I'm extremely disappointed with my experience on DHgate. After a long wait and delays, the machine I ordered arrived in terrible condition. I received a damaged bag, when opened a dispute the seller proposed me to send it back and I would get a a full refund including the the cost of re-shipping. He gave me a fake address and the bag was resent to me, I got a refund on the bag but not return shipping. The seller stopped answering my messages and couldn't get help through Dhgate customer service. I was nor even able to leave a review to warn future customers. Very disappointing

This is my second review on this issue. I purchased this gown from DHGate for my granddaughters senior ball. 1st time i ever ordered from them and the last.The dress is beautiful pictured online. 1st thing, it arrived late. We opened it and it reeked of a chemical smell. She tried it on, the hip area was to tight, the back was loose, but she tired it closed, however the two ends did not match up (see pic) The dress was not the size we ordered. It has loose strings all over the dress, and the stitching is poorly done. I went back and forth in messages with the seller. I asked for half my money back so I can take it to a tailors to have it fixed, after going back and forth with her for days, she agreed to refund me only $60 but i only received $54. I took the dress to the tailors to have it fixed, the lady said it would cost more then what the dress is worth to fix it, I took it to another and he said he would not attempt to touch it. I sent a message to the seller and informed her, she told me ship it back to them. So I packaged it up and took it to the post office just to find out it would cost me more to ship it back than the refund she gave me of $54 dollars. Contacted the seller again. She said "sorry my friend, you agreed on the refund", I said yes $60, but you gave me $54 I told her I really need half of my money back or you pay for the shipping, she said she would give me $36 refund, but said I had to remove my review. I paid $160 for the dress. I told her when I get the refund I will take the review down. It's been a week and I got no refund and she's not responding to my messages.
And also when I had the dress at the tailors, I had them do the measurements of the dress, the hip size was a 47inch, we order a 51 inch in the hips. This dress is completely useless.

I ordered a pair of shoes. I didn't receive a confirmation nor was there an invoice with my package. The shoes are missed sized. I ordered an 8 going up a half size just to be safe. When my shoes arrived I couldn't begin to get them on. I have not found an address or a phone number to get a return started. My credit card company gave me a courtesy credit to resolve this issue. I will never buy anything from this company.

I have ordered several items from DhGate. Everything ordered is garbage & take months to get here if they get delivered at all. When you request a refund for the garbage items, you are offered a $2 coupon off your next order. DHgate stands by the sellers so they are allowed to pretty much get away with anything. It's been over a month and my items are still missing according to them and no refund. Do not use this site. I paid £80 for a coat that turned up with a broken zip, fabric not stitched properly and the ditching was frayed. I disputed this with the seller ( who had a returns policy) and was told to finish the stitching myself and that they can't refund as they don't make a lot of money. I disputed this with DH Gate and they refunded £20 and told me it was pointless returning the coat as it will probably get lost in transit so they would only refund £20. The customer service is horrendous and because your not buying from legit companies they can rip you off like this and there's not much you can do about it.
I've also ordered things from there that have a guaranteed delivery date, this was missed by a month but the seller just ignored me when I asked them to cancel the order as I had ordered things for my holiday, over a month before I went and I didn't receive them until after I got back. Again DH gate have been no use in helping, they just want your money and sell you absolute garbage items that you can't return or get refunded on

Be aware of sellers and DHGate polices for refunds. The incorrect item was sent to my home and DHGate or the seller would not offer me a full refund. My items were supposed to be delivered over a week ago, but they never arrived. I was very patient trying to negotiate with the seller to see what we could do to resolve this issue. The seller was very rude and dismissive and demanded that I contact the post office myself to see where my order was!?!? If you are the seller, it is YOUR job to make sure your customers receive their items on time. How DARE you ask me to contact the post office to do your job for you. On the app, the tracking shows that my package was sent through EMS shipping. However, the seller messaged me a USPS tracking number and claimed that my package was delivered to my mailbox… my apartment doesn't even have a mailbox so I know that this information is incorrect and I have most likely been scammed by the seller. This entire experience was very unprofessional, and I feel that DHgate is unreliable and untrustworthy. I tried to contact DHgate customer service for mediation, but received several notifications informing me that I had to wait several days to request mediation. To make matters worse, DHgate management had the audacity to email me and ask why I disputed the charges as "merchandise not received". They even went as far as to say that they would compromise my account If I did not reply to their message. I informed DHgate management that the reason I disputed the charges is exactly what they have just stated, I never received the merchandise. I emphasize that I do not care if you guys suspend or restrict my account, I will never be shopping from this company ever again and will advise my family and friends to do the same.

My order # *******709 was placed on October 8,2023. A shipping confirmation email was received stating the shipping date/time was 2023-10-08 23:17:00.
A tracking number was sent in the email for USPS tracking. When the number is tracked, is says:

It says this sense October, nothing changed. My enquiries are ignored / not answered. The tracking number goes nowhere and show the same nonsense every time. There is no contact or reply from the seller. It is now January 2024.
Money is gone, goods not received, seller not responding, tracking not working. Stay away from this.

Ordered and paid for two outfits. I only received one. The seller refused to refund my money unless I changed the reason why I didn't receive it to it "was lost in customs", when in fact, the reason I put was "missing items" which is exactly what happened.
