Ordered a football shirt from here messaged the seller no reply click on the item saying not in stock now trie to report this everytime I try coincidence that there is a network error and no way to contact anyone avoid this company at all costs

Rip off!

I placed an order in May. It's October, never arrived. They gave me bogus tracking #; s. Sent me messages to "see how I like my purchase" that never arrived. I've tried repeatedly to reach them by phone, email, thru their website, no response. Anyone know a secret way to reach them? It's not a lot of money, i just have this thing about being ripped off! I'm including my latest email from them telling me time has expired. And they still don't respond to me!?

Pleasant shopping

A good inexpensive voice recorder in retail packaging and a full range of accessories. Records in mono with three levels of quality. Voice activation works fine. The noise level is low. The microphone sensitivity is normal and can be improved by connecting an external microphone. Good seller. Fast shipping. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

Never again dhgate.co

I paid 72.16 dollars for a flower girl with navy blue flowers as was on the photo. I got Royal blue and of course the wrong size. Wedding is in weeks time and i have to figure out what the flower girl dress will be. I am so mad and its not worth even the wait. Can you send me a refund people. See the difference on the photos. Its very upsetting.

I guess in all fairness, DHgate has now finally refunded my $660 US. it only took nearly three months and an endless stream of emails to which they hardly ever responded.
Still I got my money back so I am happy

A pleasant and professional website you have, but I'm still waiting for the pointer I purchased several months ago. I'll be much happier with DHgate if the item ever comes. It was a small sale; just $14 or so; it's not a big problem, though it makes me sceptical. This will/would be my first purchase.

I ordered 10.5 size shoes using their sizing chart. They sent me two pair of US size 9 shoes. Rather than chop my toes off to wear them I foolishly tried to ask for a replace or refund. Not happening. They want ME to pay to shp back the shoes THEY screwed the order up on. I already spent $100 and they want me to spend more? They actually suggested I buy a few extra pairs in case they get seized by customs -wow. This site is a scam run by people who know absolutely nothing about customer service

They ripped me off!

Scammers! I ordered a lithium ion battery for an electric bike. Cost me almost $400. I received it in about two weeks but it was defective. I contacted DHgate at least 100 times. They told me to work it out with the seller, but the seller ripped me off and refuses to ship a new battery or to refund my money. Then when I kept corresponding with them (for over four months) their answer was always just "thank you very much friend". You're better off to do business with an American company. Buying from DHgate is like throwing your money in a hole.

Buyer beware
October 29, 2023

Ordered and paid for two outfits. I only received one. The seller refused to refund my money unless I changed the reason why I didn't receive it to it "was lost in customs", when in fact, the reason I put was "missing items" which is exactly what happened. DH gate as you can see below. Wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops to prove I did not receive the item. I have ordered 10 times from this company. I will never order from them again. Just know you may or may not get what you pay for and they don't care and you will not get your money back.

Hey #DHgate, a very unsatisfied customer here. For those who are considering purchasing via DHgate. Please be careful, totally incompetent customer service, which is unable to help you if something goes wrong. My experience - once you receive a totally different product than what was ordered, all you gonna get is apology and empathy phrases. They will recommend you to dispute with the seller who will be blaming the post office for packing the wrong product and after you involve DHgate to mediate, that would reject due to insufficient evidence. I ordered one product (Xiaomi Mi TV stick), and I received a totally different kind of product (wifi wall switch) for half of the price of the product I ordered. Please do not hazard with your money and save yourself from disappointment, incompetence, and waste of time. Do not take just my word for it, I encourage you to check this company on review platforms.

DHgate vendors ship products directly from China and it takes weeks to receive their products. I contacted them 8 weeks after I placed an order, and was told that it's coming soon. About 3 weeks later I got an empty envelop (instead of a package) and my order was updated to Delivered. I've been trying to get a refund and the DHgate customer services reps do not want to deal with it. They are asking me to contact a seller on their site and ask them why they cheated. Very disappointing experience. Below is a picture of a package (still unopened) that was supposed to have a backpack.

Hard pass on this company and their products!

Highly recommend that you use other options for products than DHGate - Tried them for a 4 figure piece of equipment that arrived damaged and part of it doesn't work. Seller was uncooperative and DHGate didn't do anything to assist in resolving the situation. Very different than what would happen with Amazon and several other companies of this type. We didn't get any messages or notices until we logged into the account and find out that they had closed the case. So we're out $XXXX and have a piece of junk.

Also note - their prices are higher than many other sites like one that begins with A and another one that begins with e.

Hope no one else has to deal with this and take your hard earned money to someplace that treats you right and delivers what you are supposed to get in working order! Truly the WORST shopping experience I've had in years.

Deceptive advertising

Cheap over priced junk, steer clear of this seller, they use deceptive advertising to sell cheap junk. If it sounds too good to be true, well don't be taken like I did. For what you'll pay on their site you can get here, Stateside for much less. If you want or need to return something you'll get to pay for that too! Oh BTW, here is picture of the electric blanket they sold me, it measures just under 5 feet by just under 2.3 feet, definitely not a "blanket".

It's not about the money it's about getting something you paid for. Took them 6 months and their idea of a complaint was to show item as received and transaction complete. I now believe the product never existed and the whole site is a scam for a communist country why do they have so many billionaires their flag should be brown.

I have placed 3 orders it's been over a month. Tracking says they are still in China. They take your money and you never get your orders! Nevermind that what they're doing is illegal! They are selling counterfeit goods. And stealing money.Absolutely no customer service just robots.

Awful customer service. Shop local so you can exchange or return. There's zero help. I ordered the size my child wore and her toes touched the top. All they said was sell those to others and nobody else had issues. I've never in my life experience c customer service like that. They would not return or refund or exchange.

Don't waste your money. I ordered 1,000 mesh bags for my soap business and months later I get this huge bag of bags, they fell apart, were not sewn together, no strings, just garbage, I accused them of accidentally sending me the reject pile. NO refunds, no returns, no matter what they tell you upfront, do not believe them.

Ordered a camouflage NFL jersey. Came with right player, wrong team. I immediately and repeatedly tried to get a correction. Basically I was told they can't intervene with that completed sale. Well, I can intervene with their future sales. Don't expect a correction, refund, or even an apology. Bad customer service? No. NO customer service!
