I've purchased some vaporizer accessories from gearbest the quality of product was up to the mark great experience with Gearbest.
I ordered an ILife robotic vacuum cleaner from this company. When the item was shipped, it was delivered to a store in the town I live in. Thankfully it's a small town and the merchant was able to track me down fairly easily. I ordered the item on July 28,2016 and received it on August 9,2016. Within 2 weeks, it stopped functioning properly. I went on the web site and followed all of the trouble shooting guidelines but was unable to get it to run properly. I then contacted GearBest for an exchange. WELL... after stalling me and making all kinds of excuses... they stated I was outside the warranty period. Apparently your warranty begins the day you order this and not on the day you receive it... how's that work exactly? They insisted it was outside of the warranty date even though I sent my first email to them on September 16,2016. Long story short... they first suggested I send the unit to
China with a $120.00 and they would repair it. Then they offered me a $20.00 credit on the website to apply to future purchases... like I will ever purchase from them again. Their final resolution is to credit back to my original payment account (Visa card) $40.00. What makes all of this so frustrating beside the obvious rip-off, three of my siblings ordered the same unit and all have had no problems. I feel like I just possible received a defective unit. All I wanted was an even exchange and they refused. I don't feel like I should be out any additional expense to have them ship me a replacement unit. The best part of this whole fiasco? Every time they reply to you... they say "Thanks for your understanding." OMG seriously. The only thing I understand is this site is a huge ripoff and they do not stand by their products... I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. All over a vacuum...

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
