I am a regular GearBest customer for more than three years and found out that their products are of high quality at affordable prices. Great customer service is what GearBest knows best as they are available 24/7 to assist with regards to any queries be them preorder or after sales. Before GearBest I used to be hesitant to shop online but I can confirm those fears are long gone thanks to the peace of mind as guaranteed by GearBest. When one deals with GearBest, there's no room to guess anything as all the questions will be addressed in a friendly and professional manner. GearBest knows how to treat well it's customers. I am one happy customer as proof to that effect despite my living far, far away in South Africa.
Me and my friends brought lots of stuff from gearbest and I can say that this is the best site to buy from! Products are cheaper, descriptions are honest and most important! I didn't have to pay taxes for my order when it came! And it came so fast. I received my order in the mail at my closest mail office, not like orders from other sites were it went to customs office and they forced me to pay extra almost a quarter of the price to receive my package. So Gearbest is the best there is!
I order several time on GearBest and i had good experience. Delivering time is fast ( max 15 working day, 3 plain week, or less) from China warehouse to EU.
The product are exactly as described on the site, and the packaging is good enough.
The price correspond to the quality of the product that are sell, if you know what you buy you can do very good deals. The 3D printer i buy is a kit and you must have the knowledge to build it up in proper way to get the best out of it.
I often ordered goods on the gearbest and there were no problems. The site is easy to find everything that is needed. I recently replaced the tab with the goods from the company xiaomi as it is very convenient for me. Generally I am satisfied with the work of the store and customer support center
Gearbest initially ignored warranty on item (car bluetooth transmitter USB charger that was DOA), support did this by making it difficult to claim but after complaining on Sitejabber a Gearbest manager become involved reviewed my claim and then apologised making an offer of a replacement item or a full refund.
This may happen in a lot of companies when a manger becomes involved over support staff that give you the run around.
I'm now satisfied with Gearbest and will continue to deal with them because generally they are reasonably good.

This store is very famous in my country, but people are afraid to buy online for shipping times and customs processes. The delivery time in free shipping takes two months. In this web store the shipments by DHL are cheap and they arrive in two weeks. I bought four times with shipping by DHL and my experience is excellent. I recommend buying this web store.

Painful experience... ordered my product, received monthly emails stating it has shipped and customer service difficult to respond. I put a negative review in and they finally responded and the order was shipped a week after. Don't think the review had anything to do with it... just that the product was finally received in from china. Scary.

Edit: after opening a dispute through PayPal I finally managed to get my money back

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
