"Cheap" site which has low prices, at least until last year. Since one year shipping has an average cost of about 1 euro, while Aliexpress standard shipping goes from 3 to 5 euros. In general all goods arrived at home, despite long times (1 month and more). I don't know why they consider Liege in Italy, it's located in Belgium (when I look about tracking inside this site, they claim goods have just arrived in destination country, but in reality they are in Belgium). Then goods get a long "trip" before arriving in my country.
BE AWARE don't try this Chines app because they will take YOUR MONEY and later treat you in a very bad way. I have very bad experiences with this application. So i ordered 2 items they both arrived in decent time however as i used my phone number details on the site ever since then i constantly get spam calls and they are chinese spam calls which is annoying next time i order from here i will make sure to use a fake phone number.

Bought a pair of jewellers glasses on April 27. Visa payment processed IMMEDIATELY. Didn't ship for several days. Hadn't arrived by late June so, checked the tracking on https://www.17track.net/en and it was apparently sitting in Canadian Customs in British Columbia. When it hadn't arrived by the end of July I checked the tracking again. Both 17Track and Canada Post said the parcel had been delivered. To someone in Burnaby, BC. Meanwhile I'm near Uxbridge, Ontario about 2500 miles away. The seller ignored my messages. So I opened a dispute. Seller then replied that they wanted my PayPal account for a refund but, they would only give me a refund if I cancelled the dispute. (I believe this is called "blackmail".) I let the dispute stand. Finally Aliexpress closed the dispute, told me I'm not getting a refund and that I did not "prove I had not received the parcel".
I still don't know how you "prove" you didn't get a parcel. But the tracking info 100% proved it was delivered t someone in BC. (Correct tracking number all the way through.) Finally filed a chargeback with my Visa provider. They are doing a chargeback against Aliexpress and I've got a full refund. I will be deleting my banking info on Aliexpress later today and then closing my account. I've been buying from them for years and bought hundreds of items from them without too much trouble but this is totally unacceptable when I prove they sent it to the wrong address and they say it's not proof and refuse to refund. I'd hate for this to happen if it had been an item worth several hundred dollars. NOTE: The store in question has 95 negative reviews in the past 30 days and all of them are for items not received or delivered to wrong address. But Aliexpress supports THEM rather than the buyer. See attachments. And for what it's worth, I don't think for one second this is a "language" issue. It's a "dishonesty" issue.
This is a great website to find very cheap prices on all kinds of products. It's like Amazon but cheaper. However unlike Amazon, shipping can take forever. They use really cheap parcel shipping which can take several weeks to arrive. If you are in no rush to receive the items and just want it cheap, AliExpress is a great option. Watch out for fake products though, if it's too good to be true, it is.
This company must be a scam site. All they do is represent a host of foreign manufacturers. No way to reach customer service by either voice, email or even Facebook Messenger. Ordered an item months ago. Finally arrived and it is junk.
Ordered 12 volt ext cord picture shows heavy wire. When received small wire might work for phone charger nothing else junk never again should have knew better. Went and bought canadian made paid 3 extra dollars got a good product.

The most of the times they ship orders after 6,7 days or more and many of the sellers after you pay they ask you for more money for the shipping. I spoke with their costumer service many times and they say that they will speak with sellers for their bad behavour but they never give them a penalty, nothing at all! I think that the owner of this site is the shame $#*! with the sellers! Beware of them and stay away there are many reliable site out there!
Very bad experience. When something gets wrong, you can't contact anyone. There is only a frustrating robot, that answers automatically. They know what they are doing and when they don't want to refund, noone can Reach them, even no e. Mails are allowed. This is pure theft and fraud, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I regret i bought things there. I gut lucky sometime, because i received few items, but as i said if you are unlucky, you pay the mistakes, when you have done nothing but paying also the marchandise. AliExpress has a money back guarantee if you do not receive your parcel within the initial 60 day buyer protection. Because of COVID they have extended that limit to 90 days. Well I had recently just got another email saying that they extended the protection for another 3 weeks. I'm 90 days in now without the product I purchased being even remotely anywhere in my local delivery service provider AND they have refused to give me a refund.

After i did a purchase it didnt appear in my orders list. The seller is asking for the order nr. But there isnt any order, only payment. Spent hours trying to figure out what is going on, no result. There also zero communication. The risk buing there is great, i suggest dont spend more than 2-3 dollars per buy. Any issue is extremely difficult to be resolved. Don't be fooled of any cheap stuff or good service you ve had in the past (like i did) sooner or later you 'll get scammed!
