Great variety, fast customer support, i mostly buy ecigs and eliquids and in this site i have all the brands i want in good prices, and this site has many sales which makes it interesting to follow the prices, however once they didnt send an item becasue they didnt have it on stock but i was refunded, i once bought a xiaomi ip camera that was not ment to be sold to europe so it didnt work but the item description stated that it worked only in asia so they are honest in their product descriptions
Most of the items i order at gearbest are related to vaping. They surely have the best overall prices, a great structered and easy to use website and lastly the support is fantastic.

This is my personal experiance on Gearbest.
First I bought at other chinese shops. Then I found Gearbest and in the last 2 years Gearbest is my favorite seller in China.
I think in about 3 or 4 years i bought about 50 items. Most items between 10-20 $. But a few items like smarthones up to 250 $.
Every item arrived and didn' t came late. Gearbest mostly shipps in 1-3 days.
1 only had one single item, that was broken after 1 or 2 days of usage. Support made a refund after sending some pictures. No complains!
Prises are low. After every single buy you get points. You can use them to reduce prices.
So after 50 items there are no complains.
I desided to change my rating after the imidiate contact of the gb staff offering me a fitting solution to my issue. Everything turned out more than fine after all and i owe them a 5 star rating for their help

I gave an order from Gearbest and I really like it. I bought Xiaomi Amazfit Pace Smartwatch and it was very well. Thank you gearbest for cheap and good quality products, fast and helpful customer service, fast shipping. So I think I will buy a lot of things again.
I ordered 2 e-liquids and they both vape very well, the aramax energy drink juice is in my opinion the best I have ever vaped, very good clouds and nice taste. In my opinion the cream dessert liquid is too sweet for my tastes, but it still vapes well, just my personal opinion that i don't like the taste.
I have not had any problems with my orders, I have never even had to worry about shipping because all the orders have came within 15 days, shipping is very good unlike when ordering from other chinese stores where the shipping might take 1-2 months.
So I bought a quadcopter with Gearbest few months ago just to test their service. I gotta to say that their service was just amazing the product reached India exactly at 25th day as promised. Since then i'm spending about 30min of my time everyday just to see if they can amaze me again with another product.

Ordered my product last year and still didn't got it, so after 4 months of waiting they say they gona resend order and it passed 2 month after that, as you assumed no order yet.

I always find excellent products at low price on this store, expecially electronic gadgets and smartphones. Shopping's experience is great due to the complete description of products and always interesting price.
I had ordered a power bank for my mobile. I have also paid for tracking... But I cant track it. For 16days, there is one response that it has been shipped from shenzen. I need a refund into my bank account... It is useless to wait for 16 days for such a small thing. I would never buy online again...

I must recommend this site for the buy. Ive been registrated there for about couple of months, but ive made dozens of order till then. They came quickly. Packed professionaly, and they were right as described. They have the best prices on the market and internet. Support is awesome too, when i had some little problem about my order they were immediatley there to respond and help. Products come about 2 weeks which is good. I have made 3 orders. I like the page, I like the products but I have had back luck in most of them. The newest order, they send me half of the order because of lack of inventory, I understand you they dont have the product but Ill apreciate them to tell us before buying it and I will continue shopping sometime else in their e. Unfortunately I cannot give this company a good report. I ordered a pair of bluetooth headphones and paid the expedited postage to have them in Australia in 5 to 7 days. When they had not arrived, I contacted this company and was advised that rhe items were not in stock. Now I know wexare in the 21st Century and it would take all of 30 seconds to construct and send an e mail to advise of the stock levels, but no, not a word until I, the customer make an enquiry. It has now been a further week, no contact on the progress of the order and I now see that wih Chinese New Year, further delays in processing are expected. No offer of a reduction in the extra postal charge either. As I have a scheduled payment through PayPal, I can look at delaying this I suppose, but communication = big fail.

I have used gearbest for the first time and I'm happy with it. I bought a phone [W**************] and it was shipped on the same day i bought it. Support was great and i love the Online chat they have so we don't have to wait for days to get a reply on the support center.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
