Dash cam ordered 1-2-16, Processed 1-5-2016, Shenzhen. Arrived 1-8-2016 Hongkong and departed. I'm thinking its "on a slow boat" from China. Time will tell. Well it's finally here.It arrived in Cincinatti 1-09, cleared customs 1-12. Moved to INDY 1-19 and departed 1-20, Salina Ks. On 1-21, Denver 1-21, arrived SLC 1-22 and departed 1-25 and my locaation 1-26. Now all I got to do is hook it up. Turns out it was on a fast boat to the U.S. and slowed down after that.
I ordered this way in time for Christmas. No tracking number, had to keep going back to them to ask where it was. Delivered Christmas Eve! Great! Opened up on 12/26 and They sent me a broken RC Quadcopter. It did not work from the opening of the box, one propeller motor did not work out of four so it would not take off plus they never sent the part to hold the real time transmittor to the controller. They refuse to give me my money back or even exchange it. $100 down the drain, nice christmas present! This place is the worst for customer service! There policy says if its DOA then they will make good on it, wrong! They will not. I am going to the BBB. So frustrated!
Recently I buyed PowerBank for my devices because I'm planing go to some travel far away of electricity. So now I want to tell about my order of Xiaomi PowerBank at Gearbest. I made order at this store because here always original and good quality Xiaomi products. Shipping time takes about 20 days and I'd recieve this item. Quality service and price very well and I haven't any problem with this seller. Next my purchase I'll make here.
I made 6 orders from this site and none of them is sent nor arrived. I asked them to help me but they are offering %50 of item to refund. Do NOT buy from them. They do not send parcels and they do not give you refund. Buy from another site otherwise you will be scammed too bad...
I contacted my bank for chargeback process. Otherwise it's not possible to save my money because they got it and nothing came to me after 2,5 months!

There's a ton of choice on there too and it all seems to be good (or at least decent) quality. I have just ordered a Ganzo blade (440C steel) and the quality is outstanding. I've bought a few smartphone watches from on there and they are great fun. Whilst I've had no luck with a SIM (Three and FreedomPOP aren't supported) the Bluetooth connection with a phone is spot on. When the connection holds, they are more stable than my Sony Smartwatch 3 that cost £200!

Gearbest is one of the best sites, if not the best, to buy and import things. In Brazil, is a reference when buying phones (just bought a ASUS Zenfone 5 there) and other things that here, cost up to 5 times more. They support it very good, the after sale too. They have an infinity of products, from the simplest keychain to the most advanced phone or drone; they have it all. I do recommend the site to all of my friends that want to buy cheaper and buy good. Also, they ship the products very fast; the time that your package will arrive depends more on the customs of your country (in Brazil, that's the main vilain) than Gearbest itself. It as simple as that.

I live in Italy where tecno store are big and updated just enough to let you buy a new tv or fridge. But when it comes to little tecnology, cool gadgets and products not to expensive for their quality, well, you just have to visit gearbest to feel better. The quality of the site is great, except for some italian translation, but i use it mostly in english which is perfect for anyone I think. Then you can choose a specific, fast and priority line of spedtion to Italy for a small amount of money (like 1-3) per order. The products never arrived ruined and with their package completely unharmed. They also offer a live 24h customer service via chat so you can ask everything you want: just like the status of your order.

The lead times depend on the shipping method chosen, I had packages that took a month to get here, and other ones that took 10 work days to arrive.

I bought a smartwatch. Looked good I will admit on the pic and looked as good in real life. Trouble is it didn't work! I inserted the sim card and it couldn't find a network. Then it kept coming up with an error message "Unfortunately the process com. Android. Phone has stopped". After a few minutes and I had to re-boot it - and same problem again. Even if I had of got it working the strap is way to small and made for people with very small wrists. I filled out a ticket and when I went to look at the reply a few days later it had expired! I looked on the website for it and couldn't read it. I have no doubt they do sell some good things but cheap smartwatches - no!

Lately I had some bad experiences with some china shops, while Gearbest kept the standards high, so they deserve to be pointerd out for their professionalism.
Gearbest's e-shop is very ergonomic and intuituive and provides for a relaxing shopping experience. Has strong search features, product filters, and great categorization.
Every now and then Gearbest features some nice offers and at remarkably low prices.
Especially with their EU warehouses system, you can buy smartphones, drones and generally otherwise expensive electronics at very low prices and with decent shipping cost.
Shipping form EU warehouses is fast enough. Chinese warehouses take a bit more, but that's to be expected. After all chinese shipping is almost free.
The only con is like with every chinese megashop: the people they hire for support need a better grasp of english. However I have seen great improvement the last 2 years, so i don't complain.
I bought products in GearBest from 1$ until 140$ and never paid any shipment. The last product I bought It was a Xiaomi Mi Band 2, probably the best smartBand in the market. The smartBand arrived my House in 10 consecutive days in normal shipment, thas was wonderful. I love buy in this shop due to low prices and I´ve always use coupons to be even lower.
My item took 3 months to arrive and I paid Import Tax to DHL the courier that they used. Item arrived by Fedex but inside the bag was DHL. Now Fedex are demanding Import Tax because either Gearbest did not ship the item in the first place or DHL returned it and they shipped it out again but with another courier but did not tell us any of this. We are now expected to pay twice and Gearbest as usual are doing nothing. After my review on another site I have been given a ticket number by Gearbest.
They are hopeless and as for their Customer Service Team well where do I start?
Avoid these please and to cap it all the item I ordered is a disapointment!

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
