I bought lot from GB. About 3 years i guess. Never look back just add items to cart and pay. Sometimes you need an extra info, just send a ticket they will answer in 24 hours. Whatever you bought, they will cover package with bobbles. Dont think twice go buy something.

I bought a perfect speaker for a small price. Small, neat and well made. The sound is extremely clean and loud. A lot of bass is undoubtedly an advantage of this product.
Delighted by the general impressions, I bought three more for family and friends. They also liked it.

Great place to buy from, good prices, products and product support. Ya the fact they are in China frustrates some people and makes things take time. Not to mention language barrier, but they do a great job and dont stop until your happy.

- Customer service is good compared to other sites in terms of speed in response and effectiveness
- For products their price is suitable for something especially when you take advantage of coupon or fast selling offers.
- Good quality products with few exceptions are solved with support problem.

"I have made numerous orders on gearbest and this is my free thought. Prices are usually low and products of good quality in relation to price. I had to contact the kindly customer support some times for some delay in delivering the product or for other problems, but I always managed to reach a good compromise. The weak point of the site is the shipping that is quite slow (but in most cases it is really cheap, so it's worth the wait) and you risk paying the customs if you do not know which shipping to use. But for this, just ask the customer support or search the internet. "

I ordered an ultralight stove for backpacking. It's now been over 2 1/2 months and I still have not received the stove. Customer service is useless. Instructed to call post office and wait a few more days. Followed instructions. Tried several times to contact customer service. Completely ignored. They will not respond to emails. Total rip off.

I saw their horrible reviews before I ordered. Shame on me. I should have known better. Their company will sometimes respond to the bad reviews. They always say " we are so sorry, please provide order number so we can fix the problem." Yet the problems continue to happen. This is a fraudulent company with a sporadic record of actually delivering the ordered product. I fortunately ordered an inexpensive item. Please take my advice... Pay a bit more and order from a reputable company with a record of good reviews.
