I noticed that Gearbest is going to be more and more popular in my country. I registered and I bought a few items eg smartphones, electronical gadgets, toys, etc. I am satisfied a lot.
I can recommend all of you shopping in this store, because all products have arrived on time, they have good quality products, very good quality of service.
I recommended Gearbest also to my friends and all of them are happy with that. For sure I will buy more items in this store!
My new phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 arrived very fast.

Gearbest have the best tech and non tech deals, I got a Mi band 2 for 10$! And a smartphone doogee Y100X for 49$! You do not find best deals knowing that you have a brand new product and shipped fast.
They respond to any query in 24 hours max. And any issue that you have they solve it.
Gearbest is my election tech online shop!

I placed an order on 11/24/2015 for $300.00, I checked to see the status of my order and it states its still processing. I have opened a few tickets since the 27th and have not had any reply. Do not buy from them, they steal your money and do not answer any tickets you open. I have read horror stories online. I believe this is a fraudulent company, I have reported them to paypall and my bank.

My item arrived broken. Gear Best support said via email if I shipped it
To the Spain depo from Ireland they would replace it. But when it
Arrived (i paid to ship to Spain) Gear Best would not replace it, because
They said it was no longer available yet even now it is still on the
Gear Best website, just no longer at the low price I got it for. I was
Misled and had to go for the refund. I was not refunded the shipping
Cost from China. I was not offered any compensation or credit. It took
6months to even get a refund from when I first bought the item. I am
Extremely unsatisfied with gear best.

I thought this was going to be a good site to use and i have had some trouble free purchases, but having received a product with potently dangerous (though easily fixed) build issues i decided to post a suitable review to inform other buyers... that's where the bad news really came in

It turns out that a negative review, even if not marking the product down on stars or saying product is good to buy but you need to do ABC to make it safe and buyers should check before use... gets rejected and will not be used by Gearbest

Its such a shame to find this out as there are many products on there that i would like to buy.

Unfortunately since i now know 100% (from Gearbest Customer service) that the website reviews are worthless as they will not post both positive and negative information it is impossible to trust them further despite earlier successful purchases

I love gearbest because it's an amazing website. I love to buy things in gearbest because of the way they manage the website, the product traking and the values of the products that you can find in this wonderful website. Everything here is easy to find, to buy, to track, to contact who is selling the product to you and also to contact the gearbest support. There are a lot of products and cheap products prices that you just find on gearbest.com. That is why I use this website a lot.

Scammers

They are scammers. Didnt even sent the item. First there was one picture of envelope in profile that cant be read(yellow), and tracking number that doesnt work, then after 2 weeks white envelope that also cant be read. On top of that they want more money to resend the order. Never, never again. STAY AWAY!

Bought a Furibee F36 mini drone paid extra for 3 batteries only received 2. Email them and they wanted pictures of box, shipping package and contents I did all that then I get email back and I quote "We wish to apologize for any inconvenience. There are 2 Spare Battery in the package as mentioned as attachment." I know that I sent you the picture I am missing one and that was it. Useless, Im just glade that it was nothing too expensive that I lost

I ordered a WLtoys ******* last Demeber 8, after it arrived 60days later (My country's customs is $#*!) I was really happy because it arrived in great condition. When my unit stopped working 5days after it arrived, Gearbest was really fast on helping me out but sadly my problem is beyond their warranty. But the good news is they gave me a partial refund which I used to purchase a spare part and now my unit is fixed! Best store for RC hobbyist.

I am not too sure about this company. I placed an order on 6/3/15 and to date have not received any confirmation like one usually gets when the place an online order. So I have no order number, no tracking number and the the website has no record that it was placed. What I do have is a record that GearBest debited the credit card for the total of my purchase I thought I was placing. I cannot for the life of me get in touch with any one from this company to discuss this and I feel as though I got scammed big time! I do not agree with this method of doing business and I sure hope that I get this matter resolved ASAP

I purchased a XK X251 quad copter. During the maiden flight a prop nut flew off and the prop was lost forcing the copter to crash and breaking one of the landing gear. Gear Best said they would send a replacement motor with the prop nut as parts are not available! They never sent the motor. We negotiated through PayPal but Gear Best agreed to take the copter back... but it had to be in the same condition as I received it in! Well, that is difficult due to the missing parts that can't be replaced! They made other offers to settle, we agreed to them and Gear Best reneged or changed the offer. Buyer beware they are crooks.

Xiaomi Aqara Smart Water Sensor

I got the device very fast, it came as shown in the store
It worked in the aquara home app, but not in Mi Home, even though it should (beta only I think work there).
I did not manage to connect it as a device to google home (i have google home mini).

I bought the XIAOMI Mi4C (and accessories) from gearbest.com. And I have a very good impression on the fact that the price offered was at the moment the lowest in the market, the phone came in the expected time, and the product was exactly as described. The package was well protected and described. This was my one of many shopping with most I am very happy with. Massive let down

I ordered a eleaf pico from them 3 weeks ago and only just discovered it hadn't even been dispatched (paid more for fast shipping) so I contacted them to find out what was going on and they told me that there was a supplier issue and that the supplier wasn't producing the product anymore even though it is still on the gearbest and eleaf website! And all they offered was a refund into the gearbest wallet (not an actual refund) and not even £2 worth of points as a bonus... What a joke... And I still have another order which I've paid for which is nowhere to be seen. Massively disappointed and will be using Fast Tech from now on. Sent more emails to say I am not happy with how they dealt with the problem and the fact they hadn't even bothered to make me aware there was a problem with the order and am no longer getting replies
