Okay, there's the problem; But that's not a problem of GB at all. My purchases got to my country within 25~30 days, and that's the average time from China to Brazil. The real problems start inside my country, where the bureaucracy just trash with one more month waiting to "check if it's okay". This is not intended to change your opinion in any sense, it is as just any review out there.
What I notice, and I like, is that GearBest reply on every complain and intent to solve the problem. If there is a problem, they want communication. That is good, according to me, as I can't imagine reactions if the reply was silence. Then I would say it is something wrong. I always remember, every issue has two sides. And I don't believe it is always Gearbest fault, and I see they reply on every comment.
Other thing is that we live in a free market, and the prices vary. It is also normal a product price to get lower and lower, as new product line arrive etc. If I buy something on some price I agree that I want it on that price. If the price get down, then who shall I get angry at? Gearbest. I would say the global market! Also I got that product first compared with the lowered price. I don't like what if, like what if I bought it 2 months later, it is not real. Otherwise we get to what if this, what if that, what if... am I going to be ever happy of anything with this attitude?
Also sometimes, some devices come broken. One reason is the package, which is rare, but sometimes it is something connected with the design of the device, battery life or something else, which shows that the main cause of the problem is the manufacturer. Let's be realistic, is it GearBest fault, that manufacturer made it this way, with this battery life with this specific things we don't like? Is it going to come better from anywhere else?
I'm generally happy with their service. I like the quality of their products. I like the different warehouse items, even if they are in different prices. I like they reply on every complain. I don't mind saying my opinion, as everyone here don't mind saying their own experiences.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
