My report was not responded to quickly I was disappointed with the service from aliexpress. Refund issuse. There is no definite explanation. I have to wait 3-20 working days, it's time, nothing goes to the bank. My transfer doesn't show up. I'm very disappointed.
I placed 2 orders for USB/Ethernet converters ************** & **************), plugged them into my raspberry pi & they worked for a few minutes, then the network hung. Tried swapping raspberry pi's, no luck. Tried a different Amazon version, and no issues. I queried with the vendor who strung me along asking all sorts of questions, then once out of the dispute window they're being even more useless. What a waste of money.
Another order was for a bike repair kit ( **************) and it just didn't arrive, I was asked to wait, then when out of the dispute window it was clear they only intended to take my money and had no intention to send me the product.
I will however say 80% of my orders arrive without issue, but 20% is too high for issues like this to occur. I prefer to use Amazon, especially for anything electric, and valued over USD10.
Made 78 order so far only 1 lost in shipping. Not bad for marketplace fast for refund and reply from seller is fast. No communication error. Only bad so far is too many thing to shop lots of assortment if you know how to find your ways.

Did not receive the package even though tracking indicated that it was "Delivered". I expressed for weeks with the seller and AliExpress and they "wanted proof I didn't receive it". Ended up not getting a refund or my product, very mad that I spent $62 for nothing.
Ordered a flower girl dress at the last minute. They recommended expedited shipping. Everything was very reasonably priced. They took actual measurements by email communication. I live on east coast so we would email eachother when it was 11pm. Good and easy communication at that same time every night! Accurate shipping information. Beautiful dress. Very positive experience. Very happy!
Buying from AliExpress is gambling. You never know if your order will be shipped and if the seller is honest. I did order a few times and it was fine but there are lots of scammers and they just let you know it was shipped when it wasn't. You wait a month and open dispute and some of the sellers would not even reply.
AliExpress has no policy to protect customers. None. It is automatic replies and they close your case if any problem without even looking into it. Shocking! I sent them my discussion with the seller and all the pictures evidence. Seller sent me one piece of the product instead of 29! They refused to refund. All the proof of communication and pictures was provided to aliexpress team. They closed the dispute without any action. Seriously? Did they even look into my case? Shocking! I lost more than $40
Not just sellers on AliExpress but AliExpress themself are scammers!

Ordered a tee shirt. X-Large. The shirt finally arrived after a prolonged delivery period and unfortunately is at least a size smaller if not two sizes. The quality is poor as evidenced by the design is peeling and it's supposed to be brand new. Now the exchange or refund process is horrible. Would not recommend.
Love this website. You can find all the expensive things you've always wanted, for less than half the price! My biggest complaint is just searching for things on the site can be a little tedious. And the coupons are hard to figure out depending on the type.
The product selection is wide and you can typically find whatever it is you're looking for and then the prices are in the main, very good.
The typical challenge is shipping. Posting from China is slow and that might be understandable but then theres the odd instances where a product is shown as available/in stock but after confirming that payment has been received, the product isnt shipped straight away... sometimes with delays of weeks.
Apart from that, I use AliExpress pretty regularly and am pretty happy to continue.

Well, here's my experience. Ordered merchandise, never received but did pay for it. They wanted all kinds of info to "credit" me so I walked away. Wasn't about to provide them with more info to financially endanger me further. Oh well, lesson learned. Don't deal with this company.
I recently purchased a T-shirt of average quality, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the design is decent and the fabric feels comfortable against the skin. However, I noticed some stitching flaws and the material seems a bit thin and prone to stretching. While it's not the highest quality T-shirt I've owned, it's still wearable for casual occasions. Overall, I would describe it as an okay purchase, but I wouldn't expect it to last as long as higher quality alternatives.
I supposedly bought a waterproof smart watch. Two weeks later the watch had a blueline through it then fogged up and stopped charging altogether. I tried to contact the seller he wanted me to post the faulty product back at my cost! I have been dealing with customer service representative - 3 in 3 months and nothing has been done. AliExpress has some very good quality products available at wholesale prices. I've been very happy with what I've received from them. I've ordered 8 items. They were good quality. One seller sent me the wrong handbag and I negotiated a 50% discount. I was happy with that.
The cons are snail mail shipping, inconsistencies in quality among sellers, Asian sizing and not knowing 100% if what you are getting is what was described.

Super warm and looks deadly, cost me $180 best purchase, very pleased. Only thing you need to order a size bigger! Measure your own clothes and make sure you order a size bigger. Jacket looked thick so i did and it fits perfect. These guys sizes are tiny i usually fit into a L or XL had to order a 4XL from them. Happy Shopping
Buyer protection was of no use. I reached out to seller SEVERAL times telling them that I never received my package even though it showed delivered. The seller kept saying just wait due to COVID and contact post office, which I did multiple times before contacting seller. Post office could only tell me they would talk with carrier that supposedly delivered. Found out they delivered to a different apartment complex way across town, a month later and the office at complex kept saying they don't have it. AliExpress closed my claim instead of helping or refunding me, knowing that I didn't get my order. I will never order from them again and won't recommend anyone else. Lost out on $35 and no products.
