I had said that they gave away my card info because there was an unrecognized charge on my cc for $5 from apple. Turns out it was an app subscription on my wife's account that she forgot to cancel. I apologize for the rushed accusation.

If you want a bunch of stuff for super cheap this is the place to go. Quality is not always best but such is life when you buy cheap. Buy things like outdoor or workout clothes or socks. Simple stuff, but can be fun sometimes.

Purchased a screen for an Iphone 5c that arrived in a non working condition and received well after promised ETA. Then its taking forever for a claim to be processed and it's still ongoing. Stay away from this site unless you have money to lose. No customer service and no protection for the buyer.

Don't buy from Friend Ship Store

They advertise free shipping, then contacted me after I ordered my product to ask for more money for shipping. We went back and forth for a while. They said I can cancel my order and to choose the option "I don't want it" as the reason. I told them I would not do that and that I would choose the truthful option, the seller won't ship it. The store denied the refund, forcing me to wait 10 days for my refund. Unless I picked the reason for refund they told me to.

Terrible service

I have been waiting for my goods for 3 months. I checked their location and it turned out they are sent to another country because of the reason "not full address". So I have found out that our country want to have full name of the buyer, but Aliexpress has a standard form where they mention only the name. This situation lasts for a while, and they have been informed about these requirements. But they haven't changed the address form yet, in spite of customers complaints! And all my goods are somewhere else, but not in my country.

I wished I would've checked this review site. I would never have ordered from them. I ordered a print which appeared to be ready to be hung. After seller took money from my visa, he sent an email asking if i wanted to buy the frame for 95.00! And thats discounted. I only paid 33. For print mind you. When I asked for a refund for false advertisement I had to jump through hoops. Hours on computer with 'chat'. No contact number. That tells you something right there. And the seller, emailing back and forth for about 3 days... after all that I told them keep their lousy money. I was tired of fighting with them. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, for that matter I felt sick knowing I was ordering from China. Never again. Take heed. I cant even give any stars. I had to give one or I wouldn't be able to leave this message!.

I have seen many bad reviews about this site but I have been using it for many years to purchase Chinese electronics that I occasionally sell.

It's very import to pay attention to the seller's ratings as an indication on how honest and reliable a particular seller is.

Using that approach, I have had only quality products. Some of those phones I have been using as my personal phone and am very happy with them.

10-Aug-15 Update:

I'm still using Aliexpress and am very happy with this site. They have the best deals but you do have to pay attention to the vendor reviews to ensure you will be happy with your purchase.

I don't mean to offend anyone but if are getting bad products then you are definitely not a smart shopper. This site is similar to ebay so we can't blame bad products on Aliexpress. Also, I have stressed this with so many people. READ THE REVIEWS. I don't care how good the product looked in the picture, if there are no reviews then don't buy it. Use common sense people. Reviews with pictures are key. There have been so many times where I came upon products I really like but once I saw the photo review I immediately turned it down. Also read the reviews for the vendor and if they have a bad reputation with returns/exchanges then don't buy it. Be a SMART shopper not dumb ones like many that are below.

The products are cheap but it takes quite a lot of time for the purchased products to reach. As they mostly use USPS for ground handling at USA, there is absolutely no certainty when the products will be delivered.
A case in point is order # xxxxxxxxx*******. This product is moving with USPS since 14.07.23 and is yet to be delivered. Tracking on the USPS website shows that it is in transit and likely to be delivered on 19.07.23 (which was not). Moreover, the tracking has not been updated since 18.07.23. There is no communication from Aliexpress on this. God only knows when my order will be delivered.
These are the reasons why I have stopped purchasing any product from Ali Express. Their customer service is equally non-responsive.

I have paid for Drone on 25 Nov 2020 Shipping method I have selected was DHL. Seller was change to standerd shipping and until now package was not received. Original DHL shipping time was 9 - 17 days. So I have kept akssking the seller and seller is not responding to any messages other than please wait 10 - 15 days. Because if this I have open the dispute via aliexpress hoping they will help me to get my refund back. As of turn out if the seller reply to dispute within 4 days of open the he can have time 1 and half month again to resolve.

I have provided every evidence to the dispute just buy looking that it can easily identify seller is running a scam.

But unfortunately no support from Aliexpress in order to sort thing out.

I've been using eBay, Wish, Amazon, Daraz like wise lots of online platforms never experienced this kind of neglecting for their customers.

Do not use this Aliexpress they are value there sellers more than the customers.

I will never use this again.

Scammers. Pure and simple. And the worst customer service ever. Someone has opened a fake account under my name and sends me fake packages for 6 months. Contacted them several times and they do nothing. I get 5-10 packages - all fake every week. They do not respond and do nothing. I can't order anything online because if i do, i will need to go to the post office every day to collect their fake packages. Go do your shopping online in other websites!

Buyer beware

Order at your own risk. You may or may not be happy with your purchase--but you will NEVER get a refund or replacement for an unsatisfactory product. Don't believe the size charts--they are completely bogus. I will not order from them again.

I Ordered a pair of White Ladies Nike Airmax, they said it would take 29 days for them to get here. They turned up in 2 weeks and are perfect! Along with the fake eyelashes i ordered, and 2 sets of hair extensions :)

Weak support and Live Chat services!

The staffs on live chat don't have good command at English. They hardly understand what I try to say. However, they try hard to resolve the issues, and yet they can hardly resolve the issues.

I bought a phone on Anniversary sale, it was the Global launch of the phone. To the shame, the seller took a month alone for the phone to ship, which means it will be delivered around 3 months after the order date. That's ridiculous! I don't know why Aliexpress allows these types of sellers!

The seller had a lame excuse, "because this is new released phone. For a better shopping experience, we need to do the quality check before sending. And we will send it according to the time you paid for the order. Hope for your understanding."

Those all QA should have been done before the seller kept the items for sale on the campaign. Doing a month delay just for shipping and putting QA as the cause, that's a shame.

I won't say this is the best site to get quality products but the prices are within the cheapest range I have ever found on the web along with the [most of] free shipping products!
I have shopped over 500$ here, and I am mostly satisfied except some of the sellers' products' quality.
However, the shipping takes too long to Nepal, where I reside (normally it takes a month or two and sometimes it's three)!

Aware! Fraud. They send items that do not work or maybe even used ones knowing that the return shipping is more expensive than the price you payed for the item. Do not trust them. After weeks of negotiation they even did not send promised 50% of refund. Communication with aliexpress did nothing.

Внимание! Полный обман: высылают мусор неработающий в на дежде на то, что стоимость возврата превышает стоимость самого товара( а возврат - за ваш счёт). Эта схема процветала на eBay несколько лет тому назад. Обидно, что aliexpress опустился до этого. О сроках доставки я скромно промолчу...

I never received my order. Must be my bad luck. Furthermore, I was lied to so that I missed the opportunity to open dispute. It is crystal clear to me now how aliexpress makes its billions and I certainly would not recommend that company to anyone (not even to my enemy if I had one).

Item automatically confirm delivered after 80 to 90 days protection period, item didn't not delivered, the seller and the judge refused to refund, it is not fair to the buyer, at least you send an email to buyer let them know that the protection is running out. I won't buy any more from AliExpress again

This site allows and supports sellers defrauding their buyers.
There are other options. Seriously.
I have had nothing but problems. I have had my money TAKEN more than once.
The customer service and return / refund process is lacking to say the least.
They loose packages.
Randomly decide to stop transport at the boarder and you NEVER get what is advertised.
For those who like and value integrety.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
