I had a issue with the ordered Xiaomi Selfie Stick. I paid for track and trace but the tracking information was only related to track and trace in China.
I escalate it to customer service. I didn't appreciate it to receive several standard answers. No answers on my questions. At last Gearbest compensated me with GB-points. Thankfully the order item is delivered the past days.

I ordered a few products from there. Even it was in New Years time products delivered in a reasonable time. Packaging was good and product quality was surprisingly great. I am really happy with Gearbest and planning to shop from there more in future.
Ordered a drone from them, it arrived with the FPV not operational. Connected via their online chat and asked if there was anything I had missed in the manual that should be done to make it work. Their answer "no". I then asked for them to send a pickup on it and ship out another, hopefully operational one. Their answer was "read our warranty policy" which states I had to pay to ship it back to them. I contacted my credit card co. And explained the situation to the rep and she verified that I did not have to pay to have it shipped back. 45 days later, no response from them but my credit is permanent on my account. Apparently the merchandise they sell is so worthless that it isn't worth getting it back for them.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
