Gearbest is a very nicely designed shopping website with unique loyalty rewards (called points) where you receive 5 up to 100 points per review (50 points = $1 USD). You receive 50 points when you sign up so that's great for your first order. From the products I have ordered off Gearbest, all of them were genuine and from the actual vendor, not some cheap ripoff (ordered two pairs of earphones). Finally, their customer support is absolutely great, very responsive and understanding.

I liked the shop, I liked the fact that often there are stocks and there are many coupons with all sorts of discounts for different goods.
Really you can buy very cheaply, the goods are shipped quickly, the day after the purchase, the parcels come too quickly
I bought Original Xiaomi Mi Smart WiFi Remote Control Multi-functional Gateway and Original Xiaomi Smart Wireless Switch, there was not such a low price in any store
The ordered goods came for 3 weeks, intact and safe, all working and original
Support fast and responsive, talked only on small issues, no problems yet
The store is the official dealer of many brands, so you can always be sure that the original product will come

I have bought a drone. Order number is W**************. It is working and has not any problems. Gearbest is a very good webshop. You can always find sales, and can reduce the prices with various coupons. Shipments are quickly sent. Customer support is quite fast and efficient. I do recommend.

I started my online shopping at 2009 from eBay. More than 5 years it was the only one place I used to buy many interesting things. Then I was met Aliexpress. I must say that it's one of the cheapest place I've used before, but it has some disadvantages, like no paypal option to pay with and some difficulties with support and returns. But about 2 years ago I discovered the best place for online shopping. It was GEARBEST! Easy and userfriendly design, very strong security, Paypal payment option, a lot of interesting items, good price policy, friendly support and of course HUGE DISCOUNTS!
Prices beter then on Ali and service like on eBay, but in one place!

Первый заказ был копеечный, но со временем я делал более дорогие заказы. С сентября 2016 года сделал 12 заказов. Проблем не возникало. Я живу в Украине и есть вариант доставки через Новую почту, мне это очень нравится, приносит курьер прямо домой. Посылка идет 2-3 недели, отслеживается на всём пути. К плюсам магазина можно отнести оплату через пэй пал, большой ассортимент, актуальная описание товаров, много товаров с ценами ниже чем у конкурентов.

Gearbest has been my favorite seller for years. A very broad catalog of products, good prices and good service. Products are always very well packed and delivery times are reasonable.

I first started using Gearbest in March 2016 and have bought many items from them, from $1 toys to $300 phones and even a $700 Xiaomi laptop. I can see that there are some poor reviews about GearBest. I will share my personal experience and what I like about GearBest:
1. Good prices - usually better than Banggood (which is my alternative shopping site) for the same products.
2. Good and cost effective shipping options - cheap and fast shipping options for Australia, with tracking!
3. Most importantly, great service and refund process. It is very expensive to send parcels from Australia so it is extremely important to me that I receive adequate compensation for faulty or unsatisfactory products without having to incur shipping costs, which could exceed the value of the product in some cases, to return an item. In the few cases when I have received faulty items (eg. Bluetooth headsets that won't charge), these have all been addressed to my satisfaction with full refund or partial refund (depending the the fault).

Overall I am very happy with Gearbest's service - they are very responsive and easy to deal with. You do need to have some patience when an item is faulty (after all we are mainly dealing with cheap and cheerful items here) and needs to be assessed for compensation, so that you get the best possible outcome.

После поломки старых наушников решил купить Xiaomi Mi IV Hybrid лучшую цену нашел на Gearbest. Со скидкой обошлись ~12$. Выбирал самую дешевую доставку, но наушники пришли меньше чем за 30 дней. Проверку на оригинальность прошли.
