Recently I got interested in Smart Home appliances and I've decided to give a try to GearBest as I've found some items that I was interested in in the lowest price. Each of my orders has arrived very fast. Packages always were good Packages, I have no idea how did they achieve this level of service. If it comes to refunds on GearBest it is extremely easy and reliable. I had a situation when GearBest by mistake allowed a promo code for an item by mistake. They have excused me for their mistake, cancelled the order, gave me back my money and additionally granted me 5$ coupon with no expiration date! No one can beat that.
There's also awesome points system that can be used to lower price of an item by up to 30%. It's easy to collect points by making orders and writing reviews of purchased items. I really think that GearBest is the best!

On 25/09/2018 i've made a purchase via gearbest Order No: **************134. I expected to receive the item in a month or two but i was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in 2 weeks time. Everything went smoothly. The communication is a pleasure. Total experience A++!

This is unacceptable! Never did it say it my order was out of stock or not available when I made the purchase. You only offer an exchange or to wait? NO FULL REFUND?!? I could order this same unit from amazon and get it in 2 days! I used gearbest.com because i was recommended from a fellow youtube reviewer. I will be updating him and my channel and our follower of your horrible service if nothing is resolved. I ordered this for a present before the holidays and now it will not ship until 2 days prior? How is this possible? I purchased over a month before it even ships? I paid for express shipping too! My first purchase experience with your site is very sub par to say the least

At first I was not convinced of the quality of this online store, and then I made just a small order. Now I buy almost exclusively on this website. In Italy the package comes well packaged, no broken product, and get to your destination in 15 days at most. My last order arrived in 14 days! The customer service is the best: any problem is solved in a short time. Lastly, with every purchase you can accumulate GB points which can be used for discounts on future purchases. Gearbest is one of the best online sites.

I've made a couple of orders on this site, mainly Xiaomi products, for what I've seen so far the products are original, the shipping is free, however not always fast when you choose the free shipping option, but can't really complain, everything was delivered in the end.
I'll surely buy more from them.

Whenever I've had an issue the support team have always came up with a resolution very quickly and shipped replacements which arrived in just a few days. What surprised me the most was how gearbest delivery the items so quickly, I would personally recommend priority plus to get your item quicker. I've recommended this to all my friends. I only came to this review website after not receiving a phone I ordered 6 weeks ago. Exactly the same story as all the other "1 star" reviewers. I'm in the process of attempting to get a refund (like hundreds of others no doubt). Fortunately I have some associates in China who are going to assist me with getting the Chinese Internet Commerce Authority to investigate Dealsmachine.com

Notice all the reviews happen to be either 1 star or 5 star with almost nothing in between. Notice also how the company appears to visit this website regularly to reply to frustrated customers. I'll leave it to you to question who is writing all the 5 star reviews that have a distinctly similar tone.

I have made several orders from GearBest. All items that I've ordered arrived within acceptable time. I've not had any problems with received items so far. I especially like option of ordering from different warehouses, which can reduce total expense of the order since customs already cleared the package.
