Hi Jennifer,
We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Une arnaque!

Une arnaque! Je fais mes recherches, ça dit qu'il y a 3 gardiennes pour enfants tout près de chez moi, et que les trois ont été actives «aujourd'hui». Je prends donc un abonnement afin de pouvoir leur écrire, et une fois fait, les trois n'ont même pas lu mon message! Donc, faux profils, j'ai écrit à Care disant que je voulais un remboursement, et j'ai eu une réponse qu'il ne faisait aucun remboursement! Je paye, j'ai personne à moins de 10 KM pour venir garder quand on me fait croire le contraire et vous ne me rembourser pas!? Je suis très fachée de tous ces gens qu'ils doivent arnaquer! Je suis au Québec.

Ga naar een gastouderbureau, zij kennen service.
Je betaalt net zoveel omdat het wit is icm belastingteruggave.
Care.com denkt vooral aan zijn eigen omzet, gooit met titels als " gratis lidmaatschap" maar ondertussen word je automatisch naar de betalende lidmaatschappen geleid.
Reclame vliegt om je oren, maar een melding dat er geld afgeschreven gaat worden kan er niet vanaf.
Oppas via een gastouderbureau is gecertificeerd en heeft een opleiding, dus mensen die bewust voor de opvang gekozen hebben (niet iemand die niet weet wat hij wil, dus gaan we maar eventjes oppassen.) Ook heeft een gastouderbureau backup op moment dat de oppas/nanny ziek is.

Je wordt gelokt door de melding dat een oppas gereageerd heeft op jouw profiel. Je kunt dit pas lezen als je een premium account hebt.
Als jij dan een mail stuurt krijg je vervolgens nooit meer een reactie van de betreffende oppas.
Dit is mij meerdere keren overkomen binnen de maand dat ik lid was.
Let op dat je tijdig opzegt anders wordt je lidmaatschap automatisch verlengd.
