I am very satisfied with the product. The Dron was fine wrapped. After unpacking, I found everything in the box that was there. Dron I paired with the driver seamlessly. The range and control is good. Due to the price of the dron, I am surprised at what features it has. The camera in the above price category exceeds the expectations

My parents needed a smart TV, but since I have been very much in touch with the smart tv there are very limited options, so I decided to look for a tv box because the size and quality of the existing tv is satisfactory. Looking for aliexpress, but there was no confidence in reading the reviews they were different. A friend suggested a gearbest website and at that point was a sale. I read that one year's warranty was provided and it made me a lot of confidence so I decided to try. I was very surprised at the fast delivery - 5 business days. I unpacked, connected the tv box and were very pleased. Recently, friends visited us and tried the tv box and decided to order the same two pieces. This time it was possible to choose for the same price for delivery to the door. And I`m very happy to shop at gearbest because there is can pay order by paypal because its very safe and if have some problems you have 180days moneyback warranty.
Worst purchase experience ever!
I ordered an electric scooter the 30th of November for which I paid £444.67, the website didn't advice how long it would take to get it delivered. It was after purchasing that I learned it would take 15 to 25 days. After waiting 25 days I contacted them and they now gave me a 42 to 45 business days estimate! That's roughly 2.5 months!
After a 5 weeks wait I've now asked for a refund but they are asking me to carry on waiting.

Ordered a car cam. It arrived but did not work. Tried to return it. And tried. They insist I ship it back to China at my expense, and must wait 27 to 51 days for a replacement. No money back gaurantee. NEVER BUY FROM Gear Best!

Hello, I want share with you with my opinion about this shop. I buy a few things and everything was perfect. I order small christmas tree learning set on December and i'm worried that I can't get it to Christmas but delivery to Poland take 18 days! It's very good time. I pieces togheter my tree and it's work and looks good on Christmas evening. I recommend this shop.
I love gearbest in short time, because we hadn't support and trade in our language as turkish. But now we had turkish version, and special promos for turkey. Isn't done yet. Normally i was using aliexpress for e-trade. When i was buying some prıduct, i was waiting 35 days for shipment arrives. In this turkish gearbest, it's arrives to me in 8 days. Those are enough to me :)
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
