My package was lost by the shipping office in my country, but even though i was'nt bestgear's failure, they refunded me 50% of the order if they should resend it. The seconds shipment i recieved and the items are great (value-for-money).
I ordered several vaping stuff in th UK Warehouse at the 21st of March (W**************) and the arrival of the package was the 27th of MArch - so really fast. All my orders directly from china took just a few days more. Everything arrived in good conditions, because of the excellent packing. I have used Gearbest for some time now and honestly I have not been dissapointed. I received my previous order exactly as stated, in time, in perfect condition and as advertised. Being in Africa usually entails your packages arriving damaged and at times not according to description but with Gearbest the two drones I ordered arrived well packaged and in good time for my nephews birthday. This time I ordered rc cars and Gearbest customer service has been awesome to say the least and when they promised me my shipment was being processed immediately it was and i verified through DHL and I was pleased to get a shipoment confirmation.

I will be realy honest about my experience in Gearbest.com.
First of all there are some lies you should avoid like the items that are left in the stock is a lie, i ordered a smartphone and they didnt had to give me while in the website said that "97 pieces are left". And they sended me the smartphone after 2 months.
You also have to keep in your mind the customer taxes and avoid that situation. If you are going to buy expensive stuff take priority line or something.
Now, in every problem i got through, the technical support was there for me. And the time is quite fast. I made tickets and the next day i got messages. The workers in the technical support are great and realy helpful! In your side when you will need them. So if you have any problems they will help you realy efficiently.
I have bought about 10-15 items from gearbest, all where without any mistakes and with suprising quick shipping with good shiping protection.
I would reccomend this shop for anybody who needs something but can wait a bit longer for a good cheap price.
I would also like to point out that there are always cupons that you can search up :)
The Alfawise C30 Pro was initially advertised as having a work area of 550mmx450mm. The laser engraver I was sent actually had a much smaller working area. I preordered and it took 2 months to arrive even with express postage. They had countless excuses.
I have tried for 10 days to come to an agreement that suits GB and myself. GearBest has refused to rectify the false advertising.
They expect me to return the item at my cost and only receive store credit as a refund. I am never going to use GearBest again so the store credit is not acceptable.
GearBest is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I suggest you do not purchase any items from them. Once they have your money they will take months to post the item and then will refuse to refund you your money when they have deceived you deliberately.

After posting this review Gearbest reacted promptly and gave back the money I payed for the product as I had asked. I'm satisfied but only wish it had worked without making the case public.
To clarify, it wasn't their fault that the package was returned to them by the delivery company.
My pakage got lost in shipment. Well, nothing they will do, fair enough. My bad for not reading the terms and conditions.
What really sucks is they told me on paypal they will reship the product, if I close the complaint. I shouldn't have trusted them cause on paypal you can't reopen a complaint. After they offered me only a refund of about a fifth of the original price.
Shame on such busines practices.
I discovered this site a couple of years ago, and i started buying some stuff, I was really satisfied so I keept buying and buying, now I can't stop! I even ordered some Tech things. The customer service is really good and kind, if u have a problem they will solve it very quickly. So I really reccommend it!
I had ordered two items. I am tracking one of the orders and it was sent to a state in my country I do not live near. (I live in Illinois and package was sent to Nevada). I called Gear Best and was informed to call USPS to "resolve my issue." I called USPS and they informed me that due to this being an international order and that I am not "the sender... but the receiver" I cannot intercept. My credit card has been charged and these items were at a great price but I paid over $250 for my orders.
I have called, emailed, chatted with Gear Best to no rectifying solution. Pretty much they are telling me (both Gear Best and USPS) that I am SOL. I am not able to file a claim (due to not able to "intercept").
Both orders went out May17th, 2015 and currently the one order is in Nevada.
Can anyone help?

Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
