I have only good experiences with this shop. Even when there were some issues with item, they always handled it on highest level of customer service. Will always come back.
Gearbest has is really fast shipping to Japan, and their support is serious and helpful.
There was a small defect for the 3D Printer I bought but they addressed it.
They contacted me even before the deadline for my order arrived, offering me options if there was a delivery problem. Great service, no store had done this to me yet.
A few months ago I started to shop at Gearbest, the store is serious about what it does, the return to some doubts comes quickly and accurately, this makes you feel confident and buy more often.

In November met with the shop and was pleasantly surprised by the prices, made 4 orders from this time, and all orders were delivered on time and of good quality, there was one caveat when ordering Hcigar HB 40, but there was a wine quality assurance manufacturer of the goods, in his store all done at my request a partial refund and an apology given extra points for a discount
Hello! My second order on Gearbest was Chuwi Hi8 Pro Tablet and OV 64gb Micro SDXC Memory Card. There war really good price for both items (95$ and 14$). I place order 11/02/2016 and 25/02/2016 he came to Lviv, Ukraine. There was fear about tablet because very often Chuwi Hi8 Pro "bricks" but in my case everything is fine after almost month of using them (serial number... 3473). Today (21/03/2016) I place third order. To be continue! :)
I ordered a drone Feb 24th for my Birthday. I thought i gave sufficient time to get it in time for my birthday. BOY WAS I WRONG. I have contacted Support and they gave me the whole 25 Business days. I understand that but they said 5 days to ship and they took over 5 the package was shipped finally on March 11th. Now that still gives me at least 3 more weeks to wait. But according to the site its been 25 business days today and product should be in hand but its not.

I first started using Gearbest in March 2016 and have bought many items from them, from $1 toys to $300 phones and even a $700 Xiaomi laptop. I can see that there are some poor reviews about GearBest. I will share my personal experience and what I like about GearBest:
1. Good prices - usually better than Banggood (which is my alternative shopping site) for the same products.
2. Good and cost effective shipping options - cheap and fast shipping options for Australia, with tracking!
3. Most importantly, great service and refund process. It is very expensive to send parcels from Australia so it is extremely important to me that I receive adequate compensation for faulty or unsatisfactory products without having to incur shipping costs, which could exceed the value of the product in some cases, to return an item. In the few cases when I have received faulty items (eg. Bluetooth headsets that won't charge), these have all been addressed to my satisfaction with full refund or partial refund (depending the the fault).
Overall I am very happy with Gearbest's service - they are very responsive and easy to deal with. You do need to have some patience when an item is faulty (after all we are mainly dealing with cheap and cheerful items here) and needs to be assessed for compensation, so that you get the best possible outcome.
I have only good experiences with gearbest, always recieved my package and they offer verry low prices with free shipping most of the time.
They even changed my shipping adress after I placed my order without a lot of hassle.
The only downside is the waiting time of about 2-3 weeks to recieve your order, but thats normal iff you want such a low price.
I purchased this item MXIII - G TV Box 4K x 2K H. 265 Decoding on 11-29-2015. They took payment from my account and still to this day the status shows processing. Then when I look up the item it all of sudden it says out of stock. I tried submitting a service ticket to see whats going on I still havent recieved a reply. And there is no # you can call. I really feel like this site scamed me for my bucks

In my most recent purchase at GearBest.com everything was excellent, both the technical support, the purchase process, the shipping process, the DHL parcel that they use at affordable prices on all that, they quickly respond to the doubts I have, I have had refunds of purchases and they are fast without any complaint, the only detail that I would like them to improve is the disposition of some articles, because they put possible dates of shipment and in the end they arrive to delay again and again those products, I imagine that they do that for lack of stock, but should notify by mail that our purchase has suffered a delay, in general I highly recommend GearBest, which without presuming for my taste is the best online store so far, and I know it can improve a lot, but that depends on the GearBest equipment for the most part.
Gearbest rep. Lily tells me that the Feb. 8th deadline has not passed and today is the 25th of February. Tells me once again to check at the postoffice and still doesn't mention refund. There is a tracking number and if i could read chinese then maybe i would know something. They are beating around the bush and keep sending me automated replys without ever reading or caring what i have to say. Can't believe others have had good experiences with them! If only they would answer my tickets, apology and refund my money for something that obviously has gotten lost then i wouldn't be so upset. They take no responsibility for this what so ever.

I made a purchase last November and am still waiting for it to arrive! They refuse to refund my my money although more than their 45 days have well past. They keep asking me stupid questions like maybe it is waiting in your post office or give us your name and address again and then they say that i changed my address from Russia to Israel. Each time they ask a new question and a few days pass and i ask again for a refund and still no luck. Who can i contact besides the customer service support that doesn't do any good. So frustrating and i'll never buy from them again... i ordered a Xiaomi Mi Band2 smart watch over Black Friday figuring that it would arrive in January at the latest... now it is the end of February.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
