I bought a jacket for my son, shipped since the 8th and was on hold at the usps since the 16th (idky). I called them for help since am not the sender i can't really change anything on that package, they had me call fedex and i got the o call the post office number. I was issued a refund for my purchase, but i was told if got the package to call them for a payment. Today i get a call saying the package has been returned to them back? Yet you can tell me what happen or y i couldn't get my package? Now there out of stock. Just horrible i will not be buying from them again.
I ordered two fan boxes A Yankees fan box with an Aaron judge jersey and a Steelers fan box with a kenny picket jersey. Supposed to be a wonderful purchase wonderful value it is a scam Do not buy them I got a Joe Namath Jersey with a crappy rubber wristband didn't even receive the Aaron judge jersey but they received my money. It is a scam save your money
I purchased jerseys from Fanatics for Christmas for my family and they ended up being too small so I had to exchange them. The way Fanatics handles exchanges is just ridiculous. You can't ship back your item and get it replaced. Instead, you ship it back and get a refund, but then you have to purchase new items afterwards.
Fanatics is always running sales and they constantly are changing prices so it is almost guaranteed that if you have to exchange an item, you are going to end up paying more than you originally did just to replace the item. Most of the time the item you need to replace is not in stock either which makes it even more convoluted.
On top of that Fanatics customer service is terrible. It is almost impossible to maneuver your way threw their horrible chat system to get to a human. Once you finally do, the person doesn't know what they are doing. After literally hours of going back and forth I finally got them to issue me a refund but they did it in store credit instead of back to my original payment. After doing this they refused to fix their mistake and I ended up having to back charge my credit card to get my money back.
I can not state enough that you should not waste your time or money purchasing from this company.
The product selection was great & affordable. The shipping time was reasonable. Was better than dealing with chaos of shopping in a store. Will definitely continue to use Fanatics..
I ordered three things on December second. One item said it would only take a day to ship and should arrive in 3-4 shipping days. The other two said they would take two days with arrival of 3-4 shipping days. On December 6th I finally got a notification saying the two items which said they would take longer to ship were on their way. I received these items on the eleventh. After several contacts of where my first item is I still don't have a answer. They tried telling me on the tenth that it would be here by the twelfth. Now it's the fifteenth and I still haven't received a notification on the whereabouts of my item is... And of course I don't have a tracking number to see if they have even sent it yet!
When I tried talking to customer service the first time the lady I talked to got frustrated with me and disconnected the call after I waited to talk to someone for over 15 minutes. Horrible service, and very angry that I do not have a item yet considering Christmas is in a short ten days.

My review is based on 2 items I purchased for my girlfriend's birthday (Toronto Raptors championship gear). I live in Toronto, Canada and I could not find out if the prices are displayed in Canadian or US dollars (about 25% difference in price). Even at the checkout, it did not specify what currency, even though I had the shipping information set for Toronto, and the shipping costs reflected this (*added a coupon after for free shipping). Checked my VISA, and saw it was in USD all along and my purchase was 25% more. Oh well, I should have spent the time calling or emailing them first to find out, as their FAQ and help sections didn't cover this.
It just seems very amateur and incompetent on Fanatic's end to operate such a massive international online marketplace and not do something so basic as reflect peoples' local currency. And for that I can only give them 1 star, regardless of how good the product is (I'm anticipating that it will be good, considering the price and scale of operation. Please don't disappoint me again).

I purchased 3 49er jerseys from this company 2 years ago and one was to small for my wife so I tried to return it. The reply I got from their service department was (in very broken English) please keep it and we will give you $10 off your net order. REALLY? I didn't want it because it wouldn't fit. Then this year the 49ers were in the playoffs and again I ordered from Fanatics, because that now seems to be the NFL ordering site, and the product quality is very very cheap. I can't stand this company and they seem to have gotten all the business for the NFL and MLB. WTF?

I purchased one of the new Oakland A's spring training hats for the 2024 season on February 5th, before I go to their game against the Dodgers on the 25th. The package was claimed to be shipped out on February 9th and the estimated date of delivery was February 16th. As of today (February 22nd), I have not received my hat. When I checked to see the progress of my order, Fanatics put a return on the product. They sent me an email shortly afterwards claiming I filed for a return on the item, which I had not, but they were reimbursing me for the purchase. I've gone to NewEra's site to find the hat, but they're sold out in my size. Needless to say, I am not at all pleased with Fanatics and plan to never purchase any more items from them in the future.

