The goods I ordered were delivered in the wrong size. AliExpress was most unhelpful in handling my dispute. It was as if they didn't believe me No matter what I did, they were not going to address the matter and give me a refund.
My advice - do not risk buying from them.
The screen arrived without original packaging and screen protector was not new. This started alarm bells ringing straight away. The screen spec was different from ordered and was not working at all. Ali express complaint process was non-existent and no support whatsoever. Refused to take item back or any refund. Was promised multiple times they would email and all would be ok. All lies from each and every Ali express staff member. Stay away from these dirty lying scammers.
I've been dealing with them for about 2 years and I have never had a problem getting a refund on defective product. The ship times however are insanely bad. But I know that it is bad and I order accordingly. If I want it by Christmas, I order in June (Not even kidding)
Being new to AliExpress I purchased a number of items. First, I cancelled an item before it was processed and the item was sent anyway. Their products are inferior, material cheap and sized small. Their items were made for dolls and not normal people. I usually wear large, I purchased extra large and all the dresses were small. It is also virtually impossible to return their goods as sometimes the shipping price is much more expensive than the item. I now have 8 items that I cannot wear because they are too small and I can't give them away because no one wants them as the material is so cheap. Fit for washing dishes. Sorry, but this is real.
How do I cancel my Aliexpress account and have my bank details erased from their records? I was billed twice by Aliexpress for the same item ($31.69) and customer service said their records indicated I had only been billed once. Visa has managed to get my money back but I no longer have any trust in Aliexpress. I had previously had issues with a couple of purchases but this is the straw that broke the camel's back.
Ali express does not make things easy. What can kind of eCommerce service wont have an email channel for complaint for complaint? The only thing you get is robot who does not understand good English and who most definitely does not understand anything you say. Simply poor! I will never shop there again
Since I've been a member of AliExpress, I've already bought many items both small and big, as well as both cheap and expensive. My experience is great. Plus the sellers/merchants are very accommodating and ship items very quickly.
There was one time when the merchant sent me the wrong item. Instead of posting a negative feedback, I just contacted her/him via PM as I thought it might a mistake, as it can happen sometimes.
Well, this one of the best thing in AliExpress, merchants/sellers respond very quickly. When it comes to refund, my experience is great. And, I haven't returned an item and I'm looking forward to more successful and satisfying transactions on AliExpress.
I ordered 2 pairs of distressed jeans, my credit card shows but i haven't received the jeans at all! Ali express can't be contacted by phone or email for some reason, I need my money back or the jeans I purchased in the right size! All customers should be warned of this site! Ali express needs to step up and do their do-diligence in customer service because it's horrible business practice to have paying customers for poor customer service.!
You pay money for fake orders, i lost over 100$ and never received my items, contacted customer service more than 10 times. You talk to a bot BE AWARE they just ask your order numbers again and again. Then give you fake promises for the refund within 10 working days bla bla everytime. Order dates are on: NOV 2016. Now it's NOV 2017! And more than a year for this. Waste of money and time on stupid customer service.
I always order from them here and there and every seller ive had has been very helpful. Shipping is ok once ur package enters the US tracking kind of stops tho but i have always gotten what ive ordered and if i wasnt happy with something i have always gotten a full refund

Phones cases are good, bags are good too but wigs and any clothing you order from anyone on there are gonna be very cheap looking and nothing like what they are showing almost any clothing item is see-through

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
