sale service.
It arrived like a rag of material, when I appeal they did not respond for several days and then close the case saying there was no valid reason for the return here response breached their own guidelines.
Very unhappy and i will not use them again.
I bought over 140 products with express. Except for one product that did not reach me (and not the seller's fault), everything usually came much faster than its registered name. The sellers are very kind and answer quickly to questions. I'll go on shopping here and recommend the Alyakscape.
I have used AliExpress as my "go to" for a couple of years. The prices are reasonable and I have found that the majority of items are of great quality. Some sellers ship faster than others but I haven't really had any complaints as I realize they are not next door! I will continue to do business with AliExpress as long as the prices stay reasonable and I can get my orders in a reasonable amount of time.
Still waiting after 63 days to find item ordered is still in China. They were quick enough to debit the $300.00 dollars from my credit card.
Now try and find a contact to complain or get a refund.

I make purchases every other day from AliExpress But they're not giving me any points. They actually have taken points away. I am the highest membership you can be. I have spent thousands of dollars and haven't gotten any points. I haven't done any returns or anything. There should be no reason why wouldn't it be getting points. I leave reviews also. They should really take care of their customers who spend an astronomical amount of money. I've spent $50.000 in the past year with them. I'm not very happy with the way I've been treated.
I ordered 10 items on one account and received 4 (shipping was 2-3 months). The other 6 items were never received and there's a major process to wait 3 months then try to resolve with seller and a big run around before your money is refunded Customer service seems like your talking to a robot with prescripted lines and repeating yourself over and over as they never understand the issue. Plus to be even more annoying you can only type a certain amount of characters to them if u go over it deletes all u typed. It doesn't count the characters for u so u just find out if your watching to see what u typed was transmitted. They don't seem to care or be concerned with over 1/2 their orders not being received. I have ordered 88 ties from Alipress (I just checked) and have two problems, quickly resolved. I do not order anything expensive but what I have received I have found to be delivered as promised (except twice as mentioned) and both cases my $ was refunded promptly. I have ordered well over a dozen iPhone cases, wasabi tape, earphones, apple earphones covers and small zip cases meant for headphones but we use for keeping USB drive from getting lost as well as headphones, shoe laces, pencil cases, baseball hats, etc. I do not order clothes or shoes (size difference) no phones or tablets because if they don't work you are $#*! out of luck.
I ordered a bear pinafore with a hood and it's so so so cute! It was about 22 dollars, and it was well worth it, the material is definitely a little different, so if you're finicky about that kind of thing you should pass; but that's the only thing you could perceive as a negative.
I placed an order no. ************** on 14th june 2022. It was expected to be delivered by 10th july. I waited till 10th July and then when I tracked it mentioned It is getting delayed please wait. This continued till last week of July. Then I raised a dispute. After follow up I am informed the product has been delivered. When i checked from USPS they informed "Label created package not delivered. They have closed the dispute and now have blocked even for raising fresh dispute. It's a mess, there is no customer's service It's all robots. They support the seller not you. I have been waiting for two month for my oder and It's still in transit! Getting a refund is not easy and there is no one to talk to about the refund. Will never use again.
Purchased a WiFi/Bluetooth Mini PCI card. Bluetooth is non functional. Supplied screenshots from windows showing no Bluetooth and AliExpress would not accept as evidence for a partial refund. This is the only possible evidence and it was flatly denied as evidence. Beware you will not get help if you have issues.
Shipping time pathetic, took more than a month. I had items shipped all the way from the UK in the middle of COVID lockdown in less than a week so no excuse for this.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
