In fact my order was cancelled, up until I posted the review then things quickly changed! And the coupon was used AFTER multiple complaints to multiple reps at Fanatics! Funny I was told my item COULD NOT be shipped until Monday, but once again after the negative review all of the sudden the item was shipped. Ashamed that I had to complain and resort to these measures to receive an $8 item!

Ordered jersey in November for Xmas - AFTER I completed the order they told me that it wouldnt be here in time for Xmas. Bad start. I thought that I would give it to my son for his birthday in January (delivery date said 28th Dec). On 8th Jan I had to call customer service in America (from Australia) because the jersey had not arrived. I was told that it would be posted on 15th (should have arrived just in time for birthday). On 14th Jan (2 months after I placed the order) I get an email telling that the order is cancelled! Xmas and then birthday present ruined! Do not use this terrible company!

Unfortunately, the vendor was unable to meet that deadline and revised the ship date to 1/15/2020. I used to be a big fan of fanatics for all my sports wear, however, after this past Christmas I will no longer be using them. The one thing my son wanted for Christmas was a UK football jersey. I ordered in mid November. I got a notice it had shipped within a week but it never came. Every time I tracked it, it showed it was in the same location. I started calling and was told it was on the way. Closer to Christmas I really got worried and talked online and via phone to several reps who reassured me that it was going to arrive by Christmas but if not they had a contract with Fed Ex that I would get a full refund if it did not arrive on time plus keep the jersey. I called all the way up to Christmas being told again that it would get there on time but if not the guarantee. Well, it never came until several days after and now I call for the refund and they act like they have no clue what I'm talking about. I gave them the time, day, and reps I spoke with so now they say they have to "investigate" and I would hear back within days. However, that has been weeks ago and still have not heard a thing. I should not have to call one company this many times and wait on hold forever to continuously be lied to and passed around. And the worst part is my son didn't even get to open the only thing that he really wanted on Christmas morning. Very upset all the way around.

Placed an order with Fanatics last week for. Buffalo Bills hoodie. Two day shipping. Fanatics sent an e-mail to track through "parcelmonitor.com". Didn't receive my order. Link to track didn't work. Cancelled my order and received a refund as Fanatics couldn't find the status of my order. Bought again. This time I didn't even receive an e-mail verification from Fanatics. Called today. They asked for my order number. I didn't have one since an e-mail wasn't sent. Fanatics attempted to send another verification e-mail that didn't come through. Not even in my junk e-mail. I cancelled my order again. Had to give my wife's e-mail for verification of this even though I received e-mail's on my first botched purchase. Though I haven't ordered from Fanatics that frequently in the past year, I used to a lot. Never an issue. Now they seem like a terrible company. I will not order again from Fantaics. Just awful service. I'd give it zero stars if that was allowed.
As is consistent with many posts here, this company's order fulfillment and shipping process is terrible. I placed an order on 9/26, including 5 items. All of which showed to be in stock and available. On Sunday, 10/2, I received the shipping confirmation for one item. To quote, "Start waiting by the door, your order is on the way." I guess I need to get a tent to sleep by the door as this one item will take another week to arrive! No word on the other 4 items. Perhaps they thought I was ordering for next season? Regardless, won't have them to wear for the game. I will be returning all, if they ever arrive.
This is deplorable performance from a company that is connected to all major professional sports leagues and the NCAA. And they can advise all they want to about how they have "extended processing time" to say that you were "warned." What does that mean anyway? Online shopping is not new. Most sites, even run by small businesses, can take an order, fulfill it and ship it. It is not that hard.

I went through this site because of Shoprunner.
They seemed to have good sales and the free shipping was what really got me to order. But I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience.
1. they were slow to process the order. They charged my card, but i didn't receive a confirmation email or anything for the next entire day. I wasn't sure if they received or got my order right. But didn't think of much of it
2. They mixed up my order. Not sure how often this happens, but they completely sent me the wrong order. With the other person's confidential information like address (which means that other person probably has mine...)
3. The customer service SUCKS. And is slow. And not easy to use/find. The person i spoke with was SO slow to respond and told me the process would take AN AVERAGE of 2 weeks. Don't they get that it is holiday season and i need my stuff now?
Bottom line: not worth it to go through this site. Don't think i would ever order from them. Also i haven't even received my stuff yet so who knows if the items are any good.
UPDATE:
They have since apologized and corrected the mistakes. They were quite quick to take care of processing my order and even gave me store credit.

