I bought a Q212g drone from GearBest but received a V666 drone with a Q212g cover on it. The v666 model drone does not hover capabilities and that was the main reason I wanted the Q212g model. I also asked them for type of motor and propellers for spare parts. Gear best said they would get back to me after they check with the manufacturer. They never got back to me. I was not aware I had v666 drone till I looked up the camera that was different then the one I ordered and found out I had a v666 model. In the mean time I broke a prop gear trying trying to hover this drone. One month sense I order from Gearbest and still have not been able to fly this drone. Costumer service is terrible all I get is emails saying they want to resolve this issue and never do. Do not deal with this company unless you a looking for a nightmare.

Different from other online shopping sites, mainly in China, prices are placed as FREE, or you can not choose freight options, which makes the cheap product super expensive, besides wasting your time.
GeatBeast does not have this problem because we can always choose the type of freight, free or not, and the products are always very well evaluated by the customers, so always you will be sure that you are buying something of quality.
We should also highlight the issue of points and coupons, are many, and really work, I already bought many products by points or coupons that I won automatically by chat on facebook!

The prices are normally at aliexpress range or lower (with discount codes and points program) but at the same time it is much more reliable. You can also choose (normally with some extra charge) to get the items from a European warehouse so no extra duty and normally no VAT (sometimes you need to pay the difference in VAT level but not all of it). So far I didn't have to try their warranty so can't write anything about it but as you can pay via PayPal that's also an extra layer of protection (where you can get money back not only from Gearbest but also from PayPal).

My order was made on January at this shop. The order Id was **************050. It was 2 alfawise toothbrushes. Utec shipped the parcel. 1 month later, I contacted GearBest with some question. The parcel did not arrive to my country. The support acted very quickly. In some hours, they checked the tracking details and proved that the parcel was missed. At the next day the GearBest support sent me my parcel once more. In a some weeks, I received my item and it was great. Everything was autentic and in a high quality.

GearBest is a chinese website wich sells lots of gadgets for really affordable prices, the shipping (wich is free) may take a couple of months but it's tottaly worth it. The costumer service is responsive and helpful.
I bought Skilhunt H02 and Miller ML - 102 V9.0 (In order W**************). There was not first order - all was received many flashlights w/o problems, except one (due Chinapost problem). This order was sent again and received later.
After couple months of waiting for my order and don't receiveing it. Gearbest offerd me to resend it and again after not receiving it they offered me full refund. Gearbest has been so far very understanding and gave great support.
All the problems I had with gerabest products were resolved in 24 hours. They always gave me several options that I will mention:
1-Return the item with full refund.
2-Keep the item and accept a partial refund for the Gearbest account (credit)
3-Resend a replacement (no return) with a fair value agreement.
4- In some cases of error in the shipment they made me the reenvolso and still some points in the account Gearbest
I buy a lot of items in this shop and always all was ok so i recommend this shop for everyone. If you looking for something u will find it here with best price.
Their customers service is the worstest you can immagine, they have not idea, you get always the same answer, I'm sure they take not care. This earphones are amazing they have a very surrounding sound system and great bass level. I really love the shipping options on Gearbest when shipping to my country South Africa. I compared prices with other sites and Gearbest had the best prices. Shipping was cheaper than other sites and it was quick too which is why I like buying from Gearbest. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
