I've made a lot of orders here.
The order was shipped on the second business day and received the tracking code (in shop a wide variety of delivery services). The goods came to integrity, is fully consistent with the description and photos. I recommend this store to shop: low prices, good quality and original product, delivery meets the deadlines and very helpfull service.
Payment is made through Paypal, which for me is very convenient (there is plenty of payment options), used the coupon code when you pay, which reduced additionally the low price of the goods (if other goods used payment points extra credit for your order, confirmation of receipt of the product and its review, which can be paid 30% of the cost of goods).

Good experiences, good prices, lots of products, very fast shipping and very good customer service. The products are of good quality very varied I hope to buy very soon in gearbest

Have been buying from GearBest since 2015. Recently ordered two fitness trackers (Lenovo and mpow for $30 incl shipping). Overall great experience over the last two years!

Pros: The best site to buy Chinese brands, great promos and almost always the lowest prices ( but always check google shopping). Customer service has been great.

Cons: Lowest shipping time is 15 days to USA, 30-40 days to India! With "priority line shipping method!

Different from other online shopping sites, mainly in China, prices are placed as FREE, or you can not choose freight options, which makes the cheap product super expensive, besides wasting your time.

GeatBeast does not have this problem because we can always choose the type of freight, free or not, and the products are always very well evaluated by the customers, so always you will be sure that you are buying something of quality.

We should also highlight the issue of points and coupons, are many, and really work, I already bought many products by points or coupons that I won automatically by chat on facebook!

My shop of choice in China. I like low prices which can be further lowered with loyalty points. Very often, goods go to promotions, flash sales or special promos available with codes you can easily find on Facebook groups. Excelent service - replies on asked questions within one business day (mind the time zone difference - when I ask questions they probably are going to sleep :) And they do have paypal!

For my part I highly recommend shopping at GearBest, because of the prices. They're the best! Customer service is also OK, they always try to help as much as possible. If you're looking for the best prices, you'll find them at GearBest. At GearBest I ordered a lot of products - around 30. All arrived on schedule, without any reservations. The most important was the Xiaomi 3G Router. Shipping time was consistent with the description on the page. The product was well packed and arrived without any damage.

I have never been disappointed by this merchant site, the products have always been consistent with the ads and prices are still attractive. Even if you have a problem with an article, the after sales service, will always take care of your problem as soon as possible, whatever the item purchased, they are very effective and respond systematically to find the best solutions.

This was my first order with Gearbest, and it was an amazing experience. I ordered a shiny new mobile for my wife, and 6 days later it had arrived. Amazing customer service, very fast delivery, good tracking and the product arrived in perfect condition. Both their website and mobile app are very user friendly and they have cleaver ways to keep you as their customer.

There was a small custom duty to pay that I wasn't aware of, but this won't stop me from ordering again. I would thoroughly recommend them. Overall a five star service for an excellent seller. I'll be using them again for all my electronics purchases... excellent site, fantastic prices, brilliant delivery (I used expedited delivery) and most importantly, a happy wife!
