I have been buying at gearbest for 2 years. And I always find here a lot of great products at low prices. Many products have flash sales, furthermore the price can be further reduced using coupons and GB points. All my orders were quickly processed and delivered at estimated time, usually about 10-15 days. For all products, you can choose free shipping. All products that I received were of good quality and fully met my expectations. I will continue to buy from them and I recommend this store to everyone.
I purchased two cameras from Gearbest, and paid expedited shipping. Both were in stock at the time of purchase, yet the first item took 7 days to ship, and the second one took 17 days! Once shipped, the items took the maximum time allowed by the expedited shipping. When I wrote a negative review, it was removed. Their support was completely unapologetic, and didn't answer most of my questions. I won't make the mistake of dealing with them again. I have much much better experiences with most retailers like them, but they dropped the ball badly.
I have been ordering GearBest for a half year now and have never been disappointed. Each shipment is sent in accordance with the description on the page. Everything is always very well packaged and I have never had anything that was damaged or incompatible with the description. The great plus is that there are many shipping methods (faster, more expensive and slower economical) and several magazines, and some of them are in Europe, so that we will receive the goods very quickly. This time I ordered electric toothbrushes and they are good quality and I get them very fast. I can recommend GearBest.
Ordered on 17th December and paid for expedited delivery from the EU warehouse. It is now 2 1/2 weeks later but still has not arrived and now I have been hit with a 20% import tax bill as it has been shipped from China. Apparently it is in the small print that this may happen and you are liable. Guess that is why it looks cheap on their website.
Would not use them again.

Shipping to Germany was rather quick via the Germany Express option. Even with additional insurance the shipping costs are still as low as a national package here in Germany (they also offer free world wide shipping but why not spend a bit more just to be on the safe side?).
The customer support was very nice and responded quickly. The products are all of good quality.

Constantly ordering products on this site for the past two years. Last order **************898 was delivered in a month to Russia. One of the three items in transit was damaged. I contacted the support and the funds were returned to me. Also offered to send the goods again. Support answers within 24 hours. Often there are discounts, especially for regular customers. Good individual system of discounts.
It's a great store, i bought from them multiple times and products arrive as described and in time and most importantly for me is that they have the lowest prices for majority of products. Also if there are any problems, support team responds daily. I'm happy with them and will continue buying from them.
Fake delivery information (they claimed the phone had been sent via DHL, which was a lie), four months of automated and completely unhelpful responses, and a partial refund - even though the item was never sent. I've now been told I get the rest of my money back if I delete my negative reviews on Trustpilot. Not a chance. Gearbest is basically a fraudulent operation and deserves all the negative publicity it's receiving. I strongly suspect that the positive reviews here are also fake.
The item was as describe. Not the first time buying at Gearbest, always satisfied. Shipping to belgium usually takes 20 workings days. Tracking number available and not expensive at all.

Y2+ that I purchased on gearbest at first was an alternative to my mi band 2. However, by time, it found out to be different from mi band 2. Y2+ has oxygen, blood pressure calculator different from the other one. It has full screen whereas mi band has a small screen on the bracelet, Y2+ is much wider than that.
I purchased it with a price of 7$, it was posted via Netherlands Post and delivered to me in 2 weeks. It was a short time period for a customer in Turkey.
This company is a straight scam. In the fine print they suggest you buy shipping insurance. If you did not your product never arrives. Then they say by policy they only refund less than half. Great business model, good pictures, take the money, refund half for over 100% profit. Do not buy from them.

I have made an order, nothing came, no tracking. Sadly it was not through paypal so i guess they've taken advantage of that with me, the order almost doesn't exist, something like their customer service, they have no care for you or your product, as soon as they get their money that's it.
If there was a 0 star option i would have given it.
Moral: make sure you go through paypal, or even better, avoid using it. Awful service, awful everything. Honestly

The store is able to please not only the constant sales, but also the accumulative system of points, which eventually turn into a good discount. I also want to note excellent customer support, I've had a couple of times that, for example, I changed my mind about ordering this product and returned all money without problems. She also sympathizes with the fact that it is very difficult to run into a counterfeit shop because there are none, and if there is, it is clearly written in the description of the goods. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
