Excellent online store!

Here I found great products that I could not find in other stores. By the way, the prices here are much lower, and there is an excellent bonus program and discounts. Recently I bought a product (here is my order number: **************800), paid through WebMoney, unexpectedly the package arrived very quickly!... that I have not seen in other online stores!
My friend, despite the fact that he lives in the USA, was very surprised and pleasantly shocked by my recall (he had not even heard of the online store GearBest), now he also makes purchases here!
I'm very happy. I will continue to buy and recommend this store!

Received wrong item!

I ordered a car video recorder and received a anemometer. Tried email dialogue for 3 weeks. They said I needed to close out the complaint so they could send item, I did and now I can't get any response. What's up?

Have recently been credited for the item I did not receive. Thank you SiteJabber! They wouldn't listen to me but after posting with you I got some response!

GearWORST - AVOID
October 28, 2015

AVOID - If you have a problem you will never see your money again.

I ordered a phone from them several weeks back. I did not get the phone and despite many many messages they will not give a refund. They only offer store credit at 50% value of the phone so you have to buy more stuff from them. They will replace the phone at a further cost - they must be mad if they think I am sending them more money.

This is the worst experience I have ever had from any online shopping company. They even said it was not the fault of the courier the item was lost and that I had not take out insurance suggesting it was my fault!

The fact they state they give a full refund up to 48 days from receipt of goods is a lie. In my opinion they are crooks and thieves.

BE WARNED - If you have a problem you will not get a refund!

Gearbest is good website for shopping from China. You can get detail information about each product and see comments, videos and photos attached by customers.

As for packing and send parcel, I can mark the service with 5 stars, because this is well done and arrives faster and shipping is free.

The most important is that they answer any question faster. I am very satisfied with this website and I advise you to use this as well. Jaba ;)

The company has refused to refund me my money and they come up with the silliest of excuses. The last one response was a snap from their internal system and it was written in Chinese and they expected the client to decipher the message. Their customer service is awful to say the least.

Great shopping site overall

So far I always had a great shopping experience with Gearbest. Great prices, good quality and the shipping times are accurate. So far I shipped to Portugal and to the UK and the items always arrived, carefully packaged.
Any problems I have had, gearbest customer support was always able to help me and issue refunds provided the I had bought the insurance (a pretty low price to pay for the added benefits).
Overall great experience, would recommend.

It's easy to browse the categories and find the products.
I bought a smartphone.
It's possible to pay with all credit cards or with paypal.
Moreover, once the purchase is complete, I can easily follow the shipment until delivery!
I will continue to shop on Gearbest

Hello, I come here to leave my experience of buying in the gearbest store, this was the 4 purchase I made on the site, I live in Brazil and considering the distance and service provided by the post office hence the product arrived too fast to me, packed. I come to thank and congratulate the store for doing an excellent job. All the purchases I have made so far have never had any problems, on the contrary, they have always been very helpful and they take all the doubts that I have, it also offers us points that we can use as a discount, which I think is incredible. I come to thank the work they do, thanks to them I was able to buy an excellent product for a very low price, I am totally satisfied with the product, which met all my expectations.

A few years ago I was not very pleased with this store. A few months ago I decided to go back to this store and place some orders. To my surprise a few days later all orders were sent. Speed of delivery has increased markedly. Loved the support. If the problem with the product, quickly solved the problem without any questions and excuses. Over the last month have already made a dozen purchases and was very pleased with the service of this store.

Good Store

I made purchase on Gearbest and want to say that I enjoy cooperate with this store. The item was eligible for the same day delivery. I got my order in a few days. The customer service is awesome.

Gearbest is worth being recommended

I have bought many products from Gearbest and I'm pleased with them.
They have many cool gadgets and Xiaomi products. Also, I think they are one of the cheapest shop on the internet, if not the cheapest.

Their support respond rather fast and with reasonable answers and solutions.

Sometimes during the christmas and holidays shipping takes longer than usual, but I think it's understandable. No one could proccess this many packets in shorter time.

In conclusion, I think it's worth buying from them.

Xiaomi MI 9 Lite phone
February 3, 2020

I purchased this Xiaomi MI 9 Lite phone for my wife. After approximately one week of use, the phone died on low battery and wasn't able to be charged anymore. I contacted Gearbest to inform them of the issues. After going through all protocols of sending photos and videos showing the state of the phone, Gearbest asked me to send it back for a refund. I sent the phone back, and now they are saying they haven't received it. I have given them the tracking number as well as paying extra for the package to be signed for. I'm now having to fight through PayPal to get my refund. Save yourself the hassle of going through what I have gone through, and don't purchase expensive items from Gearbest as they won't stand behind their customers when something goes wrong. This will be the last time I will be purchasing anything from the ever again.

Very bad experience
August 4, 2020

Very bad experience! I ordered an e-bike from them. They took money from my credit card straight away, but they made me wait for nearly a month before asking me to cancel the order. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life: English quite unintelligible and a lot of excuses just to take time. Finally, they took further time to give my money back. I willl keep away from them for life!

Good Fast and Trustful

Its an amazing store. Im buying products there and its 100% trustful. The products get home very fast and in a perfect shape without any problems. The support system is also very good, they are helpful and answer fast. The payment method is also 100% safe, never had problems with it.
I really recommend this store if you want to buy something.

I am on the 4th business day waiting for my order that is still stuck in the processing stage. Submitted a ticket and the response was they need to test (QC check) the items before they can be shipped. Umm... isn't the QC check part of the manufacturer's responsibility before the items are distributed to resellers? They mentioned that the QC check process will take another 3-5 business days, so in total I will need to wait a maximum of 8 business days if I'm lucky. So much for "Ships in 3-5 business days" that they claim on their website.

They are affiliated with Everbuying.net. Both have similarities on their websites. Both have similarities with delaying the process of orders and the responses from their reps are the same. Best to avoid these guys.

My last purchase was a stylus for your phone (W**************) sent the next day, the premise came to Ukraine in 20 days! I liked the price and the quality! Great service and great prices

Among my purchases at gearbest, there is my current smartphone, a previous generation flagship, which I was able to purchase with a really good discount. But my good impression about the store continues, as upon arrival, I noticed that the packaging was in very good condition, among the very best in my experience with overseas purchases. Lying about stocks
February 10, 2018

The list a lot of items they don't even have in stock, but show them as being in stock. The estimated shipping time just keeps rising each day, so they are just fooling clients into buying what they don't have, to increase sales without having to send anything.

They also asked me months ago to fill in a good review in exchange of GB points, so most of the positive reviews here are not thrustworthy.
