I recommend buying their replica soccer jerseys; they have AAA quality shirts (modern and retro). They also have an extensive shirt collection for baseball, basketball, rugby, etc. and best of all they can even print your name on the jersey. They prices are unbeatable; for instance some soccer websites selling AAA replicas charge double or more than DHgate. The shipping cost is usually very low or even free, but you would have to wait 1 month for it.

Never use dhgate absolute scam Orders *******9380 and order *******1385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

This is a well controlled site with safe payment system (cash is transferred to supplier only once delivery is confirmed), good providing you are looking for 'copy' goods. Very few, if any, original manufacturers products here.

I order'd a 600 Dollar Battery...it should be deliver'd by express after 1 week.
No delivery, DHGATE promised to refund my money (650 Dollar with shipping). That was 5 nearly 6 weeks ago. Dispute was promissing a refund 5 days later...nothing!
Then another 2 days later...and another 3 days later...and so on.
Result: DHGATE is Bull$#*!ting me...promising on and on...not looking at avidence...not getting in contact...not even answer if i ask! Such a big company and Bull$#*!ting there customers and stealing money by not paying back!
DHgate should be block'd

I purchased an item off DHgate and the tracking number suddenly stopped. The USPS said it is a common DHgate scam. The item was never delivered. I attempted to contact the seller but they
No longer exist. I went to file a dispute and the DHgate site said I couldn't do that without first
Contacting the seller. Then my dispute got locked out.

I purchased 4 different items from dh gate aand none of the items were acceptable.Two of the items never made it to my address and the other two items were not as advertised.This app should not be used by buyers unless you want to lose money and time out of your life.

This is my second review on this issue. I purchased this gown from DHGate for my granddaughters senior ball. 1st time i ever ordered from them and the last.The dress is beautiful pictured online. 1st thing, it arrived late. We opened it and it reeked of a chemical smell. She tried it on, the hip area was to tight, the back was loose, but she tired it closed, however the two ends did not match up (see pic) The dress was not the size we ordered. It has loose strings all over the dress, and the stitching is poorly done. I went back and forth in messages with the seller. I asked for half my money back so I can take it to a tailors to have it fixed, after going back and forth with her for days, she agreed to refund me only $60 but i only received $54. I took the dress to the tailors to have it fixed, the lady said it would cost more then what the dress is worth to fix it, I took it to another and he said he would not attempt to touch it. I sent a message to the seller and informed her, she told me ship it back to them. So I packaged it up and took it to the post office just to find out it would cost me more to ship it back than the refund she gave me of $54 dollars. Contacted the seller again. She said "sorry my friend, you agreed on the refund", I said yes $60, but you gave me $54 I told her I really need half of my money back or you pay for the shipping, she said she would give me $36 refund, but said I had to remove my review. I paid $160 for the dress. I told her when I get the refund I will take the review down. It's been a week and I got no refund and she's not responding to my messages.
And also when I had the dress at the tailors, I had them do the measurements of the dress, the hip size was a 47inch, we order a 51 inch in the hips. This dress is completely useless.
Please see the photos, I also sent a screen shot of the sellers message asking me to remove my review.

They gave a 8 to 10 day arrival date, but then we got a message saying it will be late, we got it 16 days later

None. The dress is to much of a mess and wrong size, have no use for it and it cost to much to have it fixed

I ordered a pair of shoes. I didn't receive a confirmation nor was there an invoice with my package. The shoes are missed sized. I ordered an 8 going up a half size just to be safe. When my shoes arrived I couldn't begin to get them on. I have not found an address or a phone number to get a return started. My credit card company gave me a courtesy credit to resolve this issue. I will never buy anything from this company.

2 months to be sent wrong item.
Another 2 months for replacement.
Replacement also wrong.
Refunded half of my money.
There are much better, easier places to buy from, use one of them, dont go to DHGate

Please don't order from these people. I order my package over 3 weeks ago and still haven't got an update on my package. It says it's still awaiting shipping from usps. Fake tracking number and all. I deleted the app out my phone. Worse people ever! I wish I could star them a zero!

I have ordered several items from DhGate. Everything ordered is garbage & take months to get here if they get delivered at all. When you request a refund for the garbage items, you are offered a $2 coupon off your next order. DHgate stands by the sellers so they are allowed to pretty much get away with anything. Don't buy from this company.

It's been over a month and my items are still missing according to them and no refund. They sent me a tracking number that never left Jamaica NY it kept arriving and departing the same location same zip everything. Dh gate customer service is trash absolutely no help at all. Not only did I have to dispute this card with my credit card, but also had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau highly recommend not shopping care.

Do not use this site. I paid £80 for a coat that turned up with a broken zip, fabric not stitched properly and the ditching was frayed. I disputed this with the seller ( who had a returns policy) and was told to finish the stitching myself and that they can't refund as they don't make a lot of money. I disputed this with DH Gate and they refunded £20 and told me it was pointless returning the coat as it will probably get lost in transit so they would only refund £20. The customer service is horrendous and because your not buying from legit companies they can rip you off like this and there's not much you can do about it.
I've also ordered things from there that have a guaranteed delivery date, this was missed by a month but the seller just ignored me when I asked them to cancel the order as I had ordered things for my holiday, over a month before I went and I didn't receive them until after I got back. Again DH gate have been no use in helping, they just want your money and sell you absolute garbage items that you can't return or get refunded on

Tip for consumers:
They don’t stick to their returns policy that they state on their website so be very careful when buying things because when they turn up in horrendous condition you can’t get your money back

Awful customer service. Shop local so you can exchange or return. There's zero help. I ordered the size my child wore and her toes touched the top. All they said was sell those to others and nobody else had issues. I've never in my life experience c customer service like that. They would not return or refund or exchange.

