I've already made several purchases at Gearbest. I've always been well taken care of. The shipping is fast and vembem packed, the product is protected by bubble wrap, which prevents any damage during shipping. There is a lot of supply of good quality products.
It presents several forms of payment, which makes it much easier.
The answering service is quick, not exceeding 10 hours to get answers about products, payment methods, shipping and others.

Paid for DHL delivery and they split my order shipping one item by second rate company but still charged me DHL price. Follow up was less than satisfying. Will never buy from them again. Still haven't received my item and it was shipped 10 days before the one I received from DHL.
Ok after they found out I had written a few reviews they refunded me the entire shipping cost and the price of the item that was never delivered. I think getting PayPal involved help. Would I do business with this Company again, NO!
I have a Gearbest account for a long time. There is a lot of electronics that I often order. Orders are quickly realized, shipments are well packed for transport. It still has not happened that the goods arrived damaged. For more expensive orders, shipments are free. There is a very nice program to collect points that can later be used to reduce the price of a product up to 30% of the price. Communication with the service is good, they write back quickly, try to solve the problem and not ignore it. If a long time has to wait for a shipment, they always offer some compensation. I was ordering a lot of especially the phones that always arrived and they were what I ordered. I can recommend the Gearbest store which is trying to be better and better.
Stay away, they don't honour or respect their policy, I bought light strip and it come faulty so i asked for refund but they offer 4 $ and i payed 38 for it and they claimed that the 45 days money back guaranty it has passed but it's not true it just 15 days it passed since i placed the order.
Update: they did a full refund plus 300 points

It's a pleasure to shop online with Gearbest! I did two orders already (preparing to do my third) and everything went perfectly fine. Most of the products arrived, only one didn't and I got the refund without even asking or contacting Gearbest. Gearbest has a wide selection of items, I bought quadcopter spare parts from them.
Prices are in general extremely attractive (including shipping) and in many cases you find everything you need, so it is not necessary (it was not in my case) to visit many different shops to complete your shopping.
I also find it nice you always get a picture of the package ready to be shipped, so you can double check the address is correct etc.
Gearbest has an extensive list of products and many new features in technology products. I really like how they expose the products and how you can check the reviews of other buyers. The products, in general, are of good quality and have their specifications well detailed. The support is a very strong point, any question or problem you can solve with the Gearbest team in a very short time. The site is excellent!

If I had any queries regarding my order, I just opened a ticket and they would give me a useful response within a few hours. Moreover they did deliver on time or should I say before time. I had no issues with the delivery. Also they accept Paypal, so you dont have to worry with regarding to paying.

Gearbest.com is a very good sales company. The Communication is very fast. Questions are answerde fast and with high quality. The items I ordered arrived very well packaged. I live in Europe and I recommend this seller. I bought many times from Gearbest and in my opinion it is the best e-commerce if you want to buy straight from China to avoid European prices. It is a little bit more expensive than other websites, but the shipping is much fast (mostly < 3 weeks from order to delivery) and the products are 100% original.
Gearbest are great if you receive what you've ordered and all is well.
However, if you have a problem, customer service is absolutely appalling. No one thinks they will be the one that receives a Chinese phone instead of the English phone they ordered, which is what happened to us Gearbest are very good at taking your money, in our case our 13 year olds Christmas and birthday money, but are extremely dishonourable when it comes to refunding their mistake, they have made every effort to prevent a refund, latest is a partial refund in dollars when we paid in pounds, with us having to pay the to and from pay postage to Alicante. We thought we'd be okay and we'd get what we'd ordered, but if you look through the reviews, this is a common theme for people who try to return products. Remember, it could be you!

I think Gearbest is the best Chinese online retailer out there. I have never had any troubles with them, thet sell good quality products, they ship usually faster than others and the few issues I had were resolved promptly. I can recommend them to everyone.
I purchased an MP5 player from GearBest.com, and needless to say, I was excited to receive it in the mail. So, I checked my email for days, until I found a lovely note that said, "We have cancelled your order." So, I checked the link included; and yes, my order had been cancelled. But the weird thing is, the item was in stock to begin with; so, why advertise something that cannot be sent out to the customer? I'm very disappointed. Update: My order has been fully refunded.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
