After having to kick up a fuss, GearBest did finally ship my order again. It took a lot of back and forth, but they finally did the right thing. I'm upgrading the review from 1 star to 3. I have not yet decided if I'll order from them again.

Update: It's just a shame that they only really started responding after kicking up a fuss. Here's the thing: I have several support tickets that are still open, and have two offers: Accept a partial refund, or pay them more money to ship my order again. They are overlooking option 3: continue with the chargeback procedure with my credit card company and buy the product from a different seller.

At least I think it was my order. It could have been a box of cash for all I know.
They asked to see a scan of my ID and credit card before shipping so I know they have the correct delivery address (I was having the product sent to my home). Yes, this did seem very sketchy. I was really looking forward to receiving the product so I was regularly checking the delivery tracking. My order bounced all over the country (California to Nevada to California again to New York to California for the third and finally back to New York for the second and final time). The tracking shows that it was "Delivered" in Inwood, NY. Um, I live in California, guys. Not New York.
They graciously offered 10% back as a store credit.
I countered by disputing with my credit card company. If you've ordered from them and got your product, count yourself lucky. Personally, I would avoid them like a leper in ancient times.

Customer Support always solves any issues in the shortest time. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
