Unexplanatory business that sells you products that are vague when you buy them...I ordered this and they gave me something else. They lie about the product they are selling. Tried to contact them during the whole shipping process and they did not respond. Consumer IS NOT #1...NO...NO...NO...

Being in the US, I am usually reluctant to order from overseas because of shipping delays and such. I have had nothing but great experiences with DHgate so far! Fast shipping and items well packaged. I will definitely continue doing business with DHgate in the future, and will recommend them to friends.

I bought some pet toys on there, well, maybe I chose the wrong supplier, the quality is not so good... Delivery is quick, price is affordable. But there are many suppliers, need some time to find a good one. This site is OK, maybe will try again.

I always come back to Dhgate because they guarantee my money back if item never arrives or it is not as described, because they hold back on paying the seller until you confirm on the item being received and that it conforms with what you have ordered.

I bought an item valued at $15.50 USD. The seller valued the item in the packed invoice for $29 USD. This was also the value given on the customs forms. As a result of the seller not doing the paperwork properly, I had to pay $14 in fees to DHL because they had to collect less than $2 in taxes. I only bought from this website because the item was under $20. Canada customs does not charge anything on items under $20 CDN.

DHgate's resolution centre told me i should have asked for a lesser value to be declared, and hope i understand.

The buyers mistake cost me money and DHgate tells me they won't refund the extra costs i incurred because i should have asked for a false declaration of value of goods.

Ordered a dress from dhgate specifically yate_dress, I followed the measurement chart on their site it came and is super tight and super uncomfortable. I asked to exchange it for the next size, based on their 100% satisfaction guarantee and refund policy that said I had 3 days to return, they offered me a 10.00 refund on 133.00 dress. Will never do business with them again!

I ordered a really big tall beautiful bong from this site for about $44 which for the price, made me skeptical and think that it would be some glass with a lot of imperfections. It took about 2 weeks to get to Canada and it was incredible! Tall and thick and hefty, the weight of it is great and it is so shiny. The first one was a gift but I loved it so much that I bought myself one as well

This website is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I ordered my prom dress from here took almost 30 days to get here. Turned out looking nothing like the picture. It looked like a half done job. I honestly thought about throwing it away. It was stiff and wasn't even the size I told them I wanted. Never order anything from here. I better get my money back!

Very slow clearance process. Likewise, there is not a quick and efficient way to track the purchase. Other hand, the guide numbers to do the tracking products was wrong. The shopping experience was really poor.

Worse online website EVER! We had a problem with a seller who sent the wrong product and I contacted DH Gates to intermediate in the dispute ( as the seller didn't even replied my messages). They did not do anything!
There is no phone number to call, they are no replying my emails, so I ended up with a product that I didn't wanted with a poor quality by the way and is nothing I can do.

This company sent me the wrong product and had the nerve to suggest a five dollar refund. The boots I order or a completely wrong and after going back-and-forth or days their suggestion is a five dollar refund. Do not order from here

Never got my package from them, and customer support has never gotten back to me. Won't let me log onto my account, tells me it's an invalid email, yet I get emails from them every other day, won't let me create a new account with my email. Very unhappy with their service. It's been two months since I ordered from them, and nothing. Don't waste your money

Just because you're buying something from china. I was concerned initially but as soon as I got my first package (a glass bong none-the-less!) in one piece my fears were soothed. The prices are unbeatable by any brick-and-mortar location. The only problem is people seem to have is they forget that what they ordered is coming ALL THE WAY from China and they get impatient and they want it now. Well thats the trade off; you pay less but you wait longer. If you're worried about scammers find the item you want from someone who has good reviews. That simple. They have a resolution process but I've never had to use it. They also dont release the money to the seller unless you say so or if you do nothing they give them your money after a certain time of no response on your part, so the seller doesn't get screwed over. Get it? It doesnt matter any way, the stuff always comes. The deals cant be beat and its always worth the wait.

Vendor promised me two more. Never came through. DHgate's AI customer service makes it IMPOSSIBLE to request a refund or file a claim. My money was stolen and there's no one to complain. Liars and thieves. Hopefully. I can help others avoid making the same mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DHgate.

I have bought many things from DHgate. Some good, some bad, some really bad. The biggest issue is they don't need to tell you if it's a knock off, because, well, it's China. If you need to return something it will be a hassle. The good... they have things at reasonable prices and most of them don't charge shipping.

Make sure you know what you are buying before you buy. If you do that, then you should have a pleasant experience.

I brought two wigs and only one came. And the over was silver with dark roots when I order honey brown with dark roots. The blonde 613 never should up and the seller told me. Nothing she can do the company is horrible on service. The other seller I sent her the receipt through text she told me should couldn't see to well. I started to stay $#*! you can get a pair of readers at he dollar store for $1.00 you blind MF.

I am free from being scamed, sellers try to their best to make me happy. I have made two purchased so far so good. Payment is easy and safe via my credit cards. I have a pool of sellers to choose from and products, shipment is fare cheap with other suppliers but others charge ridiculous. Over all I am a very happy satisfied customer. The experience is awesome

All the specification I required were all met and the quality of the product was outstanding. I recommend to future buyers that they specify the exact requirements needed and you will be provided with what you expected to have.
