I want to write about my shopping experience with Gearbest.com. I ordered Original Tennmak In-Ear Wired Earphones on Jan 16,2016. Order No.: W**************. Using the promo code I saved a lot of money. Gearbest has satisfactory prices in a large majority of products, therefore you can buy goods at lower prices than in other Chinese stores. Regarding to my order - the shipping was very fast and on Feb 3,2016 I picked up my package from local post. The earphones were packed very carefully. I am fully satisfied with a sound quality and will be glad to further cooperation with Gearbest.com

I ordered a scooter online was told it was dispatched when it wasn't then after a month of waiting tracking details appeared. I have now waited another 48days, nothing, tracking has stopped and turned chinese. Im being told its in customs but that has been 2 weeks.

I really regret ever using these people they are dishonest and completely unreliable.

Most of the positive reviews here are fake, check the grammar and spelling... many young people are paid nowadays to give false good reviews.

I have done a lot of orders at Gearbest, headphones, mobile phones, tablets and some other stuff. All ol then have arrived in perfect condition in 2-3 weeks to Spain, except one tablet malfunctioning wich was refunded by the seller. I'm very sitisfied with the prices, the shipping speed and the variety of stuff. The after sales service was also good and resolved quickly the only trouble i had. As I have said above, this is my favorite chinese online store.

I never bought at overseas stores, but I always saw them on the internet. But I tried to buy it and was pleasantly surprised by the service and prices and the most basic product range.
After the first purchase, I realized that I will be here to continue to buy and recommend to anyone who does not believe in it or he does not want to deal with this, it is much more lexche than on other sites, everything is very simple and comfortable so try and not regret. I am now a regular customer

First of all I want to tell you that GearBest is very nice online shopping website. First order wasn't cheap but cheaper then concurent sites and I'm very pleased with it. My new 'toy' is great and fancy for this price :)

I had no problem with the order, the delivery (France) is certainly not very fast but the price is so low that it is not a problem. The product I bought works perfectly, and I'll repeat my orders at Gearbest. Good packaging.

I recommend Gearbest because of the wide variety of products, the friendly customer support service which is efficient and quick to resolve any issues that happens and the easy process of ordering items and the plenty of shipment methods you can choose.

The clock is very good, no regrets.

After two days of use, the battery lasts very well, I am using only Bluetooth connected.

Of the 4 bracelets I bought, 2 of them came with the smaller fixing pins, hence I will use the other pins, so be smart if you buy only one bracelet. The bracelets were the leather and the mesh wristband.

I will still test with the pedal and then post the results.

I totally recommend Gearbest shop, great stuff and reasonable prices. It its worth to mention that I didnt have any problems with service. One of the reasons why I prefer Gearbest over other China-based e-commerce sites is not having to deal with multiple sellers. I used to be a frequent shopper on another site, maybe the largest in China, but one bad experience made me not want to shop there anymore. The seller sold me a defective phone and the company mediated favoring the seller to my dismay. Unlike with Gearbest, you only deal with them. I had issues in some of my past orders with them but everything was resolved and I got the help that I needed from their customer service. Also, I feel much secure ordering on Gearbest because they have Paypal as a payment method. Thank you.

They also sell very high quality products. Besides, if there is a problem with your product, there will be 1 year guarantee period. So they are returning your money. The products are quite cheap and even very tempting to try.

I've placed several orders with Gearbest.com. I have around 150 items saved as favorites. If I made more money, I would have bought them all. It's very easy to find items, and buy them too. Every single item has arrived in a timely fashion and in perfect working order. Update 4/20/16 I now have over 300 favorites saved. About 5 more purchases and many more to come. Got an Eken H9 (GoPro style camera) and I love it! Just as described and works awesome! Saved hundreds by getting this and not the name brand.

I ordered several things on the gearbest page. I'm very happy with the shopping. Things are great and cheap. In one of my orders was missing one item. I wrote to the seller. I have been offered several convenient solutions. I used the refund option. The seller settled the payment very quickly. Contact with the seller was very good.
I recommend this shop to everyone, the ordered goods are of good quality, everything works without any complaints.