•Click "My Orders" then " Enter your order number and click "Open a Dispute" or "Return and Refund" button.
•Next, select a "Reason" and confirm if you want: a.) To get a refund b.) To return the items to the seller c.) To get a replacement item
•Confirm your proposal and submit it.

ON THE APP
1. Go to the ‘My Orders” page, click on ‘Awaiting Confirm or Awaiting review or shipped’ and click on the order you want a dispute to be opened
2. This opens the details of the order. Scroll down to the bottom part of the page.
3. Click on ‘Open Dispute’
4. You can choose from the three options:
A. Get a Refund (No Return)
B. Get a Refund (Return Item)
C. Get a Replacement
Once the dispute is opened, your seller is given 5 days to respond and sort things out with you. If the seller declines your proposal within 5 days, you can request mediation on the 6th day. If the seller fails to respond to your dispute proposal within 5 days, the system will process your original dispute proposal automatically on the 6th day from the time that the dispute is filed.

I have placed 3 orders it's been over a month. Tracking says they are still in China. They take your money and you never get your orders! Nevermind that what they're doing is illegal! They are selling counterfeit goods. And stealing money.Absolutely no customer service just robots.

Be aware of sellers and DHGate polices for refunds. The incorrect item was sent to my home and DHGate or the seller would not offer me a full refund. I sent several pictures and DHgate only gave me a partial refund. The shipping time and the dispute process were very long. Will never buy on this website again!

My items were supposed to be delivered over a week ago, but they never arrived. I was very patient trying to negotiate with the seller to see what we could do to resolve this issue. The seller was very rude and dismissive and demanded that I contact the post office myself to see where my order was!?!? If you are the seller, it is YOUR job to make sure your customers receive their items on time. How DARE you ask me to contact the post office to do your job for you. On the app, the tracking shows that my package was sent through EMS shipping. However, the seller messaged me a USPS tracking number and claimed that my package was delivered to my mailbox… my apartment doesn't even have a mailbox so I know that this information is incorrect and I have most likely been scammed by the seller. This entire experience was very unprofessional, and I feel that DHgate is unreliable and untrustworthy. I tried to contact DHgate customer service for mediation, but received several notifications informing me that I had to wait several days to request mediation. To make matters worse, DHgate management had the audacity to email me and ask why I disputed the charges as "merchandise not received". They even went as far as to say that they would compromise my account If I did not reply to their message. I informed DHgate management that the reason I disputed the charges is exactly what they have just stated, I never received the merchandise. I emphasize that I do not care if you guys suspend or restrict my account, I will never be shopping from this company ever again and will advise my family and friends to do the same.

My order # *******709 was placed on October 8,2023. A shipping confirmation email was received stating the shipping date/time was 2023-10-08 23:17:00.
A tracking number was sent in the email for USPS tracking. When the number is tracked, is says:
Pre-shipment
Shipping Label created, USPS awaiting item
Los Angeles, CA *******
October 8,2023, 11:17pm
It says this sense October, nothing changed. My enquiries are ignored / not answered. The tracking number goes nowhere and show the same nonsense every time. There is no contact or reply from the seller. It is now January 2024.
Money is gone, goods not received, seller not responding, tracking not working. Stay away from this.

Stay away from them, they are crooks. They don't even reply with a dumb excuse like others would.

Products used:
None, because my product never arrived. $ 154.04 are gone and I have nothing for it.

Ordered and paid for two outfits. I only received one. The seller refused to refund my money unless I changed the reason why I didn't receive it to it "was lost in customs", when in fact, the reason I put was "missing items" which is exactly what happened. DH gate as you can see below. Wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops to prove I did not receive the item. I have ordered 10 times from this company. I will never order from them again. Just know you may or may not get what you pay for and they don't care and you will not get your money back.

Don't buy from this Web site they do not deliver. There is no customer service to contact or anyone to talk too. Delivery date keeps changing so you can't dispute order or request refund. Site should be shut down. Let keep it American, people. If I can give it less than one star they earned a negative one.

60 dollars may be little but not enough to give away for free.

Worst experience ever. The shoes I ordered did not fit properly and I'm convinced they were counterfeit. When I tried to return for a refund, there was no way to effectively communicate this. The dispute/mediation processes were difficult to maneuver with drop down menus as the only options. Responses were AI generated. My bank closed my issue as well because the way they have there website/messages set up, they look legitimate. They don't stand by their refund/return policy at all. I have shoes I can't wear and I'm out money.

I ordered an own after verify
Verifying that it was legit through Google and after looking into the arrival of my order I get a message that it's been shipped and wants me to confirm I received it and I never did! On top of that, there is nowhere on the site to request a refund or make a complaint! I feel so stupid!
