Products have good quality, shipping is safe and stable, and if something happens I know the problem will be solved somehow.
These idiots took 4 months to refund a 4$ item that never arrived, only because I kept insisting after ticket has been ignored for two weeks straight, writing a new ticket, and filling a complaint with Paypal.
Their crap is alright, but if it doesnt reach your doorstep say goodbye to your money or your time, because it will take a whole lot of it getting a refund from these idiots.
A big 0/100 for customer service, just make sure you pay with Paypal or risk saying goodbye forever to your money.
To Gearbest Rep: before you ask, order number was WW**************. You fully deserve 0 star 0/100 rating on that one. Ticket T*******025 was ignored and DELETED before resolution, and ticket T*******624 was ignore for 14 days before I filled a complaint with Paypal.
You are scums.
To everyone fighting over a lost order that they for some reason don't want to re-ship or refund: they are just wasting your time through their ticket time-wasting machine. Call your credit card company and tell them you've been scammed by a no-service chinese website, or fill a complaint with Paypal directly. Only then will they wake up and set things straight, otherwise they are counting on the fact that you will either forget or get exhausted from this $#*!, and they get to keep your money.
They can have the exact same item listed 3 times at 3 different prices. So you might as well be shopping on E-bay or Amazon.
I pointed out they had the same product I purchased listed for 2 different prices and provided them with links to the 2 product pages and asked why and requested the order be canceled.
I was told they are different products with different descriptions and they provided me with the details of the 2 items and the links to the pages I had already provided them. I asked the order be canceled again.
They again sent me another response telling me they are different products as they have different descriptions.
In frustration I pointed out to them that it is a "brand" and "model number" so they are the same item regardless of what price or what description they give it and for the 3rd time asked for my order to be canceled.
After waiting a week for my order to be canceled they have now offered to refund me the price difference as they are the same item. Had they did this in the first place instead of wasting my time repeatedly telling me they are different I wouldn't be giving them a negative review.
Against my better judgement have now accepted their offer.
Should the item, or credit not turn up in a reasonable time I will give more negative reviews.
They are a re-seller like Ebay or Amazon.
They have the same items listed multiply times at different prices.
Might as well be shopping on Ebay or Amazon.
Customer service responses are like auto generated responses that wont answer your question.

It was pleasant that the delivery was free and the delivery time was not too long. The pacel arrived safe, without any damage. The device is realy original and its authenticity has been proved by the test in the Joyetech website. To my mind eVic VTC Mini is the best one-battery mod on sale now. It has no cons.

Gearbest have in recent days made the effort to contact me to rectify this issue.
I'm pleased to report that i have now received refund for the money invested in this order, and replacement points in excess of those which i initially used as part payment.
I'm quite pleased that Gearbest have eventually sought to satisfy my rightful concern and i shall at this time adjust my rating of them by moving from the lowest one star to a three star score.
Having also taken a leap of faith and placed a new order, i hope i'll be in a position to post an entirely positive review upon receiving...
Utterly astounded at GearBest and their failure to conduct honest business.
Having bought and paid for an item as clearly advertised, they sent out a cheap inferior version which they also sell.
I had no need or desire for the cheap and nasty version which they substituted my order for.
Upon contacting them numerous times over seven weeks and jumping through their hoops to prove myself, i am being repeatedly fobbed off and at one point was even expected to accept their dishonesty when they tried to assert that i did not order the item which i obviously have clear and detailed records of.
So it is with regret that i have to advise other potential victims to avoid this company as they lack basic common decency and have failed for far longer than my patience and courtesy can bare. Their incompetence is intolerable, their methods criminal.
Avoid them...

Ignore their seemingly nice reply to my review, it's completely disingenuous and consists almost entirely of lies.
These thieves have now severed the only line of communication but for paypal and while placing a response via their internal messaging/complaints system, which is tantamount to blackmail.

Very convenient way of buying.
I bought the Skilhunt H03 LED Headlamp at the best price thanks to Gerabest.
Secure payment with PayPal and fast delivery. All very simple and convenient. I recommend.
Ordered Chuwi Hi12 at good price. Listed as being in stock. After 2 weeks of waiting for shipping I contacted the company on their presales chat room as there was no response with the after sales ticket. They told me the item was out of stock. They said it was a defective item yet the same item loaded with windows 10 and android (mine was only windows 10) was listed as being in stock. They told me they were not selling that unit it because there were problems with the units yet I followed the listing for several days and they showed stock being sold. I believe the plan was to take my payment hold it draw interest on it and either sell me a more expensive item or eventually refund their money. Good short term strategy to make extra money bad long term strategy as they will lose their customers.
They did offer a paypal refund and promptly refunded my money. The problem with buying chinese goods is that quality control appears lacking and it is a big hassle to receive a defective product. Some get lucky some dont. Until the Chinese electronics sellers develop more honest business practices I would stay away.
Company has submitted fake positive reviews on other websites so take those with a grain of salt. WHen you see a site with mostly 5 star or one star reviews they are submitting fake reviews.
Update: Saw Voyo V3 Cherry trail tablet advertised at $269.00 listed out of stock.As soon as stock arrived the price went up to 339.00. Is this not the definition of Bait and Switch?

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
