Suspicious activity

I just received a call from my CC company. The day after my CC was billed by Aliexpress, there appeared another charge from another online service. My CC company had called about suspicious activity on my account. They canceled my account before other charges could appear. Looks like someone at Aliexpress is using CC for their own personal shopping spree. I'm glad my CC company discovered this theft before anything else could be charged. No more Aliexpress for me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

With over 1400 one star reviews - pay heed. Do not buy any lighting fixtures - not adaptable to American wiring. Tried to get a refund on item not received from Guangdong BSwells Trading Co., Ltd for $85.56. Kept insisting I received item without zip code on address even though I had entered correct address. Am not even going to pursue. Karma will deal with it. Told me on website refund given - Maybe back in their pocket - not mine! Had to give it one star even though I didn't want to give it any!

Things do not arrive, refunds are partial. To save a couple of euros, at the end you spend time and lose money (they do not refund you all). Avoid buy on Aliexpress/Alibaba if you live in Europe. Spend some euros more and get your things early and securely.

I ordered one of their products and it looked like someone already used the item(it did not look new).
I wanted to return the item but what I learned was that "increasingshoes.com" would subtract the shipping cost from the returning amount. Of course I had to pay for costs for returning the item.
By the way, the some kind of chemical smell from the shoes was terrible.
That was a very cheap product compared to what I pad(paid 130 dollars)

I placed an order for an item under $50. They deducted the money from my account and then sent me an email saying my order was cancelled because they could not accept my payment because of security reasons? I paid with my Visa from my credit union and now have to fight to get the money back. What kind of rip off is this.

I bought like five orders and paid in full what they asked. Now the post they close the order saying that its been close for unpaid orders... am going to report all my transactions to my bank and get a lawyer... i dont play games with my money...

I ordered two pair of shoes from alliexpress and they never sent it, but instead they charged my credit card. I opened a dispute and they would not give me a refund. Don't order anything through this company. This website is a joke, just use Ebay or Amazon.

Ali Express is the best website from China! Buy goods for many years and never had problems! If the product is quality then confirm the order! If the product is not high quality or did not come then open a dispute and I return the money! I recommend to everyone!

I am using Aliexpress for some time, bought many items and i can say - it is a pretty good site. Of course you need to be cautious, read reviews and recommendations on items. In aliexpress you can find really not bad and most of the time cheaper things.

Aliexpress has removed all past vestiges of a "customer support" interface and replaced it with a useless "bot" named "Eva" that is incapable of doing anything beyond trivial analysis of the text you input and then directing you to another page on the Aliexpress web site. The bot is unable to deal with any complex issues, and Aliexpress has eliminated any capability to connect to an actual human.
In addition Aliexpress changed their transportation system for "basic shipping" to their partnership with Cainiao. That system is overloaded and loses some shipments.

Like Amazon, Banggood Aliexpress has a good selection and competitive prices. However when it comes to their dispute process with Sellers the difference is clear. The process is just an electronic process that is aimed at favoring the Seller.
I purchased an AP/repeater that turned up to be faulty as it could not connect to my router (unlike other repeaters I've bought and configured). I sent a photo of the configuration status page showing it failed to connect to the router. The seller responded "0 return and 0 refund", which was seconded and confirmed by Aliexpress. The Seller has a 7 day return policy / 30 d warrant and neither was offered to me. Aliexpress have a 15 day Buyer protection which turned out to be whatever the Seller decides.
Other e-sellers do take back failed products, but Aliexpress and its sellers won't. Stay away or be prepared to carry the loss.

SCAMMED! I did not receive my item from Ali Express/Sunrise Warm Store!

Ali Express is absolutely insane to deal with. Even getting to chat or email is incredibly difficult. When you do get in contact, they are not helpful at all. Multiple times, the chat representatives would say "You'll definitely get your money back", then the dispute result would come back saying "The item was delivered. You will not get your money back".

I will never purchase from Ali Express again.

Its complicated

You can't characterize a marketplace as it has thousands of sellers and not all of them are legitimate. Free shipping takes a lot of time and the product may not arrive at all. At least, all these cases can be resolved with their support. Paid shipping, on the other hand, costs a fortune.

One of the best E-Commerce websites in the world.

I shop on Ali on a daily basis and didn't encounter any difficulties. You must take in mind the fact that the website hosts different sellers so the quality and the services may vary from product to product.
One gripe i have is the fact that the site doesn't issue an traditional invoice.

Beware! AliExpress is full of Chinese scammers! They will imitate the advertised garment with the cheapest quality fabric possible! And don't expect to get your money back! They will pretend to cooperate, but in the end you will lose your money! Their "Buyer Protection" is a fraud and is more like Seller Protection!

With the cheap prices I made a big order of about 7 articles of clothing. The products took nearly 2 months to arrive. They were all very small and very cheaply made some threads falling out and unwearable. I don't wear a single item from the bunch I ordered they were all crap. They have so many pop up ads and are spoken about you think you are getting something reliable but not at all complete waste of money and time.

I use this site all the time. It is great for make up although all items can be a bit hit and miss. Mostly the good outweighs the bad. The sizing can come up small. I got my wedding dress through this site and it was amazing and so so cheap and it did need altering but still worked out cheaper than a shop one. Absolutely recommend this site
