Please stay away from this it is a complete scam, after 2 months of waiting for an order I contacted them asking for the refund and they asked me to cancel the refund and to wait longer. I am lucky that my order was not too pricey. I advise you to not waste your money here.
I ordered a scaling device on aliexpress. It got caught at korean customs since august 30th and immediately received an sms from korean customs telling me that only businesses are allowed to import medical devices. Also the seller sent it as a nail polisher because they knew if they sent it as a scaling device, it would get caught.
I kept uploading the sms and the emails exchanged but they keep repeating like a machine that there is a delay at customs and it is my responsibility to custom clear it and pay the tax. I had to repeat myself 10 times. None of them can read korean or check the documents. I repeated myself so many times that i do believe now that they have no good faith and they simply don't intend to pay me. Even the seller agrees that i will be refunded but he does nothing so i get paid back
Please do not use that site. At the smallest problem they will take your money.
This shop replied immediately to my message that I wanted to cancel the order I just placed to switch to a different payment method and order more ( Pokemon plushies) then they ignored me for over 12 hours, then sent me a message saying order not cancelled - order is shipped.
Which sounded snotty to me... They then proceeded to contact the courier personally and have their items returned, completely bypassing the ' cancelled order ' option - thereby keeping my money! In the system - and even through 3 chat agents- the order says shipped. I still don't have my refund started., it's been a week. I have screenshots of our conversations, they still are giving me the run- around. Over $20! Do NOT shop at My Toy House store. I've never had a problem like this before in 6 years of shopping with AliExpress.
The site was wonderful years ago, but now it is a very bad site. Firstly, the shipping is exaggerated in the price and upon payment they use a cheap and slow shipping method. If you see their offers, pay attention to the shipment, you will find it high to compensate for the loss. It always offers goods with a cheap value. The site improves his company for the better
Please never do business with Ali Express. They show one thing, deliver another thing. These sellers know that we are not going to return the product on our expense. And the refund %age is too low. Unless these rules change, I am not going to come anywhere near Ali Express.
I submitted an order last night and woke up this morning to phone calls from my bank about fraudulent activity! Overnight, someone used my card information that I gave this website at two different stores. Be careful if you order from here, your credit card information will not be safe.
I ordered many different items all at once. Each item came from a different seller, but you must pay all at once. After I ordered them, most all of the products say still waiting for payment, even though I already paid. The items are not being shipped because their system says I did not pay even though my credit card was charged the full amount. I cannot open a dispute either, because the site does not allow disputes after 10 days.
I will NEVER use this AliExpress again, and angry about the theft of my money. AliExpress can kiss my $#*!!
Great savings, good deals. Aliexpress gives you bargain prices but you take a bigger risk as many of the items for sale are overly exaggerated or have photos that don't represent the functionality of the product.
Do your research and be patient for delivery and you'll find some good deals.
I got some issues with received (or not received) orders. At some point I would wanted to ask an actual human being about the issues - a customer support staff. It is impossible to directly contact anyone at AliExpress. They have a chat, that is a chatbot. No matter what you type, no matter how many times you type gibberish, you never get through to a real person. They also don't have an email address. Through internet search, I found their "live chat" page, but it is constantly under maintenance (there were months between me trying to chat to them). To sum it up: as long as you don't need ANY support, you will be fine on AliExpress, but as soon as you need ANY assistance, you are absolutely screwed. And yes, this means that you won't get your money back.
I ordered 4 items, about $80 in total. I received an email over a month ago saying my items were delivered but it's been over 3 months and I still haven't received them. Extremely disappointed. Im not even gonna bother getting a refund, I have no faith in this company.
