Gearbest

I have made several orders from GearBest. All items that I've ordered arrived within acceptable time. I've not had any problems with received items so far. I especially like option of ordering from different warehouses, which can reduce total expense of the order since customs already cleared the package.

GearBest is the only online shopping platform that I trust.
Others are unreliable with fake order tracking, undelivered products, rude sellers and ridiculously long shipping times.
I was wary at first, naturally; but I've quickly learned that this is a site I can really trust.
Orders arrive together, complete and on time with accurate parcel tracking throughout the process.
Customer service@ GearBest is wonderful; and with 'Messenger' as a contact platform, it's convenient and fast unlike and any other.

I just want to let anyone who has given up on online shopping know that there is a good site out there.
I suggest you give GearBest a try.

If you are looking for a phone, charger, android box, gamepad, anything you can think that is technology related, Gearbest not only has that, as has the best price.
Beats hands-down local retailers (in my country at least) and it has fast shipping, fast support and low prices.

What can one ask more?

This is the best online marketplace I have ever met in the last two years! My cooperation with Gearbest throughout all this time was successful, which cannot be said about buying in other stores online. Having ordered several products, I received them at the correct time described on the order pages. The quality of the goods completely suits me, especially since I bought them during good discounts, and even it was possible to use points for the discount, this is the internal currency of the store, which can be obtained in various available ways.

Order was send back by the shipping agency due to a bad label from GearBest. Customer support ignores this and keeps asking me to wait for it to arrive at my house, whereas it will obviously never arrive...

This is a great watch and a very good value for money. It does what it says it does. It can even find your phone if you have lost it somewhere in the room. The watch delivered on the expected time. Gearbest came in touch with me since the phone was currently out of stock and they allowed me to choose between to wait one more week before to dispatch the item or to get an alternative product. They provide great support and they answer within few hours. I purchased many items from Gearbest and I am very satisfied with all my purchases. I would definitely recommend Gearbest.

I bought four watches from Gearbest. Three of the watches were fine. The fourth arrived with a broken second hand which just flopped around. They have a process where you send a video or photo of damage to get a replacement, but they do not respond after you send proof. Basically their process is to waste your time until you give up. I will not purchase again from Gearbest since they do not honor their warranty policies

UPDATE!
After writing several times, I received a refund for the broken watch! Gearbest also responded to my review thanking me for the feedback. It seems to me that there is after all a sincere effort to improve their customer service. Perhaps I'll give them another try in future.

I have been purchasing gadgets and other electronics for almost two years from Gearbest store. Up to this date, I have never had a problem and whenever I had an issue with shipment status, support team was very helpful and responsive. Great prices, deliveries on time and products always arrived as expected. Highly recommended store for every kind of product.

So far I have only ordered 'high tech' products on gearbest, a phone, a laptop,... and all I can say is that I've never had better value for money elsewhere. I ordered from European warehouses every time and I was delivered very quickly every time

I highly recommend this site, I wanted to share it because if some people still hesitate to order on this site they can go with their eyes close

Competitive prices, cheap, like for Xiaomi products and promotions.
Store communicates well.
Delivery/shipping time is as expected with a 'wholesale' store, faster than other wholesale stores.
