Scammers

Bought a sewing pony 24th March 2024, returned to supplier at point of customs in China due to over subscription.
I have tried and tried but no refund.

Before you order anything from aliexpress.com, you should know aliexpress was created by jack ma, a professional chinese crook. He made a living on selling fake products to US customers. He used to sell something like 128gb SD memory cards for less than $15.00. In US everybody knows there is no way a 128gb SD card cost less than $15.00. They are fake SD card but jack ma sell them anyway to US customers.
So stay away from aliexpress and remember jack ma is a professional Chinese crook, he knows how to rip you off legally. BEWARE.

Do not deal with this company, a total farce, they advertise "buyer protection" they say you open a Dispute and they will help work out the problem and get your money back - NOT. I purchased 10 capillary knobs, I told the seller what I wanted and they said these were the correct items, so I purchased them for £67 and then had to pay £29 customs and then when I came to use them, they were the wrong knobs (These are for cookers). I opened a dispute, I was told I would have to pay to send them back and I could only claim the difference on the purchase price, so I said I wanted the full amount so Aliexpress decided to close my dispute. You can not talk/contact/email Aliexpress and the seller also doesn't reply. I have lost nearly £100 which is not my fault. To sum up, this is a ghost company, they do not do what they advertise, they take your money and run, it is not worth the risk.

I've ordered quite a bit from Aliexpress, and I can tell you I get exactly what I ordered. After reading a lot of reviews after my latest purchase on sites like these, I was scared that I would come across a bad seller. But I have yet to. I just ordered a fox wallet from a newish seller June 9th. I received it today, June 19. It was exactly as pictured, even though the pictures were stock photos. Some sellers are very honest, and I do realize there are some fishy people out there. But that's on every site. I got a bag shipped from ebay in the states sent to me damaged, and the seller wants to refund me 3 dollars of the 20 I spent for it. It all depends on how much research you do. Some of these sellers on Ali are honest people who are trying to make a living just like us. I haven't had to return or exchange or open a dispute so I can't speak on those matters, but just buying simple items have all been perfect.

Many unscrupulous sellers

More than once there were incidents related to the fact that the package did not arrive on time. Despite the rules of Aliexpress, sellers refuse to return funds, to sit down each time to wait for an arbitration decision. Once the goods arrived 5 days after the refund of Aliexpress, the seller demanded a refund on PayPal, although he did not have the right to do so.

AliExpress has a money back guarantee if you do not receive your parcel within the initial 60 day buyer protection. Because of COVID they have extended that limit to 90 days. Well I had recently just got another email saying that they extended the protection for another 3 weeks. I'm 90 days in now without the product I purchased being even remotely anywhere in my local delivery service provider AND they have refused to give me a refund.

At this point I don't even want the product anymore, I just want my money back. Despicable company. I opened a dispute to get a refund but they just have sent me back 3 automated messages telling me to wait for my product.

Many scammers

Bought some supplements, and received coffee creamer. Aliexpress CS is no help in receiving a refund. Another order made over a month and a half ago, seller has not shipped item, will not reply, Ali CS wants me to wait another month and a half for a refund. I suggest spend a little more on another site to guarantee you will actually receive what you paid for.

Many Things Amiss

I had made many transactions with a few undelivered items resolved in the past. However, a seller shipped an order to the wrong address over 600 km away. AliExpress tried to guide the buyer in contacting the seller, however, the seller never responded to the inquiries. AliExpress' "chat only" support ended being a dismal experience. The support representative claimed the item was shipped and never comprehends that the address is incorrect. Nor did the representative understand that "Open a Dispute" is disabled on AliExpress' system once an item has been delivered. The only recourse is to have the credit company dispute the charges. Back to ordering from eBay I go.

Aliexpress never help customer, they are always side on Seller which the company hiding in China. I have made couple orders is past years, I do have 3 orders that Sellers playing game and not ship out the merchandise, but Aliexpress do nothing and always ask me to wait in order to buy time for Seller. Then, when the time fly, customer always lost their right to fight with seller. In addition, there is nowhere that you can initiate to cancel your order. Aliexpress protect Chinese Seller to make no choice to customer, customer don't have a chance to cancel the order as Amazon.

Contrary to what the website says the PAYMENT NOT HELD IN ESCROW! Bought of pair of basketball shoes only to be told by seller doesn't have stock. The money had been deducted from my credit card and subsequently less money refunded, I am assuming because of the exchange rate, so I am left out of pocket for the transaction.
1. Seller's advertise goods they don't actually have
2. Money is not held in escrow otherwise I should have my full refund.
3. Buyer left in debt through no fault of their own

I ordered four shoes as a deal for about $400. The shoes took over two months to arrive and all came direct from CHINA. They smelled awful from organic solvents and smelled up my whole apartment. When I tried to walk in them, my feet felt cramped and uncomfortable. When I tried to return them, I was hassled as they would not give me an RMA number. Plus, on order with free shipping, they subtract that from your order! Plus, when you return shoes from a "deal" they refund you less money than the deal was worth. This company is a scam. I would never order from them again!

They stole the money, transferred it to the bonus account instead of returning it to the card. Now they send a falsified screenshot with an inscription that was not there at the time the order was canceled. Moreover, in the falsified inscription they refer to a document with the terms of service, which does not exist.
Use other services, where delivery is faster, cheaper, and they don't steal.

DO NOT BUY anything from this site. If for any reason the seller does not send you the item as described, the item is damaged etc... The buyer still has to pay to return the item. Or they deduct about $60 off of your refund. Either way, this site does not honor the quality of it products and puts the total liability of the product onto the buyer. I will NEVER buy from them again! It should never be the buyers responsibility to pay to return the damaged goods that were received or the item is clearly not as described. FRAUD!

This company is a scam. I ordered products they sent me an email almost a month later stating my order was cancelled for non payment but yet the money was taken from my account. They refused to refund and said I had to contact the supplier they ordered it from to mail it to me. Really? AliExpress took my money and want me to call someone they bought it from to fight for my product when AliExpress is the one with my money. What a joke. Stay away do not buy from these people.

Bogus return label

Aliexpress sent me the product I ordered. It was a gift that needed to be returned and Aliexpress sent me a fake return label and the USPS returned it to me. And Aliexpress rejected the return, refused to send a legit return label and rejected the appeal. They must be really desperate for money if they have to screw people over with such childish antics.

I decided to try it to see what it was about... absolutely poor quality products, even for the low prices paid.
Had one product that never came and took over a month before Aliexpress settled the dispute to get back my money.

ABSOLUTE WORST... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My account was hacked once (I'm sure by the same company who had to refund my money). I contacted Aliexpress on it multiple times via chat and email and up to this day they've done nothing about it. Even though they've indicated to me that my account email was changed, they've refused to reset it.

Don't waste your time with this site... believe me you'll regret it!
