Ordered an Amazfit Bip. Ordered on 20 Nov 2017 and Received on 28th Nov 2017 from China. Watch was safely packaged and arrived extremely quickly. Came sealed with Original Box and Accessories. Item was as Described and even better than i though. Great Battery Life on Item. Customer Services of Gearbest was Great. Spoke to their Customer Services regarding a small issue I had and they resolved very quickly. Great Customer Services. I have now bought so many things from Gearbest and all have been delivered safely and quickly. If any issues arise with Gear Best I raise a ticket and their Customer Services Resolves ASAP. All Very Good.
I buying many times from Gearbest. But if will have any problems they will ignore you. I ordered mobile phones - order numbers W************** and W**************. But I didn't get them more than 5 months. Track numbers are RU*******NL and RF*******SG. If them track on 17track you will see parcels didn't come to my country. By the PayPal rules seller must solve problems with shipping company and make refund to buyer. (PayPal Purchase Protection for Buyers)
Gearbest ignore my tickets and didn't answer for them. They don't return my money. So I lose my money and time.

Bought e-cig equipment from them, very satisfied, product is authentic and really great, shipping was just a bit slow from something coming from the EU warehouse, but it's the shipping provider that was a bit slow on the heavy shipping period.

ANY POSITIVE REVIEW YOU SEE ON ANY WEBSITES ABOUT GEARBEST IS COMPLETELY FALSE. There is no way that most, if not all, of these positive reviews are true. Before you order from this company, look at the reviews on other sites about people not receiving their products or getting faulty items. This company cannot be trusted. Here is my experience:
I ordered my item two months ago and never received it. I was told that it can take up to 60 days to receive the item, but more than 60 days have passed and still no response. Everytime I file a ticket requesting information on where my item is, they always ask the same two questions:
1) Please verify your address.
2) Check with your local post offices.
I did both countless times, and yet they always told me to either wait or they close my tickets. I am filing a paypal dispute now (like many people have) in hope of getting a refund back. Again, stay away from this company because they only want your money.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