I was shoppng for a t shirt with my team logo. I was doing basic web comparisons and they had one that was "supposedly" on sale and free shipping. Was what I wanted and with the promo...was to be around $22 plus tax. Already expensive but original prices was over $30. By the time I checked out,,,the promo had disappeared and I ended up paying for shipping PLUS HANDLING and the price ended up nearly $34. I was tempted to cancel but was too far gone. And the T-shirt, even though Nike (who I didn't want to buy) was cheap. WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.

The Jersey is way too big. Medium T shirts fit me pretty snug usually. This Jersey goes half way to my knees and past my elbows. Plus it took weeks to get here and it was late.

So I ordered two tumblers (mugs) and a baseball cap. I signed up for free 2 day shipping by filling out a ShopRunner form. The order page tells me that only my baseball cap was eligible for 2 day shipping and not the two other items. The two tumblers show up 4 days later and yet the baseball cap that was supposed to arrive in 2 days is still not here. Layer on top of that, one of the tumblers was the wrong item. Then I contacted customer service but they could not articulate the reason why everything was screwed up. They offered zero assistance in helping me understand what went wrong and they did not even attempt to make things right. They basically told me that I was S. O. L. And hung up on me. Yes - they hung up on me. Apparently, they don't care about their customers and I'll be surprised if they're in business much longer. My only regret is not doing my research and reading these other horrible reviews prior to making my purchase. And the worst part is - now I have to deal with their return process.

I ordered some Alabama gear for a VIP client and needless to say I never got my shipment on time even after paying $30 dollars for next day by noon shipping. Also, they said I messed up my address and did not put in a suite number. I did in fact put in the suite number I have a feeling their staff simply doesn't know what they are doing. As a matter of fact, it is not a feeling it is a FACT that they have no idea what they are doing. 0 customer service, customer values, 0 everything. Also, not happy with your package delivery, well you'll have to wait a whole month to get your money refunded. I ordered 2 LA Kings Reebok jerseys, one is in-stock and the other is a pre-order not shipping till a month after order. The first jersey arrives quickly, and it's massive on me. I do a little research and I find Reebok jerseys run a little big so I give it to a friend as a gift since the wrong size is my fault. I contact customer service for the pre-order jersey since it won't ship for another a few weeks, and ask if I can simply change sizes or if I have other options. They quickly respond that it's a custom jersey and nothing can be done, despite the fact the jersey won't ship for weeks after. To add insult to injury I get an email stating the pre-order jersey will be delayed, but they want to keep my business and apologize for the delay. It states I can cancel my order before it reaches the Fulfillment Center, however I have already been told no from customer service weeks ago. The jersey shipped about a week later. Guess, my friend will have a nice Christmas gift this year. Next jersey I buy will be at the Staples Center.
I normally do not write reviews even if my product does not come as planned I don't write bad reviews but since I paid for extra shipping to have a guaranteed on time and stressed multiple times I needed this on time when placing the order, I am writing this review. I placed an order for a college t-shirt for my daughters graduation. I placed the order online completed the whole process and provided payment info. Submitted it and screen kicked me out with no conformation. Called company placed order again the same day by phone paid 15.95 for 2 day shipping. Order placed Monday with two day processing suppose to ship Wednesday. Called customer service Wednesday because I never received a confirmation email from placing my order or a shipping confirmation. Was told that my email address was put in the computer wrong and that he had corrected it and was sending me a new confirmation by email. As of Thursday still have not received confirmation letter, tracked the order online still shows that there's no such order in their system. Called once again to be told that the order has shipped and I will receive it Tuesday of the following week which would be seven business days to receive my order that was supposed to come in two business days. Since my order had already shipped they would only refund be part of the shipping that was to get my order here by Friday this does not help me at all. Now I'm paying for a T-shirt that I have no use for after the fact for graduation. Will not be purchasing anything from this site ever again.

Buyer Beware. I purchased a golf shirt for my son in November, more than 30 days before Christmas. Prior to purchasing I checked the return policy and saw that I had 365 days to return the item in case it didn't fit.
Once we determined the shirt didn't fit after Christmas, I attempted to return the item only to learn there is more than one return policy. The policy that applied to my item was only 30 days. At no point in the purchase process was I notified of this exception to the 365 day return policy.
Now I am stuck with a shirt that fits no one in my family. I gave 2 stars because the customer service rep who emailed me the bad news used polite tone. I've shared some of it here.
"Manufacturer Direct Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date. Since it is beyond this time frame, we are unable to process your return request.
If items are returned after the allotted Manufacturer Direct return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A merchandise credit or refund will not be credited to your account. This also applies to customized, game used items, or any other items that are described as final sale items.
