I have Bought the ILife V7s Robot from GearBest, more than 4 months ago.
The item I received was faulty - stacked all time with no reason.
They promised the give my money back after I'll send them the item (forcing me to pay for the delivering).
I have sent the item to the address they asked me in Spain already almost 2 months ago, and now they wrote me they cannot take it out from the custom office, asking me to send it to a new address in China!
This is only a brief of the issue - They are just delaying the repayment with strange new excuses from time to time.
It also seemed like they have blocked for me the option to write a review in they website.
Beware and get away from them!

I bought at GearBest, really a lot of shopping and I ever be very enjoyed, every time when i buy it I get special points whereby i can reduce the price about 1/3 it's amazing! Especially considering it that most Gearbest basic price are the best of all store so when I cut it about 1/3 price is really incredible :)
I ordered and e-cigarete starter kit + replacement coils. So it went out in like two orders. I paid for everything and was waiting for a despatch. Few days later, they messaged me that they can not ship e-cigarete starter kit, because they have some problems, so they refunded me. But what should I do with those coils then? They dont want to refund me in full. I have to keep the item, because of their fault.

I was searching for xiaomi mi band 1s. Found out that Gearbest has the best price for it and I ordered it. The order was shipped several hours later after I payed for it. The package came very fast, and the band is fully worked. I'm pleased with the buy. Now I need new smartphone and Gearbest will be the first store I will be searching for it.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
