Don't buy anything from AliExpress. They do not honor their purchase protection. I did not receive an item, although the tracking said it was delivered. I let the seller know that since it was international shipping they would have to file a trace on the package. Did that go anywhere? Heck no. What was I to submit for proof that I did not receive my package ( and we have locking mailboxes, so it was unlikely that it was stolen randomly). A picture of an empty mailbox maybe? Their dispute process sucks, I have lost a lot of money and tried to get refunds but no help from AliExpress. They have numerous competitors, so I will try those for my purchases. Don't make my mistake - stay away from these shysters.
I placed an order that lists as free shipping. I then get a message from seller wanting more money to ship, then another message from seller to cancel my order. AliExpress refunded my money but still allows seller to keep same listing with "free shipping"
Was told I had received the item. Was even sent a tracking slip
(1) The address is not correct so the item could not have been delivered.
(2) The phone number on the order which was supposed to be mine is wrong.
(3) I approached Australia Post with the tracking order and was told the tracking number of the item they cannot find a copy. It is not in their system. Also, the QR code does not work.
AliExpress just do not want to deal with me on this matter. I feel scammed.
I've ordered various items from them. Usually small things like sthe hinges of a laptop screen and phone cases... The shipping takes quite a while, and one item got lost (got a refund).
I don't really blame them though as it's a marketplace like eBay right? Depends on the individual seller.
The item description made a false claim on the size chart--it wasn't even close. The company claims to issue refund but when I complained the item didn't fit they didn't respond until the third contact, then only gave me half the price back! Complete rip-off to be left with an item I can't use but I had to pay for it. Don't trust this site!

Don't ever buy headsets or earphones from AliExpress as there is no way you can get a claim or refund if there is any defect unless you got professional testing tools to prove the products is defective. Which means for 10 or 20 dollar worth item claim, you have to spend a day and be equipped to prove the products is defective and show evidence that either there is no sound or the sound is defective or distorted. Ordered a right side visor for a Subaru Forester. Left side visor was shipped. I asked to exchange or get a refund, sent customer service a screenshot of the website picture of the order (right visor). AliExpress would not provide an exchange or refund. Very disappointing.

I waited for over 2 months. After two months Tracking updated and it was mentioned delivery attempt failed. I never received any call or massage for yhis delivery. So tracking information is false.
Upon this I contacted seller, seller responded delivery failed which is not correct.
I raised for dispute, AE customer care interfere, closed dispute with reason product is delivered to customer. I request for appeal further. Later they remove option for dispute from order.
It is complete scam by seller and aliexpress.
Never order from Aliexpress. You loose your money.
I ordered a second such tablet. And there is a slight disappointment this time. 1. It's a shame and a shame that the delivery was from China - although the RF was indicated (the first came from Moscow in 1.5 weeks), although in general it did not arrive very long. 2. They took payment and flat out said they didn't have the item and were not shipping it. I tried to file a dispute on a vendor for a refund. Customer service sends some fake copy of a letter in Chinese. I paid with MasterCard but they keep trying to say they'll only credit my PayPal. But surprise it's not going through. They have no intention on refunding it. Then I tried to file a dispute about not getting a credit with customer service and it's been more than 10days so you can't. Everything is coming from China it takes 30+ days to receive anything from China. You can only file a dispute for 10 days. Don't order unless you love to throw your money away and pull your hair out!
I have only used this site once and it was to purchase a cheap phone case, one of the only reasons to really use this site. I had found a case featuring a favorite band of mine and places an order online on Jan 17th of this year. I got a tracking number but wasn't able to get any information from it, however I knew going in that it could take a couple weeks to get. I got in about 3 weeks later, I guess I got lucky since it was exactly what I ordered and in good condition. Make sure you check out seller ratings before purchasing!

Please do NOT buy from this Ali Express seller George Smith Jewelry(ROXI Brand). Sent defect items, refused to refund me full. I thought it safe to buy from them as mostly five stars feedback. But I was wrong. They sent defect earrings to me. The stone was not fixed well, leaving very big gap between the stone and earrings. Can see the defect with bare eyes.
The seller admitted that they sent defect items, but refuse to refund. How to give such defect earrings as a gift?
The dispute process was long, more than one month. Seller refused to refund full, only refund 30% after the round, round process in circle. Ali Express did not do anything, only asked to me to accept 30% or ship it back. The postage cost more than the earrings, so I can never ship it back.
Waste my time and money to buy from this irresponsible supplier. After time and effort spent to escalate the dispute, I still have to bear loss of 70% of item that I have to throw away. :(
Suppliers are good, but AliExpress has implemented a "My Wallet" option that asks for many highly sensitive personal infomration. If you don't give this personal information to them, they will reject your orders. I used my personal credit card and my orders were rejected. They want to know my personal information at all costs!
Bought 5 items, 2 never arrived after more then 2 months. Started buyers protection and dispute. Aliexpress promised refund within 5 days, never got anything.
Next time will be trough Ebay and Paypal. They take there buyers protection seriously.
