If you want to take the risk, go for it. You pay and may or may not receive the item. Then call the helpdesk, ask for the refound and they agreed. Wait 2 weeks and find that they sent you a new item that is waiting to be shipped for almost 1 month. STILL NO REFUND.

My experience with gearbest has been very good so far. I bought a smartphone and the purchase process was smooth and easy to make, order delivered on-time. Just a small complain is that it wasn't too easy to track the parcel. I was provided with a tracking number, but it was not always updated and I couldn't uderstand where my order was after it left the warehouse. I bought 2 quadcopters from gearbest, the first one had a motor freeze up first flight, I contacted them and they responded promptly asking me if it was a cw or ccw motor so that they could send a replacement. I responded, I then receive another message saying that they will have to send my request to a technician and would get back to me in 1 or 2 days. A month passes I contact them again and they respond that they only cover DOA, but if I want another motor they will send me a PayPal invoice and I can pay for it. The second quad lasted until the 4th flight and a motor froze midflight. And went through the exact same thing, buyer beware, if you have any problems with anything you order from them you are out of luck.
