Ich möchte euch meine Meinung über Gearbest nicht vorenthalten. Ich habe schon mehrfach dort bestellt. Sei es Spielzeug, Tierzubehör, Handys oder Tablets. Bei jedem durchklicken durch die Seite findet man neue tolle Angebote bei denen man zuschlagen möchte. Die Lieferung erfolgte bei meinen über 10 Bestellung bis jetzt immer problemlos. In der Regel kommt die Ware nach 8-10 Tagen an. Wählt man die voreingestellte Versandart von Gearbest aus, so hat man auch mit dem Zoll nichts am Hut. Zollgebühren wie manche Leute es hier beschreiben, treten nur für die ungeduldigen unter euch auf, die eine gesonderte Express Versandart wählen. (Dies steht auch in den F. A. Q., das bei Expressversand Zollgebühren entstehen) Also bevor man negativ schreibt, Informationen lesen.
Das Supportteam ist immer bemüht einem bei Problemen zur Seite zu stehen und stellt einem mehrere Vorschläge zur Lösung des Problems vor. Bis jetzt konnte alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit gelöst werden.

Alles in allem kann ich Gearbest jedem empfehlen ohne dabei ein schlechtes Gewissen zu haben.

I have made a number of purchases on Gearbest and I've had great experiences. Bought some great tech and spent so little compared to big name brands. I spend hours every week looking at their website and could spend my whole paycheck there if i didn't stop myself lol. Amongst other things, I've bought 2 phones and 2 great bluetooth speakers and would encourage anyone who loves a bargain to try them out.

Na minha primeira encomenda tive que esperar 2 meses por ela. Estava já nervoso se a iria receber ou não.
Contactei o serviço ao cliente e fui tratado de uma forma que em mais nenhum site de compras online o fui... IMPECÁVEL. Eles dispuseram-se a fazer um reembolso na hora ou a aguardar pela encomenda. Resolvi aguardar pela encomenda... Chegou e vinha tudo impecável.

Para mim o melhor site de compras online que há no momento... Boas marcas e melhores produtos.

I buy a tablet in GearBest website

They ship to me a damaged tablet. It Random shutdown without any reason.

Once i receive the tablet i contact immediatly the support by tickets. They arrested the situation. They try to refund me 30USD or points that i dont need for nothing

I envite to garante and they say that the item cannot be repair

They offered 100USB or points that I dont want nothing

I just want a new tablet or a full refund
What they propose is not in the terms

Why I want to tell about this store. Yes, because now I make purchases only on gearbest. Recently I ordered Original Ehpro Billow V3 Plus RTA. The price is 1000 rubles. Not in any other store for such little money and very fast delivery this product is not buy. Support service. Veneral for the ten-point system, I would rate this store for 10 points. I write this review to those who care about their hard earned money. Stay away from this company. They have a good crew in writing stories in internet. Most of the supporting reviews might be their own people. Take extra caution when you deal with this sellers. I bought a hom tom smart phone from this company. They said it will work with my provider in Canada. The product took extra long time to reach and it is not compatible with most of the Canadian cell phone providers. This company is not willing to replace or refund the product. They said they will give extra point in next purchase!? Be careful when you deal with them. Better avoid.