I had a HORRIBLE first experience with this company, ordered a sweatshirt that was one size too small & when I went to reorder it was no longer available. So I tried this site one more time, I ordered a completely different sweatshirt and once again does not fit! I was able to get it in time for the Michigan vs OSU game, but it doesn't do me any good if my boyfriend cant even wear it! So now, I am back in the same boat I was just in. With a sweatshirt that doesn't fit, its not available anymore in the same color, and because this company doesn't do exchanges I have to spend more money on the same sweatshirt (different color) since the same deal isn't going on! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I've NEVER had any issues ordering online until dealing with this site!

Two orders one from March 20th and another from March 29th(ordered next day air shown to be in stock) I have received nothing. Both are Astros jerseys that you showed to be in stock and I have received zilch, including a response when I contacted you through Paypal on April 9th. Something is terribly wrong because you took my money.

I have ordered from Football Fanatics for many years. Five years ago FF had excellent service and products, but now a significant decline. The communication was poor regarding arrival dates on the recent order I placed. Not the end of the world. A little later, I was considering buying a few of the College Football Playoff Shirts with the 4 teams on the back. I wanted to know 1) if there was one in dri-fit and 2) what was the cotton quality of the one by Football Fanatics. With the dri-fit and the cotton blend shirts that are really light, I don't want those heavy cheap cotton shirts anymore. I called FF. The line kept saying we are unusually busy and hung up. I then started a chat. The FF rep was nice but didn't know anything about the products. I had to look up numbers for her. She kept saying shirt was available in dri-fit. It wasn't and her instructions were erroneous. She took my contact information to have someone from FF get back with me. No one has. But I sure get spam from them at an alarming rate. I look on-line and see dozens of reviews with similar experiences. My conclusion is a company in decline.

Ordered a Braves jersey to wear on opening day. Chose 1 business day shipping so I could have it before I left for Atlanta. For some reason, they shipped it via the worst shipping company in the US (LaserShip) who stated they couldnt find the address (its on a main road in Jacksonville). Contacted LaserShip and they assured me they would have it out the next day. At the end of the next day, LaserShip had marked it as delivered although the package never arrived (the address is a commercial business that is always manned). Called Fanatics and they told me there was nothing that could be done and that they were out of stock of the item I ordered. They further stated they would give me a refund, but that has yet to come through either (it was paid via PayPal, so it should be instant). Fanatics ruined a once in a lifetime event for me. Im not even going to the game anymore, as Im to upset about this. Its too bad Fanatics has a monopoly on professional sports apparel. Seems anticompetitive to me. This is far from over. Ive sponsored Twitter posts, contacted the BBB and have arranged a crew to picket at their headquarters. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and am also considering bringing legal action against Fanatics.

Fanatics asserts that I did not include a suite number which is patently false. I called to tell the shipping company where the building was located because they were too incompetent to find it. Fanatics knows I included a suite number, as it appears on my original order. This lie has aggravated me more and will cause further negative action against Fanatics.

Have made multiple purchases from this website. Some smaller orders have went through perfectly. Good shipping time, etc. One of my orders, I received the wrong product (same product, different team than I ordered). Called customer service, very friendly. Returned my wrong item and they sent out another. Received the same wrong item again. Called customer service, not very friendly. The product was shipped direct from the manufacturer and therefore Fanatics would not claim it as their problem. Took 2 months of going back and forth with customer service to receive my refund.
My last order - purchased two shirts. One is perfect, the other I returned because it barely came to mid-stomach (not supposed to be a belly shirt). It's been over a month since my return package was delivered and I have not received my money back or even notice that they've received my return.
DO NOT BUY AT ANY COST! Unless you like gambling and don't care about the product you receive.
Update: After calling customer service and having them hang up on me after I told them my order number, I sent an e-mail. They said my return did not fit their return criteria and was sent to charity. I asked what criteria it didn't meet, as it was unworn, with tags and even returned in the same packaging it was sent in. Their response was "Sorry for the inconvenience, we hope to do business with you again." Two days later, I had my refund! Finally taken care of to my satisfaction.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband from the site on 11/12/21 for a Christmas gift. He tried it on Christmas Day and it did not fit so today I started a return. They will not return this item since they only allow a 30-day window on manufacturer direct items. Prior to the order I did review their return policy which is a blanket statement that items can be returned within 90 days; however, you must scroll through detail to find that these direct items do not meet that blanket statement. DO NOT ORDER GIFTS FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE WITHIN THE 30 DAY WINDOW. Additionally the quality of the fabric is poor; picture shows pilly surface of fabric.
